rebates
These folks are a FRAUD. They do not pay the rebates they promise you. Always a problem . They claim you never clicked on website link. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your time. Don't USE Coupon Cabin! I wasted an abnormal amount of time submitting backup and justification for my rebate. They totally ignored it! These folks are arrogant and impossible to deal with.
very disappointed with couponcabin
I used CouponCabin and purchased some items via their link and was supposed to get some cashback. I contacted customer service and they promised I'll get the money in a week but that did not happen. And all the time they gave me empty promises. Waited over a month for my money and already gave up. I'm more disappointed with CouponCabin dishonesty than with losing some money. I do not recommend this company.

CouponCabin - they did not refund me and blocked my ip!!
I was supposed to get some of my money back and they promised I will! But they never gave me a refund and I have no idea how to get my money back. When I contacted CouponCabin customer support they told me that I did something wrong. Then I asked for help and they promised to resolve the issue but they never did anything! Only promises after promises and...

DO NOT use Coupon Cabin. I created an account and purchased a $272 item through their link. I was told to receive a $24 pending cashback for that order within 1 week. However, they did not issue me any pending cashback for three weeks. I contacted the customer service (provided proof of purchase and filled a claim), but was told that the store have not yet confirmed the order. It is possible that the store already paid Coupon Cabin, but Coupon Cabin refuses to refund the customer. Today, they also blocked my IP address preventing me further accessing their site. DIRTY BUSINESS. Bait and switch scam.
I began using Coupon Cabin this past summer. Amazing. As soon as I received notice that I would be issued a check a couple months ago, and that it would be issued Dec. 6th, (FYI, I have not received it) just this evening I received notice that I was " using multiple accounts" and a dotted list of other possible reasons why my account was blocked and that my cash back cannot be issued. [censor]. Funny thing is my sister, and my niece also received that same notices this week and were blocked from their accounts and will not receive their cash back either. Hmmmmm. I smell something fishy! We each received the exact same emails which we have screen shots of and we will contact the BBB, social media, FOX News, CNN whomever to get this corrected. Either they have a scammer within the company or the company is a big scam itself. My sister and my niece, and myself live in different towns, do not share computers, accounts, names or anything. I am contacting each company that I made purchases with and letting them know of our concerns. I contacted CouponCabin, no answer, just was able to leave a message with " Scott". I also made a screen shot of my email message to Coupon Cabin as to my concerns and will let the world know of their response. We've committed no violations what so ever, we want to see proof of that, we want an apology, we want answers and we want our cash back that should be coming to us. Jeanne B.
Hi Hunter,
I am sorry for the problems you have experienced on our website. With regard to your missing transaction claim, please note that we are unable to pay you for transactions that we do not get paid for and unfortunately, we still have not been able to get the store you purchased from to verify and pay us for your transaction. I can assure you that as soon as this happens, we'll immediately credit your account. As for the blocked message, our security system flagged your repeated logins each day as unnatural and locked your account down for your own security. I've removed this lock and you should now be able to see your account again. If you encounter any further issues please feel free to contact us at support@couponcabin.com at any time.
Sincerely,

cash back
Didn't receive cash back for the very first purchase I made after joining. There was no doubt I used their link to get to the store because the clicks were shown right there in my coupon cabin account. This was several months ago and I keep getting the same automated message saying they're working on it. Obviously, they are doing nothing and don't plan on resolving my issue.
Here is the text from the message I get every couple of weeks. Then, if you reply, you get a different automated message. They are scammers.

scamming company and fake coupons
People, don’t believe to the scam, which the company www.couponcabin.com offers you. They offered me the discount and that after that they would send me different coupons, but it was big lie. They did nothing, as well as I haven’t received any discount at all. All their coupons were fakes, so beware and warn other people. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
Oh my gosh - you totally suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Does any of this sound like you:
Have an exaggerated sense of self-importance
Have a sense of entitlement and require constant, excessive admiration
Expect to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it
Exaggerate achievements and talents
Be preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate
Believe they are superior and can only associate with equally special people
Monopolize conversations and belittle or look down on people they perceive as inferior
Expect special favors and unquestioning compliance with their expectations
Take advantage of others to get what they want
Have an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others
Be envious of others and believe others envy them
Behave in an arrogant or haughty manner, coming across as conceited, boastful and pretentious
Hilarious! And clearly you work for Coupon Cabin who scam, scam, scam!
Melanie, are you a psychologist? I know that you are not, and it especially shows from the copying and pasting of the information that you provided on "narcissistic personality disorder". Although that is good information, it really comes out of left field and has no basis on comment at all. None of the points that you so frivolously pasted are characteristic of myself even in the slightest bit. In fact, everything you "wrote" is not even remotely associated with my earlier reply, or the comment that I was replying to, in the slightest.
I do not work for couponcabin.com in any manner whatsoever. I do feel that they provide a great service though, BUT ONLY if you know how to competently use a computer. What was your experience with couponcabin.com? And why do feel that they are such scammers? I am confident that whatever your reason is to have such a bad taste in your mouth towards them, then you probably didn't not abide by the terms & conditions either, but please enlighten me if you would?
I'm not a psychologist but I don't need to be one to recognize scammers, crooks, and employees of Coupon Cabin trying to cover up their own SCAMS. Coupon Cabin is the WORST most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Three years after being scammed by them I literally cringe when I see their name. It's got nothing to do with IP addresses, JohnBuck. That is so stupid, every other shopping rewards program doesn't seem to have this problem now does it. It's very simple, Coupon Cabin gets consumers to buy from the merchants on their websites, the merchants pay Coupon Cabin who are supposed to pass it on to the buyers but Coupon Cabin seems to get confused in that one little step and puts the money in their own greedy pockets. And then makes up the dumbest of excuses of why they can't pay out. Just so repulsive, I am so glad I have found reputable companies like Slick Deals, Honey and Capital One Shopping Rewards. Never any issues with those companies because they aren't a giant scam!
Well it seems that all of these negative comments from disgruntled customers all have the same thing in common; all of the complainants lack a basic understanding of internet protocol. It also seems as though these unhappy people believe that the rules should not apply to them due to their own ignorance of how couponcabin.com operates. This ignorance towards the rules & regulations is absolutely no excuse for a person to not abide by the terms & conditions that they have previously agreed to. If you don't fully understand any part of couponcabin's terms, then why would you agree to them?!? If it is too technical for you to understand, then either refrain from using their services altogether, or perhaps educate yourself on the proper manner in which to use their site! I mean you are sitting at a computer for crying out loud, so just look up anything that is confusing to you! This goes for any issues whatsoever, from multiple ip addresses, all the way up to creating multiple accounts. The internet is an absolute wealth of information, but please do not feel that because you lack the knowledge of how to properly use this amazing tool, than it should instead adapt to the ways of the ignoramus who is trying to use it! To do something that is against the rules and regulations of couponcabin.com should be dealt with according to the previous agreement that you have already made with the site (duh). So if/when you break these terms, it should come as no surprise to you if your account is temporarily suspended, or even deleted altogether, by the powers that be at couponcabin.com. It seems more like these upset customers feel as though they should be entitled to all of the benefits that couponcabin.com offers, without having to adhere to any of the rules (even though they previously agreed to them!). Just remember, knowledge is power, so don't arm yourself with complaints based on your lack of understanding. Instead stay informed & make sure that you understand every little bit of the terms and conditions that you are agreeing to when you sign up for their service. Either way, just remember that "stupid is as stupid does", & no one should have to hear your misinformed nonsense about how couponcabin.com ripped you off, or whatever your complaint may be. If you just follow the rules then you will have a heck of a lot less complaining to do! The world could be a much better place if we all would just simply educate ourselves on a subject,
rather than have all of these ignoramuses complaining about things that are beyond their mental capacities.
My account had over $100 scheduled to be paid in November. Interesting that my account was cancelled in November just before I was supposed to receive my cash back. Such a scam and so shady. They cited that I "violated the terms and conditions." I had a friend over at my house and I showed them couponcabin.com, thereby PROMOTING coupon cabin. They feel that I was opening "multiple accounts" due to the access through my IP address, which is not at all what was happening.
My pending cash back was taken away, around $100 was stolen from me. This is nothing short of theft and is in violation of federal laws. I don't understand why they cannot simply give me the money that I am owed. I even offered to remove all negative reviews that I've been filing with various agencies if Coupon Cabin were to give me my pending cash back. Coupon Cabin has so far refused to do so. So far, I've filed complaints with Google, Facebook, the Federal Trade Commission, Pissedoffconsumer.com, Trustpilot, Sitejabber, scam report, and the Better Business Bureau. And all I want is the cash back that I am owed.
When money is documented as being owed, that money needs to be paid. I even offered to remove all of the above negative reviews and comments if Coupon Cabin would simply pay me the money that I have earned. They refuse to communicate with me.
They did the same to me. That company will not get away with it. They are blatant scammers, not even very subtle or smart about it!
You guys obviously do not read exclusions. Coupon cabin always gives me cash back
Same exact thing happened to me and they shut my account down! Report them to the BBB! They need to be stopped. All my clicks have tracked and all of a sudden I'm not getting paid? This would never happen at ebates. I wish I would have read the reviews first!
Had same experience and Ryan kept telling me that RV rentals do not get commission, I purchased $500 in blinds, why would I rent an RV if I'm buying blinds for one? Surely if my RV were not operating I wouldn't go off and spend that much in Blinds nor 1k to rent one. I kept complaining and Ryan said the same thing. I will never click on this website again. My invoice Lao does not say RV rental, actual merchandise. I expected a 3.5% cash back and received .88. Buyer beware.
I would have to agree with Scrits. Coupon Cabin is a scam. I have not gotten any of the deals that I have used links on. There always seems to be an excuse, but I know they have gotten commission from the retailers for my business. Every time you use their link, you are giving them money but don't expect anything in return. My sister introduced me but she too, was soon scammed. I would highly recommend that you stick with Groupon. I have had excellent experiences with Groupon, they do deliver on their promises.
Ryan, I already gave you a chance. At least I am delivering on my promise to you...to take to social media to alert people!

coupon did not work as guaranteed
April 9, 2014. Was promised a coupon to 6PM.COM for 10% would work through 11:59 PM on this day. "We promise our coupons will work...we guarantee our coupons will work" Blah blah. Did not work! Kept getting error message from 6PM that the coupon was not valid for the user I was logged in as. Tried it several times. Then I got error message from couponcabin.com to the effect of "@#%@! We have blocked you because we have bogus sites trying to use our coupons... if you would like to escalate this... fill out this form." For Pete's sake, I'm just someone who went to this site because I thought I could save 10%, then became blocked like a criminal! How RUDE! So much for promises of $25 if their coupons don't work and their "proof" that the coupon worked 'for them'!
!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
CouponCabin - avoid like a plague
Thought the coupons looked pretty good, but had to install a "coupon printer" to print the coupons. Did so with no problem. However, when returning to the coupon page to print coupons, I was instructed yet again to install the coupon printer. Even exited the browser and went back and tried yet again. You guessed it -- I was instructed to install the coupon...

I'm sorry to hear that you're so disappointed with CouponCabin. While I'm unclear on your exact situation, we're always happy to open a missing cashback claim with our merchant partners and work on getting your cashback credited. That said, if the merchant then declines to credit the cashback because they don't have a click on file for the order, we're unable to give cashback. Please know that in a scenario like this, CouponCabin is equally as disappointed as you are since we, too, do not earn our commission and didn't get paid.
