Please stop delivering my magazine in my driveway.
It's ridiculous to have it sitting out in the rain and snow, when it can be safe and secure in my mailbox. Knock it off. We've gone through this before. If I go away and have stopped my mail, and still have magazines littering up my driveway, it defeats the purpose of holding my mail. And I am not going to go on here and stop delivery every time I go away. I can do it all at once when things are delivered to my mailbox.
Thank you.

plastic bags, dreadful delivery
Your delivery system is contributing to the demise of the planet; it was bad enough when magazine companies began wrapping their goods in plastic wrappers; now, you have compounded that by adding a second plastic bag.
Also, these are not "to your door" deliveries. Magazines are tossed on the end of the driveway (the mailboxes in my neighborhood are attached to our houses), defeating the very purpose your ad extols. This is not only at my house, but for everyone in the neighborhood who receives magazines this way.
I am also writing to the magazine(s) concerned, requesting that they drop your "service" as soon as possible.

Billing Issues
I renewed my subscription on 7/10/14 by check. I keep receiving emails and bills stating I didn't pay. I have mailed a copy of the cancelled check along with their bill to prove payment and asked them to correct their records.
I'm not writing about their billing mistake as much as I'm writing about the lack of customer service email or phone number to get this issue resolved. I tried multiple times and multiple ways to contact someone and they have "no reply" emails or the email I sent to their editorial department couldn't be forwarded. I tried to work through their website but there is no FAQ or category for I ALREADY PAID, CORRECT YOUR RECORDS. On their website, I can easily pay, change addresses, let them know I missed an issue and even cancel but I can't contact anyone to let them know I have proof that I paid.
I keep detailed records of the magazines I've ordered, dates ordered, number of subscriptions and cost. I started to do that because I noticed magazines like to send bills that look like its time to reorder but when I look at my notes, I just paid a few months back. Very deceptive practice.
Before you pay for your magazine subscription, check to see when you last renewed.
i did not order this magazine.
WE SUPPORT THEFT FROM ARTISTS!
COUNTRY LIVING MAGAZINE = THEFT FROM ARTISTS! Country Living Magazine continues to support theft from artists and feature stolen designs and merchandise in its latest issue (September 2010). Despite having been informed, along with documentation, that Dallas-based scam company Design Legacy (alias Legacy Trading Company, Legacy Trading Dry Goods, etc.) has a long, well-documented history of scamming and swindling artists out of merchandise, designs, samples and invoice fees, scuzzy Country Living Magazine continues to support and promote scummy DL owner Kelly O"Neal, known locally as Kelly O'Steal. Are there not enough honest vendors and manufacturers to feature...does Country Living have to sink so low as to feature known thieves and con artists? Someone on Country Living's staff should be fired...how about the managing editor, who is responsible for featuring this kind of trash in the mag? And how are these unprofessional journalists going to feel when they're added to the upcoming class action lawsuit against O'Steal and his gang of diseased criminals?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
JOSHUA LYON PROMOTES FRAUD AND THEFT!
JOSHUA LYON (WRITER @ COUNTRY LIVING MAGAZINE) = FRAUD AND THEFT! Joshua Lyon either is a corrupt so-called writer or a very poor researcher...he chose to feature stolen designs in his piece in Country Living magazine (April 2010 issue). Even after notifying this magazine three times over the last two years that the design featured was stolen from a local artist here in Dallas, Joshua and his corrupt editors chose to once again promote fraud and theft, but misled readers by claiming the manufacturer is Wild Thyme in Delaware, actively concealing the fact that it originated from Kelly "I Steal, So What?' O'Neal's scam operation Legacy Trading Workroom in Dallas, one among many aliases. SHAME ON COUNTRY LIVING AND JOSHUA LYON FOR PROMOTING THEFT AND FRAUD IN THIS MAGAZINE, NOT ONCE, BUT REPEATEDLY! HOPEFULLY, THIS RAG WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS LIKE MANY OF ITS FELLOW MAGAZINES HAVE RECENTLY! PLEASE CONTACT THESE UNETHICAL EDITORS AT HEARST BY EMAILING [protected]@hearst.com AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF CORRUPT WRITERS AND PUBLICATIONS! THANK YOU FOR HELP IN SHUTTING DOWN THIS EVIL MAGAZINE...ALSO, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT THEIR ADVERTISERS TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF FRAUDULENT SO-CALLED 'JOURNALISM'!

COUNTRY LIVING PROMOTES THEFT FROM ARTISTS!
BOYCOTT COUNTRY LIVING MAGAZINE...THEIR EDITORS SUPPORT THEFT FROM ARTISTS! How else do you explain their continued promotion of Kelly 'I Steal, So What?' O'Neal's (O'Steal's) stolen merchandise and designs? COUNTRY LIVING MAGAZINE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR STEALING FOOD FROM THE MOUTHS OF HARD-WORKING DALLAS ARTISTS AND CRAFTSPEOPLE! For info on the upcoming class action lawsuit against Legacy Theft Company, please message [protected]@yahoo.com. Thank you for your support in putting this dishonest, irresponsible magazine out of business!

COUNTRY LIVING MAGAZINE = THEFT FROM ARTISTS!
BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT! BOYCOTT! COUNTRY LIVING MAGAZINE = THEFT FROM ARTISTS! This magazine continues to feature and promote merchandise and designs stolen from hard-working artists in the Dallas, Texas area. The feature ' New Hampshire Farmhouse' features two pillow designs swindled from a local artist by Design Legacy and scam company owner Kelly 'O'Steal' O'Neal...even though this magazine's editorial office has been repeatedly notified of the criminal history and con artist status of O'Steal and cohorts (just Google 'kelly o'neal + thief' or 'design legacy + swindlers' and you'll get an idea of how many artisans, vendors, customers and press people they've burned. Is Country Living's staff so unprofessional or desperate for honestly manufactured designs that they need to sink to publicizing swindlers like this not once, but at least half a dozen times? REMEMBER; IF YOU BUY COUNTRY LIVING MAGAZINE, YOU ARE SUPPORTING THEFT FROM ARTISTS!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Does door front direct delivery mean on grass in dirt approx. 20 feet from front door, approx 10 ft from mailbox. This is unacceptable, with snow coming, would have been under snow for days maybe longer. Looked like road trash so picked up. Just terrible Will reconsider renewing subscription if reoccurs.please resolve Thank you Kathy
