Costco Wholesale Corporationwe received the wrong refrigerator.

Order [protected] was delivered on Wednesday November 22, 2017 is not the refrigerator we ordered.
I have been trying to contact Costco online customer service. They say they will call me back in 33 minutes. When the return call does come, a recorded voice says to try again later. This has happened to me 3 times since Wednesday afternoon.
I'm very disappointed in Costco and will have trouble buying such a big ticket item from Costco again.

    Did you sign for receipt and acceptance of the delivery? Have you used the refrigerator in any way?

    Please drop another note to us if you continue to have any problems at all. We just need to fill in a few 'gaps.'
