Convergys No action for our internet connection concern. Always promises. Slow action.

Almost 2 weeks we dont have connection amd we called the customer service ( 4x ) and they are always telling that they will send technician to fix it. But until now we are still waiting. From jan 25 until today Feb 5. Still no action made.😒. I want to cut our subscription because of bad service but the agent tolde that i need still to pay the remaining 12 months of our contract if i will cancel it.It is legal? How.can i pay the monthly if i dont have the connection wifi. Is there any way i can cancel my sabscription without paying the remaining 12 months?

Desired outcome: If my connection will not fix ASAP . its better to discontinue our subscription. And we will go back to our old Line( Globe )

the at 3 june 2018 was truly sick told wael hussien the worrst manager on earth that im sick said no prob after 4 days have been infored that I had to send the sick note in the first 3 days cause and goodbye what simply like that jaja why my manager didnt contact me I dont know and I didnt know about that wasnt in the contract and none told me any way after I said that I ask for help from the work office stream sent me aletter I mean the partner of convergys in egypt saying that I was absent for one month and once I didnt go to the company soon will lose my work fine went and guess what they said to me we sent u that paper as a kind of monoster a ction and to protect our self from work office fine mr caldwell be ware that I wont leave it over my dead body this iz the only way to leave the case and once none reacted and contacted me I will tell the world the story through newspaper in egypt and face book help around the world untill u contact by force think about the reputation of con I will be patient as I can I waited one year and none reacted wrote too much people but none answered u have the worrst people in ur place in cairo and u want to keep the business so hire good people and it would be better look man would take about how u cant feel estability in converg and how its untrusted palce and believe it or not the world would know about that like u get me now u have carole from booking.com at convergys cairo by the way she is suffering from the egyptian managers there they are racists. how come they fire me cause there is a role say sick note in the first 3 days despite the customer review about me perfect nothing can be ideal more than this and the company is already in need for hiring what kind of managers u have

Convergys pay

I attended training for one day on October 22, 2018. I had a family emergency and could not continue with training. I never received pay for that one day. I've contacted the trainer, the trainer supervisor, and someone in HR to no avail. However, I have yet to receive pay for that day. I am disappointed and stressed out to get paid. I need the money that is due. I attended and participated for 8 hours in training. I provided my direct deposit information through e-mail with no response. In addition, my address has changed and I need to update my address to receive my W2.

Convergys poorly run company

I recently, and briefly worked for this company as a Seasonal CSR. As others have pointed out, this place is extremely GHETTO!

I'm talking, HOODRAT CENTRAL! The very worst that East Tampa has to offer!

Although Convergys/Concentix (whichever they call themselves) claims to have a dress code, it's not enforced at all. The vast majority of the employees come to work dressed like they either spent the night hanging out on a street corner selling drugs, or just rolled out of bed without bathing or properly grooming themselves.

Individuals go outside and smoke weed, then, they come back inside the building smelling just like it. The parking lot is full of trash, and physical altercations happen just about every single day!

While I was in training, I could never concentrate due to all of the noise being made by several of the young, immature, attention seeking, ignorant, obnoxious, clowns. They used profanity, spoke about sexual acts, and had constant outbursts!

I could go on, and on with these descriptions.

The trainer could not control them, and sometimes, seemed as if he wasn't even trying. Let's face it, they acted like buffoons because they could.

Since I wasn't permitted to learn anything, at times, I would sit there and simply observe their behavior. All I could think to myself was, "Someone definitely failed these people during their formative years."

To some degree, I actually felt sorry for them. 9 times out of 10, most will never change. Every place they go, trouble will follow, because of the lack of love they received as children, and the negative/evil spirits living within them. It's really sad.

Unfortunately, management could care less, and will continue to hire these characters with absolutely no home training! Not to mention, no morals and values. These types of individuals do not respect others, or themselves. It's painfully obvious.

As a result, decent human beings like myself, that may see the potential in Convergys/Concentrix, will continue to quit and seek employment with companies that promote a safer, healthier and more positive working environment, that is conducive to professional growth.

The main issue with this company is incorporating rules and regulations that look and sound good on paper, but NEVER GET ENFORCED! Unless, it's convenient for them.

Five things I found very strange:

1. For "Security Reasons", it's mandatory that all employees use LOCKERS to store personal belongings such, as purses. Still, there are several individuals that manage to hide them on the floor.

2. Again, for "Security Reasons", there's a NO PAPER policy on the production floor. This includes the nesting period, when you first begin taking calls in a noisy training room. So, I was given a login to the phone system that I was unable to write down alongside my other logins, for future reference. Guess I had to memorize it...

3. NO SALTY/MESSY FOOD or DRINKS WITHOUT SPILL PROOF TOPS ALLOWED. Yet, each day in training, the Ghetto class that came in after mine, left behind crumbs and other crap that we had to clean up!

4. There are NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. Yet, everyone still brings them. Even if they get caught, it only results in a slap on the wrist.

5. Useless Security Guards (aka Flashlight Cops) give you a hard time about using your phone to call your ride, and standing outside in front of the building, while waiting for your ride. Yet, they allow people to stand outside smoking weed, and possibly committing other criminal acts, that are overlooked! They only take their little jobs seriously when people are not causing a problem that should involve Real Law Enforcement.

CEO, Management, HR, Training Dept.:

You all really need to grow a spine. I understand you may fear retaliation from these delinquents, but in the long run, you're hurting the success of the organization by turning a blind eye to all of the misconduct. Clean house by weeding out all of the undesirables, while retaining the few good employees you have. Otherwise, keep throwing good money away on bad.

Convergys hr/team leaders/ services

My grandmother has lung and brain cancer and ha been very sick over the pat few months so I have had to care for her. I spoke with my TL who is Barbara Robinson (Bobbi) over the work at home agents and I informed her of everything that was going on. I did inform her of the days that I had to bring my grandmother to her Dr. apts and Bobbi said that this was alright. I also took a leave for a week so that I could get my grandmother in a home when her health got really bad this time last time around. When I took this leave Barbara knew about this as well through an email that I sent her and he replied and I still have that email.

The first day back from my leave I tried to clock into estart and could not and I told Barbra and she said its because she still had me on leave. So on today which is 10/10/2018 I have been told by both Barbara (Bobbi) Robinson and Bambi Herbert that every day that I have taken to bring my grandma to the doctor which I did request the off days through estart even the leave I took to get my grandmother in the home for proper assistance would count as absence against me and that I wa being wrote up today on 10/10/2018.

I did however get a copy of the corrective action form that they told me I had to sign before I had to get off the phone with me so they pressured me into signing that and I did put in the not section on that form that I did not agree with any of it and I will be handling this accordingly. I have every document that will show when and where with a date when I took my grandmother to her Dr and they will line up with every single day that I took off that Barbara (Bobbi) Robinson knew about and again I will handle this accordingly and take the steps that I need to starting tomorrow.

This is kind of your fault for not being educated on the FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE ACT, (Otherwise known as FMLA).

You are required to get documentation of your grandmother's illness. You must have it approved, before you take ANY time off. It sounds like you did not do this, Thus your write up.

Next Time, Apply for FMLA.

Convergys hr/payroll

I've worked for convergys for nearly 2 years and have recently gone off on long term sick because of a condition, which is made worse by stress. Whilst I have been off I have only been paid correctly perhaps once and for some perspective, I have been off sick since around June 2018. I have only just received monies owed for holidays taken in June 2018, after sending emails to HR everyday, multiple phone calls and explaining what had happened several times. I have just been paid these holidays in September 2018.
Today is my payday and not only have the holiday monies I was paid been put through as a "cash loan", therefore deducted from this pay again, but the amount that was left over from the sick pay wasn't paid at all anyway.
Talking to HR about it is like banging my head against the wall; we get paid of Friday and if I'm not paid correctly I have no chance of getting it back until mid next week at earliest as they don't work weekends and there's no one else to speak to about it.
I'm trying to get better to go back to work but it's very unhelpful to be repeatedly unpaid or paid incorrectly, leaving me with stress of how I'll pay my bills.

Convergys how my dismissal outcome was handled

Felt i was bullied
Brought into a meeting for a call where i was told i was rude but wasnt then sacked for a technical error.
Constsntley getting watched by site director when helping other employees.
Ignored when i asked to change my hours for mounths by hr tl and operations.
Was told that they would look straight into getting my hours changed after 2 weeks of training wish i was then pushed out of.

Felt totally ignored and dismissed for a reason which was because a customer thought i was rude which i wasnt then dismissed over a technical fault.

Really discusting levels of management and a complete wrong way of character for me

I remember the site director watched me over a period of weeks made me feel bullied and also i remember after i got sacked my tl went down to my old tl and smirked after saying check your emails then him telling my friends its about the email of chris getting sacked.

Finally glad im out as this job made me depressed as of how i was delt with and lack of support. Felt it was a way of crossing off the list of things to get me fired.

Ive spoke with my solicitor and im thinkimg of doing an et1 form.

Convergys background check

I have a perfect background. I retired from the Government.

I was given a start date by Convergys work at home. I filled out their background report correctly. The manager couldn't get in touch with my previous supervisor. He is very busy most of the time. My previous government employer does verifications daily.

Anyway, I felt I should back out if there are problems. I am sure it is my right legally. The Convergys manager was very demeaning and bullying, corporate bullying very possibly trying to blame my background. I am not asking for these intrusions.

I left a general message on the corporate site asking them to stop this blacklisting and that I have informed my attorney.

I have notified my attorney. I went for an interview with another Convergys location and they seem to be holding it against me. This is abuse. I am willing to release the name of the Convergys employee if this is investigated.

Convergys hiring and human resources in las cruces new mexico

Was hired and signed job offer afterwards i was called ad told that they did not have my drug test and that i need to call and submit more information for my background upon contacting i was then told they need nothing and they would contact me if they do and that was from the company who does background checks and drug test. 04/30/2018 -5/4/2018. When i told Hr they needed nothing from me i was told i would get a call back but that never took place. At this point i feel i have been given the run around. And feel i am owed a reasonable explanation as to why i was misled and given the run around and why they would give me a job and then not employ me

Convergys convergys san lazaro supporting homewreckers

Hi Convergys,
You Philippines site particularly in San Lazaro, Cigna Chat Support is allowing employees like Eldrina Delima known as Dinz breaking family apart. Their team is very supportive of what she was doing. A family was affected. She was asked nicely to distance herself but she cannot do it she said. Does this mean CVG is developing people with immoral acts? Your leaders are not doing anything. Yes, you are running a business but more than that the reason people work for you was primarily because of their family. If you let employees like Eldrina Delima then I would definitely tell everyone that Convergys would not think of their family's best interest.

Convergys wrongfully terminated after discovering breach in client contract

I was recently fired after discovering a breach in contract with one of Convergys most important clients (US Bank). I'll let you read what I sent the corporate compliance team stating the ethical misconduct that took place.

My name is *****. ****Sr. ******* ******for Convergys CIT hosted solutions. When I first came on board back in June I noticed something was different with this database environment. It lacked the basic principles that formally trained DBAs learn from day 1. Ensure availability, maintainability and data security. My teammate who I will not name tried their best but due to lack of proper training and experience could not manage CIT's database environment without help. This is where I came into the picture. As the first weeks went by another obstacle came to light. Effective communication was not welcomed as I had to direct every question I had to my teammate becuase she described the relationships with other teams as fragile. So I did my best to improve the stability of the environment without the ability to communicate to anyone but the one person who didn't want to change anything. The lack of progress due to the communication barrier drew the attention of my boss, Jim Harris. I spoke to Jim about the instability of the environment and the urgency of the matter. For example, CIT manages 4 production databases none of which backup to an offsite location. Anyone with general knowledge of databases knows that this is not even close to an acceptable model. Convergys would lose every client if word of such leaked. Jim's response to my concern was, we could still be at risk if th backups were compromised. At that point I knew there was a problem. Shortly after my concerns were voiced I was put on a performance improvement plan. Before the first PIP meeting Jim confided in me that my job may be at risk but if I were to lose my job that I would receive up to $20, 000 and unemployment benefits. I thought he was joking. I never thought my job was at risk becuase of the trouble this environment was in. I figured they wanted help making it stable. One day my monitor script which checked the status of USBank's GoldenGate environment alerted me that there was a sync issue. After further investigation, the sync was interrupted many times before this and never put back into sync completely. This is the credit card targeted offers system we host for USBank. USBank is a client that intervoice cannot lose or they would face a serious hardship. I mentioned to Jim the issue and stated that targeted offers were not available to one of the servers which is half of the traffic. A couple of million calls were made without the ability to give a offer to the customer. WHen I addressed the issue I was told by my teammate not to mess with it as we didn't have the time. It is my belief the anxiety of the situation was too much to handle. I told Jim of the problem and it was brushed under the rug. This was a clear violation of our customer contract that would result in a huge penalty of SLA infraction. 2 days later I was let go becuase of performance problems. The only performance problem that existed was the one I was resolving that lingered before I came on board and will continue until formally adrressed. The fact is, I was let go to quiet my concern of an SLA violation which will result in a large penalty. The actions taken by Jim Harris were in my opinion ethically wrong and this is why I am adressing you today. My termination was not in good faith. Please help me resolve this problem.

Convergys unethical behaviour sexual abuse illicit affair

i would like to file a complaint at convergys alabang but i think they will not take it seriously because in a call center environment where FUBU is tolerated, its kind of a norm inside their workplace.

i would like to file a sexual complaint if they will take it or unethical behaviour in workplace in exchange for favors. this maniac name is DECK IBANEZ aka "mang kanor" a team leader convergys alabang ph. i found out last month through fb messenger an exchange of messages that my wife and this guy are having an affair. but my wifes deny it and said that her officemate used her phone and that this girl is the one having an affair
i just want this guy to meet face to face in the HR office of convergys alabang..

i hope that this convergys company stands to their moral values if not just the code of business ethics. i also think that their HR is a sham if they could not reply to this message.

Convergys recruiter

Hi I have a complaint against the Hr recruiting team of convergys

I got shot listed from a consultancy and done with the rounds, they asked me to go to the company for further rounds and it was told to me that versent and accent round is passed

Now after going to the company they spoke to me stating it is not cleared

I would not recommend any1 to this company because neither the management of the recruiting team is good

Convergys termination

101062907I worked for Convergys for ATT contract for 18 months I ranked 4th highest performer in that department. Convergys lost c ontract with ATT and sent me over to H&R Block. Had to train for Appt scheduler went to training for 2 weeks took test on Friday July 7, 2017 failed with a 70 retook test on Monday July 10, 2017 trainer Christopher King came over and act like he was checking over my test and started clicking and changing answers and than submitted test and I didn't pass had 78 out of 80 and a couple of my questions he changed were wrong and than he said don't worry about it. Than on Tuesday July 11 2017 had me sign a separation letter. I don't believe I ever passed the H&R Block assessment test. Convergys sent me over there to fail. It's a drug environment and if your not on drugs you don't fit in. but you will get fired if you have your cellphone on you.

Convergys immorality and infidelity

I would like to file a complaint for the employee named april estanislao garcillan who is a team leader in convergys megamall site who happens to be a mistress of my husband renz michael rubang sanidad who is a quality supervisor in convergys megamall and up commonwealth technohub site.
I already filed a case for my husband ra 9262 and will file again for concubinage. Im also waiting for the court appearances for his infidelity that causes too much pain for me and to our children since he abondoned our family and choose to stay with his paramour ms. Garcillan. I felt hopeless since your company tolerates this kind of behavior knowing that my husband is a family man. I also raised this incident to the upper management (head hr in megamall site and to my husbands' manager) before. Unfortunately no one would assist me. We have 2 minor kids and my husband is not fully supporting us (his own family). We are legally married and I believe the sanctity of marriage however, your company cannot meddle with this problem. He only supports us 1500 pesos per week with 2 kids knowing that he is earning more right now for his job.

I would like to request if you can dismiss the mistress april garcillan or my husband renz sanidad in your company because of immorality and dishonesty, abandonment of his own family. I am also waiting for the case filed on court. Hoping that you can help me.

The employee full name is christelle ann salgado bauyon. She is not already finished her 1year in college ang she make a fake transcript of record that she had finished her college year? Made in recto? What is that?

Good day,

I would like to file a complaint against one of your employee. Her name is Sheena Marchorie Lobo Zara shes with your at&t cust service acct based at cvg mdc100 10th flr. I had a confrontation with her last may 4, 2017 when I saw her with my husband in front of your office. Shes my husband mistress in lack for a better word. A thorn to my family. I know call centers has their own credo and will not tolerate such act against the right of other woman. If you want a letter from a lawyer I can provide you that. I am also working in eastwood and I dont want this to happen again. That is why i am writing this message to ask for your assistance and guidance.

Convergys an employee

Yes an employee there Paula reid. I believe is employee in Lubbock Texas. Was on the home with me and talking to another employee about smoking a bowl of marijuana on her break. I don't mind what they do on there on time. But please when on the phone don't let me the customer know about your drug use. She was very rude and didn't care she was even working.

Convergys wrongful/dismissal I am very upset

I worked for the company for 3 months I liked the training everything seem so well I was very excited the pay was so great especially being at home but also thought it was too good to be truth I am bilingual but I know even from home no company pays no more than 10 per hour. Anyhow I was still happy and blessed work and calls seem to easy and enjoyable my 1st week of taking calls I notice a strange issue with my phone "Avaya" I noticed that I kept having delays on the phone like the call will come in into I3 but not on the hard phone I mention this to my trainer and he said he was going to look into it. Days passed nothing I let it go but it then continue constantly by the time I let the support team chat and TL I was told it was my internet all the time its my internet in that case I called about 3 techs they rewired my whole home and switched my modem boxes the company even made me purchased a brand new computer and new router everything was new except my Avaya phone that phone kept rebooting turning off on my and doing a lot of weird things and no one this is including "their" techs from bomgar trouble shoot my Avaya phone my TL who I felt she was not a good TL Amy never listen to me I kept telling her what the tech told me and she kept saying "Well I am telling you that its your internet and if you don't get it fixed you will get pointed out ok says passed and I noticed other coworkers started to experienced the same issue with Avaya as well and I felt relived because I knew that at this point it wasn't only me my TL said that I will need to upgrade my internet package or get a business account which I knew right away I couldn't do that when I got hired I wasn't told I needed that type of account if your company is so strict about internet being super perfect then they shouldn't have people working from home because there not here at our homes to know exactly what is going on I never heard of a work from home agent that needs to have a business internet account that is too expensive. Any how the issue continue no one helped and this week this so call TL supervisor terminated me because she said that " I lied to the member and that I left the caller in another call on hold for 10 minutes" WHAT are the coaches there for to fool around or to help I was given information from a coach who told me I was able to mail that persons eob this is not right and yes no one showed me the text If I knew this was going to turn this way I would of taking a picture of that chat the Team lead looks like she doesn't care about her employees the techs on the other side also don't help the coaches some help and others don't I will not recommend working for this company at all if we talking about being professional please do me a favor and be professional yourself and don't waste other people time and money because when there's a problem with your devices you find an excuse to either blame something else or fire you for a call when its your device that doesn't work you do that to not pay the employee or send out another phone and pay shipping this is very bad its ok I am glad I am a good person and bilingual thank god I can find a job very fast good luck.

Convergys wrongful dismissal

wrongful dismissal, I have work for Convegys and was employed for over 9 years. I was terminated two weeks before Christmas. Management new about it in November and they had to enhance the call using two different methods to hear. The alleged infraction, Management is not existent to assist with abusive customers and people who violate using residential account to run a business. They would rather fire associates then protect them. This is a sad state of affairs, where they could increase revenue and save millions of dollars by not training . New employees at over 6000 dollars per person plus there hours wages, averaging 25 people per class with a loss rate over the year to one. No one stays those that do are dismissed at any infraction. With management assistance or Corporate help . Wither by this Company or the company who contracts with them COMCAST. Both Company's are failing to save revenue by the constant treatment of the agents by customers. And outsourcing. Jobs to overseas operations, and annoying computer responses which is suppose to stream the process which doesn't it just frustrates the customer follow by an agent most times not US based. I realize no matter what I say it wont matter now that I am unemployed, and most likely wont get another job at my age. Companies should defend there employees instead of Customers that feel entitled.
