They are a bad example of what they do and ruin reputation of similar companies. I doubt people will want to deal with serious companies doing the same things after ContactAbility.
Like real cheaters, they only take money but do absolutely nothing. It's the worst thing about them. Contacting their customer service is a different story that deserves a different complaint, but I can say that I am very dissatisfied with how they work. Useless and clueless. They tried to assure me that I bought the insurance, but I didn't get any emails or whatever else.
They just charged me and forgot about me.

This company is a joke. I needed some leads to be done and used them to do it.
So I was surprised by a poor quality of leads. As if they were made by a newcomer. Plus, they have lots of hidden fees. Not sure all of them are mention in terms and conditions, so you will notice how fast they charge you for this and for that. Don't trust them, it's not the best place to deal with.

I had the worst experience with this company ContactAbility and I don't want to deal with them in the future! They have the most terrible customer service ever, their representatives are the rudest people I have ever met! I don't know why but every time I contacted them they spoke in a rudely manner and were highly impolite with me. They should teach their employees some manners!

really rude agent and no additional info about services
My friend advised me to visit the website www.contactability.com. He told me that it was good platform for business and he used it for several months already. So I decided to try it, and I found the contact info of the company. I called them, but the rude agent replied. He almost yelled at me without reason, and he refused to provide additional info and told that they had many customers now. After that he hung up on me. I was disappointed with such attitude.
