I signed up with this group with them promising me loans and a credit card. They overdrew my account several times because they didn't tell me when they were going to draft anything. There products were cheap and overpriced and didn't have anything i needed that I particularly was interested in. Please do not get involved in this company they are not very helpful in no way.

I also applied for a payday loan and was declined. Now I have a debit of $99.95 on my account. They said they would not return the money because they sent me an email and that verified the transaction. I am lost, I didn't have the $99.95 for them to take.

this so-called company tried to take money 2 times but I didn't have enough in bank and was charged $20 for each time; then in October they were able to as they went in shortly after I received my social security disability check; I called them several times and was on hold over 30 minutes each time; I did 2 online chats with them and copied both; both times was promised money which I haven't gotten; it has really hurt me as I don't have any cushion, just my monthly check; hope someone gets them good!!!

This fraud company lifted my information off of a cash advance website and then stole money out of my bank account!! I had the charges stopped through by bank and my bank gave me my money back. But I also got the following information from my bank to help other get their money back.

The name of the company's Executive Director is Caroline Kment and her direct telephone number is: [protected] call and ask her where your refund is. Call her everyday if that is what you have to do. It is the only way to get your refund that they promise you will get.

P.S I forgot to add they only refunded what they took no nsf fees that I incurred. I had to get that back from my bank. There is a number to talk to them but I don't have it in front of me. I found it on the better business bureau site. They will just tell you to wait for your money.

This is for everyone that had money taken from there accounts from consumerbill.com. They go by many different names with many different purposes. Many of you were applying for cash advances and when you submitted your application you unknowingly agreed to fine print that states you agree to a membership for a credit card. They charge people different amount varying from $20.00 to $90.00. You have to go to there website at consumerbill.com during there business hours and click on live chat. If they are closed for the day you can cancel your account with them and click on refund. I has money taken out of my account for $49.95 on October 7th, 2008, I finally recieved my money in my account exactly 3 months later on January 7, 2009. It took me a lot of chatting with them to get no where fast. They tell you that your account will be canceled with them immediately so you should not incur any more charges, then they say that they will contact the third party that charged you. They give that company basically 60 business days to pay you back. If they don't they conduct there own investigation and they refund you within another 15 business days. People all in all it will take you 90 days before you see your money again. As far as the third party is concerned I believe there isn't one. I think they are the ones that take your money. If you do some simple research online you will see quickly that they go by many different company names. They are into credit cards, cash advances, scholarships and many more. They are everywhere. I will never submit my personal info for anything again. Don't bother with online cash loans. It's not worth it. You are just giving your bank info to criminals. I hope this helps someone out there. Feel free to email me with any questions. I'll do what I can. [email protected]

I need advise from all the people that have been ripped off some how by internet red tape. I'm sick and tired of these so called companies stealing your money and laughing all the way to the bank. Their has to be something that can be done legally. We should be able to file a class action law suit and be vindicated in a court. 2009 rings out to me a year of change for consumers not to be stepped on any longer. Unfortunately I am not a lawyer, I do not know how to begin this process. The bigger this computer age gets the more it is used to violate people, and it needs to end. One person can't do it alone. But if we all get together it will make a voice that has to be heard. If anyone would like to help me get this started please contact me. I would appreciate any help with this matter. My email is [email protected] This is a very serious matter that needs to be tended to. Thank you

The same thing happened to me that I see other people have posted about. I can not believe that they are actually getting away with this when so many people know about it. Can they not be MADE to give us our money back? IS there nothing that can be done? IF anyone reads this post and knows how I can actually get my 39.95 and 49.95 back from these theives, please contact me and let me know:: [email protected]

I was charged a 49.95 on my banking account and it was from consumerbill.com, Fortress Secured. I tried several times to call the number and it would tell me what number in line I was and when I got down to next in line it would say all agents are busy try again later. After several hours I finally got through to someone and told me I signed up for something I did not. They would not refund my money immediately and I asked to speak with a supervisor but of course none were available. So I told the guy I would hold until one is and he said no I would not because he would hang up on me. He did but called me stupid before he hung up on me.

I called back and finally got through again and after arguing with someone else on the validity of the charges I agreed to receive a refund in 30-45 days. They assured me no more charges would be made to my account. A week later there was one for $39.95. This caused me to have overdraft fees on my checking account. I did not bother to call back.

I went straight to my bank and informed them of the 2 fraudulent charges on my account. The bank refunded me the $49.95 and the $39.95 plus overdraft fees, and sent back to them as unauthorized charges. Do not even bother to call, it does no good. Just dispute the charges with your bank and you should get your money back and any overdraft fees if it causes you to have them.

These people are a complete ripoff! The place you call is an outsourced company for Fortress Secured it is no actually someone at their company you talk to. It does not matter they have horrible customer service call you names and hang up on you! I also filed a report with the BBB and the companies have negative ratings with them.

I too was scammed . Here is all you need to get your money back...The managers name is Jason, asst. manager is Dominie Biggs, the Executive Director is Caroline Kment and her asst. is Jessica Gonzalez [email protected] and Carolines direct line is [protected], her email is [email protected] The company goes by Consumerbill.com but their real name is Customer Services Inc. located at 75 Bank Street, Sparks, Nevada [protected] . Do not communicate with the peons(normal agents on the toll free line) call Caroline directly, let her know you have all this information and she will cooperate with you. I would love to go to court against this company.
Caroline said that I was harrassing the company and they could get me for that, I laughed in her ear and said do whatever you think your big bad and brave enough to do, because I have copies of all communications with their company and would be glad to see her in court. If they threaten you like she tried on me just tell her to do what she feels she can and let her know you are not scared of her or her company. You may email me in support of a court case my name is shawn and my email is [email protected]
IF you notice they go by consumerbill.com but their name is customer services inc. and they have g-mail and carolines email is from a company called svmincorporated.com which i researched and it is out of san diego and the number on the site is non-legit. Everything about these people and the company is bogus lets hound them and kick their ###.

In October 2008 I noticed that I had a withdrawal from my account of $49.95. I called the bank to inquire what this was. They gave me a name and phone number of a place called consumerbill.com. I called the number the bank gave me and spoke with a person that told me that it was a platinum master card membership. I told her that I had not applied for a credit card. She ask me if I had applied for a personal loan. I told her that I had and she told me that it was in the agreement when I applied for the loan. Well, it was only a few days when I noticed that there was an amount of $39.95 withdrawn from my account. This was the same thing when I called the bank. I did not sign anything for these people to take this money from my account. I have continously called for my refund and I still have not received my money. First they told me I would receive a check within 30 to 45 business days. Well, it has been well over that and I still have not received my money back. I just got off the phone with a lady named Erica (after Mary hung up on me) and she told me that I would receive the money back in my account with 7 to 10 business days. I would automatically be credited back to my account. I am very mad that this can happen and it does not take these people 30 to 45 days to take the money. I dont know what can be done but these people need to be stopped. Is there anyone out there that can give me any advise on what to do.

I applied for a payday loan online and the next thing I knew my account was charged 49.95 and 39.95. I contacted my bank and was referred to the company. The company provided a confirmation number for the refund and advised I would have my refund in 30-45 dyas. Well, that time has lasped and the company's number stays busy and I still don't have a refund. i called my bank and advised of the situation and they had notes on my account from my first call so it was easy to resolve the issue with my bank. But the problem I am having is the fact that this company has ripped off so many people all of whom are simply trying to make it due to unforseen circumstances. This company is preying on people in times of trouble

I think that this article that has been written is bogus. I have gotten my refund back and i have had ntohgin but nice reps EVERY time I call. I had been able to speak with a supervisor with the name Jason, and the representatives i had spoken with were very nice and professional (Clarisa and Cristal) and i bellieve a couple more.
I beleiue that people who dont get thier refunds are probvably because A. they had no money actualy taken from them, and B. becasue they probably called them and started cussing them out or acting a fool over the telephone, i would think that they should be able to hang up in your face too if you were yelling.

People need to REEEEEAAAADDD the terms and conditions of the things they do online and if they think that your info is secure over the WORLD WIDE WEB then they are out of thier mind. You had given your information out, and not reading th terms of the loan you applied for you put yourself in this bind.

I think you should stop trying ot bring a legit company down and act grown up and accept the mistake you made. I got my money back perfectly fine within thier 30-45 biz day rule. Its a company they have rules and guidlines, and who cares if you dont like it it is what it is. get over it, .

    Thanks for listening.

I have not received anything yet. I just got off the phone with a rep there, she advised it is 30-45 business days. The story continues to change, they can be reached at [protected]. The rep said she could see where my request was processed. I am sure it is another lie.

I was also robbed of $49.95 and $39.95. I have done no busniness with this company!! I have called them time and time again and have yet to receive a refund that they said would take 30-45 days and be mailed to me instead of deposited into the account they took it from. I want my hard earned money back now. I wish they were local so I could appear in person with my shot gun!! No one is ever available to speak with

WHEN I TRIED IT, IT DIDN'T WORK . WHEN I SIGNED BACK INTO INDEPENDENT PLUS PLATINUM, I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO THE SAME REP, SHE SAID; SHE DOESN'T KNOW WAY ITS NOT WORKING, AND SO I WOULD RECEIVE IT IN THE MAIL .

Consumerbill.com should not be allow to be rip people off. They
rip me off $114.90. First off they draft $49.95 out of my bank
account without telling me anything on Sep 30th 2008 . I have
no ideal who they are. I called my bank to find what account
was and that how I had find out. I got consumerbill phone from
my bank and I had called consumerbill and I did'en gave you
my permission to take money out of bank account consumerbill
said when I apply for a personal loan I apply for a membership
fee. I had explain to consumer bill I had apply for a personal loan
but I did not sign up for any membership they said ok then then
will cancel my memership and refund my money to me within
4-5 days. Then a week later they took out $39.95 out of bank
account without my persmission and ever refund my $49.95.
In the mean time since I did not know they take money out of
my bank I was changed a $25.00 fee for NSF because of this. I
am still waiting for this company to refund me my money. This
is not right for this company to gave a way with steal consumer
money. I finally had to closed out my bank account to keep them from taking money out of my bank account without my
    permission.

I applied for a loan thru a Pay Day Loan service online, they in turn shared my information with ConsumerBill.com. They have attempted to withdraw $49.95 twice thus far within a months time. I recently attempted to contact the phone number [protected], I was initially placed on hold advising that I was the tenth caller waiting. Once the call was connected, no one greeted me, I heard several laughing children in the background and heavy breathing on the line. I said, "Hello...Hello..." It sounded as if it was a female that started to laugh and speak in spanish and then she disconnected immediately. My advice is to close out your current bank account, open an entirely new one and have the financial institution place a fraud alert on your account that encompasses the ConsumerBill.com name and phone number.

Where is this damn company, I swear I could walk in there and get my money back, or end up going to jail.
2 hits. 49.95 one week then 39.95 the next week.
I went to my bank, luckily the overdraft fees were taken off but I want my 80.00 that was taken right out from under my nose.
I contacted them via e-mail and was told it would be refunded in 30-45 days. Like I believe anything they say. I was so mad i was shaking and I dont have a clue how to get it back, does this company even exist?
Its been 2 weeks now. Where did there original website go? These thieves should be sued, but there again, I dont have the money for that. I wish a lawyer would offer his services. Maybe we could all be compensated.

I had 2 charges withdrawn when applying for a cash advance. One was from Government Grant Membership for $39.45 and the other was for $45.95 for a Medlink Health Care Subscription --both with some DBA My
Catalog. I have spoken with someone through their live chat who told me my money would be refunded once it posted as paid. That's been over 2 months ago. I talked with someone on Oct 17th and they said my information was sent to the refund dept. on Oct. 3. I still have not gotten my money back. Who can I refer this to.

I did not apply for any credit card, thats was the charge was supposedly been for and I know I didn't because I don't want any credit cards. Been there!

I have learned my lesson, Sid told me I signed up through a 3rd party, but he would cancel and I will get my money back in 30-45 days. I also asked him if i will any other charges to my account, He said no! Of course I will be closing my account today. I have also filed a fraud case with my bank. I hope I have all the bases covered.

To whom it may concern; you have no authorization from me {David Blake} to be debiting my account for $49.95 for some type of Platinum member fees for some kind of credit card that I do not want or need, I just found out from my bank that your company debited my wachovia account causing an insufficient fees charge on my account and I want this check debit returned right now because it was not authorized by me...my bank has been notified of this illegal transaction and will not permit any other attempts to debit this account...and if this debit is not returned I will seek legal representation for the scam you are commiting on this account.David Blake
