Suddenly I had additional amount taken from my account, when queried I was told that an additional invoice had not been paid. All regular monthly invoices are paid by direct debit but a 'one off' service invoice for £120 was taken from my account.
It turns out that half of these charges were for a line that has not been on my account for over a year. Asked for a full refund of the rogue invoice, asked to escalate the query to a formal complaint before going to OfCom. I've had issues with this company before and it's always down to me to point out their mistakes. Now i've had enough.

I sold him a Nortel BCM50b unit with bracket taken from an working enviroment by paypal after he contact me via eBay and return a open unit with different serial number, different model BCM50a, with missing parts inside and without the bracket.
Even manage to get a full refund from Paypal
After complaining to Paypal and escalating the case I manage to get a refund of aprox. %70
He is a con artist.
