ConstructionGear product never shipped

I ordered 2 pair of jeans on 4/25/18. Issues were:
1) I never was notified until after I ordered that they were on back order.
2) I was charged immediately via PayPal.
3) I received a different order number in another email the next day.
4) Neither order numbered worked to check the order status online.
5) I called 5/17/18, waited on hold 20+ minutes, and was assured that the order would go out the next day.
6) I received yet another email/invoice on 5/18/18 with yet another order number.
7) I called 5/25/18 (one month!) waited on hold 20+ minutes, and was assured that the order would go out the next day.

I count 11 customer service mistakes, so far... I'm canceling the order ASAP.

ConstructionGear no items!

They promise a fast shipping. Haha! Don't be as naive as I was. I believed this information and was cruelly cheated.
Contacted their customer service and was said that my boots were out of stock for unknown reasons (the website showed them being available). They offered me to just sit and wait without bothering them. They promised to send me an email with the shipping information. It's been 2 months. Where is this email?
I called them again and asked this question. Of course, they had no idea what I was talking about.
What a messy circus! What will happen next? I don't know. Waiting for my order that will surely never arrive and I will have to contact them again asking for a refund. But it will be another complaint...

ConstructionGear Stay away

My complaint is very typical.
I ordered several items, got a confirmation. After this, I got one more email stating that the items would be delivered within a week.
I decided to pay for extra shipping as everything was so well.
And started to wait, was about to get them by the beginning of October.
However, yesterday I found out that my items were never shipped (I ordered them on the 5th of September). They didn't notify me about it, so I waited for so long for nothing.
trying to get my refund now, and it's really hard.
Please, stay away.

ConstructionGear My order was cancelled for no reason

I have a bad experience with this site Constructiongear and will not order from them again. Bought a pair of boots and they did not arrive. When I contacted Constructiongear customer care they said that my order was cancelled. I asked them to explain what was the reason but they did not answer my question and said that I'll get my money back soon. That was a fake promise and I never received anything.
This is a very bad and dishonest company, don't deal with them! When I called their customer service phone line they said that all reps were busy and asked me to call later and when I did they did not pick up. What a joke company!

ConstructionGear I had nothing but trouble with Constructiongear

I had nothing but trouble with this company and I will never use them again! Constructiongear still has my money and I want a full refund. I bought a pair of boots from them and later they contacted me and told that my boots were not in stock. I picked another pair and later they said that these were also no longer available. When I asked them to cancel my order they said they can't do that and then I asked them to tell me what was in stock and I finally made my 3rd order. I thought that was the end but no they decided to scam me again and charged me twice! I demanded a full refund but they refused! These guys are the worst, they are true scammers and not to be trusted!

Collected my money on day of order, and collected PA sales tax on Boots (exempt in PA). Never received boots; when I told them I was going to report this incident; having waited 3 - 4 weeks, and demanding they contact shipper, they cancelled my order even though I said I did not want to do so as this was a Christmas gift and boots were sold out on many sites. Apparently, they us ed my money to order the boots from another retailer. I am guessing they have no inventory and very little money invested in this shady business. This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!

ConstructionGear They didn't provide info and orders – the worst company

I ordered shoes from the company www.constructiongear.com. I placed order 2 weeks before Christmas, and I paid for the express delivery, but I haven’t received my order at all. I placed it a month ago, but they still haven’t delivered it, as well as the rep from the company didn’t tell me anything precise. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

My order was canceled and they said it was not in stock. After spending a lot of time deciding on what I wanted this was very annoying.

ConstructionGear Worst online retailer experience ever!

Worst experience with an online retailer I have ever had! I placed an order for a Jacket on December 18th 2011 and paid $13 so that I would receive the order by Christmas. When my order was placed delivery was scheduled for December 21st. Well one thing is for sure the money was taken out of my account December 21st. It is January 11th and still no jacket...not even a tracking number. I have talked to the same customer service rep. twice and heard the same song and dance both times. I have been told that they are waiting on the vendor/manufacturer. Even if this is true I was not told this when I placed the order. I was told December 21st! STAY AWAY FROM CONSTRUCTIONGEAR.COM or you could just throw some money out of your window!

ConstructionGear Stay away from these guys

I ordered a pair of pants on Jan 13th. They arrived Jan 20th. They were too tight so I sent them back the very next day, Jan 21st, to exchange for the next bigger size. Two weeks went by and I never got any kind of email confirmation that they had sent the new ones or anything. I had sent 2 emails in the meantime to their customer service asking about the order. I have yet to get any response to either of these emails. I called on Feb 3 (2 wks after I sent them back). I was told they had just processed them and it could take up to 2 wks to send out the next pair. It has now been 2 more weeks and I still have no pants. It has been 5 weeks.

ConstructionGear I would stay away if you need anything within the month

Placed two orders with them due to almost half-off pricing compared to MSRP. First one was for a pair of coveralls. Good selections and options. Ordered a black pair of Carhatts only to be called after two-three hours of ordering and told that my order was out of stock and would not be in for 7-10 business days. (Would have been easier for them just to update their web site with their current inventory) Settled on the phone for a different color. Went back the next day looking for some impact wrench gloves or anything heavy duty for work. Got a phone call 24 hours later. Same routine did not have the ones I wanted/ordered in stock and I would have to wait another 7-10 days for them to be back in stock. I even paid for 2 day shipping and I guess they just expected me to eat it becuase they made no mention of refund for the shipping after calling to ask if I would kindly wait a week or two...hah. I would stay away if you need anything within the month. I kinda doubt they have much in stock but im not sticking around for a third order to find out if I get the call again. By the way, this was a yahoo approved website if that means anything.
