Conexis customer service/health benefits card

Good morning.
My name is Shawnita Bell. My employer is T.H.E. Health & Wellness Centers/T.H.E. Clinic (Acct# [protected]) & I have been a Conexis card holder for about 5 years. I have never had a serious issue with Conexis/Wageworks until now. and I am very disappointed to say the least!
I called in on July 1st to report that I have not received my updated Conexis (health benefits) card. Mine expired in Dec 2018. After much back and forth, I was told by one of the Supervisors, Alisa, in customer service that Wage Works is unable to do anything about my replacement card as far as expediting it. She said that, "Wage Works doesn't do that". Alisa recommendations were:
1. I could reschedule my appointments for a future date (after I receive the card).
2. Pay out of pocket & file a claim for reimbursement & wait for a refund
3. See if the doctors can wait for payment until after I receive the card.
After about a 15-20 minute conversation, I was assured that it would be expedited/overnighted, as this was out of my control. I then received emails stating that the issue had been resolved.
I called again & spoke to Brittany (presented as a Supervisor) on July 5th while at one on my doctor's appointments. I told her that I still did not have my new card and asked if she could relay the card information to the office staff so that I could pay using my benefit card. She was extremely condescending throughout our conversation & was unwilling to assist me at all. I kept trying to read the emails I received to her and she kept interrupting & correcting me & telling me that what I was reading was incorrect, as if I was the one in error. I was advised to pay out of pocket & file a claim for re-imbursement. My total for this visit as $350. I was only able to pay my $25 co-pay, so the complete service for my visit was unable to be rendered. I felt so frustrated & helpless that I terminated the call.
I was hoping to receive the card the next day, but to no avail. However, I have received emails stating that my card was issued & my "issue has been resolved". As of 7/8 my card is still unavailable. So, I reached out again this morning & spoke to 3 different people, Tyesha who was very nice & placed me on hold for a supervisor but the call was disconnected. Then Ericka, who was also pleasant and placed me on hold to speak to a supervisor. Lastly Kim, who picked up the call while I was on hold and told me that she was NOT a supervisor. i asked repeatedly to be transfered to a Supervisor. Kim said she could not unless I gave her all of my information a 3rd time. She asked me the same personal questions each of the others asked me before telling me she could not transfer me to a Supervisor & that my employer was not listed in their system.
As it stands now, I will have to cancel/re-schedule my other appointments (that I have been waiting 30+ days for) because I don't know when I will receive a card and I choose not to be embarrassed any further because I cannot pay the out of pocket portion for these visits. One thing is certain... Wageworks will continue to get their payments out of my paychecks.

Conexis conexis/wageworks/anthem cobra account

We have had nothing but problems with Conexis Anthem Cobra payments. We have been trying to solve a problem with account since November 2018. We've had large amounts of money taken out of our checking account without our permission. We've had letters saying we owe money we have already paid. We've had our account canceled at least twice and our payments wiped out along with it. No one in customer service has really been much help or has authority to problem solve on their own. We made dozens of calls and sent multiple messages. They keep saying the finance dept. will be notified. I've never had such poor service from a company! We have finally been allowed to send our documentation to them. Will this finally solve the problem?

Conexis customer service

I have been calling since Jan 3, they did not have the rates in the system from previous employer. Called them to all the way to VP. 8 phone calls later . Then they took my money still don't have insurance going on 3 months and finally got someone to call me back and cancelled it, But they still took my money out of my account and now I can't get in to to change withdraw. What a SCAM

Conexis dependent care

I have filed approximately 4 claims with conexis and I did everything that I was told to do. The first few claims were paid but the last was rejected. I called to find out why and no one could give me an explanation so the claim was resubmitted. I called back to check on the progress (1 week later) and was told that I submitted my claim incorrectly. I was told that the receipt I gave didn't contain enough information, even though it's the same type of receipt I previously submitted. So now, 11 days after I initially submitted the claim, I have still not been paid and have been told that I need to submit the claim again, as well as bring in paperwork for claims that have already been submitted and approved due to their error.

Conexis cobra eligibility

I am paid 1 month in advance. The first of each month for the past 4 months my wife's eligibility shows inactive. She can't get prescriptions filled. Urgent updates are sent. It takes 3 to 5 days to fix the problem. I am assured each month it will not happen again. And yet here we are. 4 months of me spending well over an hour on the phone with various representatives from Conexis and UHC. In the meantime my wife goes with medications for days if not a week. I have paid in advance so its not a payment lag problem. I am told I am speaking to a supervisor every month. Said supervisors can't do anything except submit an Urgent Request AGAIN! And we have to wait! I need this fixed. Now.

Conexis cobra

I took a retirement package from my employer. When attempting to call Conexis to get information, they had no clue. They were unhelpful, insulting, and clueless. The calls are handled by a call center in the Philippines, (to use cheap labor).
The questions are about a specific situation with respect to when Medicare A and B take affect, (which are four months apart). I need coverage for one month, because my Medicare Part B takes affect a month after my company benefits end.
After reading the other review here, I can only add to the experience of uselessness this crowd is.

Conexis cobra coverage

This company is horrible! Pay your premium, but you won't have coverage for 3 weeks! It can be handled in a day, but they hold your money for weeks before or if they ever send it to the insurance provider.

Shame on the companies that use these guys to administer Cobra payments. PwC uses this company and should be ashamed. Customer service is useless, endless run arounds.

Conexis cobra

I left my job 7/17/2017. After badgering the company I left (Datasource Consulting) they finally notified the plan administrator (CoAdvantage on 7/24/2017). I elected Cobra and paid Conexis the entire fee for August but the insurance company says I'm not enrolled. It's been a week and Conexis has told me it could be as much as 20 days.

I understand Workday has acquired Conexis and workday has similar problems.

Conexis cobra benefits

This has been a very frustrating road travelled. I had requested for COBRA coverage through CONEXIS and have received nothing as far as benefits. There has been no coverage as far as medical or prescription coverage although I have paid over $1, 500 for coverage from April 1, 2017 to July 31, 2017.

I had called numerous times for assistance, and I received the following response:

06/21/2017 Notified the representative of problems with prescription coverage and was told that I had to wait 5 days for coverage.

07/14/2017 Notified the representative of the same problem with CVS prescription coverage and was told that a “push” was sent through the system and would have to wait 3-5 days for the coverage to go through

07/18/2017 Notified the representative of the same existing issues of no coverage with CVS prescription and she was going to escalate the issue and call me back the same day with the result. I never heard from her again

07/25/2017 Notified the representative that I still have not received coverage for medical or prescription. The representative stated that she could not talk to me regarding the matter since I was not the Primary of the account, although the coverage is for myself.

After requesting for a supervisor, I was then notified that the problem was that the account was under RONALD YIM’s name rather than LYNNE GOMEZ-YIM. So, there was nothing that could be done until ELIGIBILITY changed everything.

This has been totally ridiculous, frustrating and unacceptable. I have gone without a doctor visit or prescriptions for over 2.5 months now because one prescription costs $300. At this point, I just want to cancel my coverage effective immediately and am requesting a full refund for April, 2017 through July 31, 2017 since I was unable access my coverage through no fault of my own. I’ve paid over $1, 537 for absolutely no
COVERAGE.

On August 17th, 2017, I phoned to inquire about my request to cancel and was told that I had not mentioned any date of said request in my letter. Totally ridiculous!

Conexis cobra online payments

the company i worked for, Regal Medical Group, uses this provider for their COBRA insurance. two out of the 4 on line payments had an issue. the first time was in april 2017 when i paid online and the money was still sitting in my account. i called and the person i spoke to was able to tell me that the system showed NSF. when this was not possible. so i was able resubmit the payment and 3 days later the money left my account. in may 2017 i made another payment and again the money was still sitting in my account a week later. i called them on June 7th to ask about the payment all they could tell me that is that it was a problem with my bank. i told them that was not possible as the money is STILL there. i asked repeatedly for them to check for NSF in the account as they had been able to do this before. but the person i spoke to kept insisitng they couldnt see that and it was a problem with my bank. the DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM they cancelled my insurance. first of all, every time i call they verify my number at least twice and they couldn't call me?i had to submit an appeal so that i can pay for may 2017. i submitted the appeal and notated the case number for my call on june 7, 2017. supposedly it takes 30 days to decide. i called at 30 days, there was still no resolution. today july 27, 2017 i received a letter from them stating that they were correct in cancelling my insurance because i had not made a payment. wait a minut! i did, their faulty system did not process it correctly! i was not asking to be reinstated fully, i was only asking to make the may payement ONLY because i had bought medications and saw my doctor that month. i dont need cobra after may.

what is horribly annoying is that NO ONE CAN CALL another department to find OUT ANYTHING! this company is the most horrible one to deal with and all you can do is fax them appeals or complaints. you can not get anything resolved over the phone EVER!

Conexis dependent care

My heart aches for all others that went through some sort of hard time with this company. Employers, PLEASE, read this messages and take them in consideration before choosing to do business with Conexis. You'll save employees much headaches. How can you send a rejection letter stating: ineligible expense and in fact the reason is - the DOB of the child is missing? Do I have magic powers to know that? Customer service is absolutely worthless in providing information. It takes them 30 business days to review a claim and would not provide more information that that. This is just one of the multiple situations I had encountered with them.

Conexis cobra - no communication

My husband has been on COBRA since June 1. On two occasions now I have been denied coverage and have had to call Conexis to have them "update" their information, which takes one to two days. The first time my husband had to wait two days in order to pick up a prescription. Today, I was in the dental office after waiting three months for my appointment, and was told I had no coverage. When I get home and called the phone number on the premium transmittal form, they said I was indeed covered. I had to reschedule my appointment for another month and a half out. I called Conexis back and asked for a refund for that portion of my premium for the month of July, and was denied that refund. You have terrible communication and your company needs to rectify the proble! I basically paid my premium for nothing!

Conexis check/lost

I FedEx conexis two cashiers checks. One was posted from the envelope. I called to investigate what happened to the other check and I immediately got a case number and a turn time. I gave the check number to the representative and advised my credit unions disclosure on official checks, still no empathy. I don't understand, my understanding the representative misplaced this $1, 196.12 check. Your company still has not found my check and refuses to bring my account current. I have completed every step that your company has asked me to do. The last time you waited the full thirty days on a case and then made me send these checks in when you have online capability, maybe this wouldn't happened. Now I have to wait again for assistance. I had to keep calling saying "conexis will is the worst company and will cancel my insurance" until the representative gave me an extension, then he act like that was hurting him. I am on a fixed budget. God recently wasn't ready for me yet from two Annerisms and a stroke. Please bring my account current? I don't know which OS your company uses but it should have the capability to do that.

Conexis conexis is a third party for flexible spending account for anthem bc/bs.

WARNING DO NOT USE. They are a Terrible company and they are doing a disservice to BC/BS. FSA is your money. You have to jump thru hoops to get it. If you pay them back for a charge that did not take place in the plan year, chances are you will not get it back. They say there is a short window to file in fact there really is no window. I cant wait for the plan year to end . Never again Conexis !

Conexis cobra continued coverage

Laid off Dec 31 from Hess. I made an honest mistake thinking Conexis was paid to End April, when I tried to Pay for May I found coverage cancelled since payment had only covered through end March.

Appealed by fax, Conexis declined to reinstate. I've had no claim since layoff and hope you never have one.

I'll keep trying for reinstatement, but the heartless treatment to honest mistake is frustrating.

Conexis dependent care flexible spending account

Your app server is not responding 9 out 10 times that I tried.

Your customer service representative are lack of empathy and patience. Their standard is everything takes 5-10 business days. The claim office behind and overwhelmed. There is nothing they can do. Please provide some customer service training to your staff.

I submitted the exact same invoice since January. Although every month it takes at least 2 weeks for me to receive the fund, it never got rejected. In May, all the sudden my claim was rejected because the invoice I submitted did not specify the item. How can you accept something 4 times, and reject on the 5th time? In addition, I submitted an office school invoice. It list my daughter's name under the student field. What else do you need?

The claim office is always behind. If you know the first quarter of the year is the busiest, why didn't you hire more temporary staff to help with the work load? Why didn't you anticipate the case volume? Why are you effecting other people who is waiting for the fund every month? People sign up FSA because they need money, not because it is fun. Your service has no sense of urgency.

Conexis reimbursement offset

Was told I could offset unverified copays if I sent in copy of out of pocket expenses I made at another medical provider. I sent in a receipt from a chiropractor that showed I made over 5 copayments out of my own pocket. Just because the copayments were listed by the word massage they said I'd need some medical form filled out to verify need for a massage. The thing is, my insurance company already obtained a prescription from my chiropractor indicating I needed a massage for my damaged nerve condition. Furthermore, even without the massage, the adjustments would have still made my copay the same 35.00. In other words, I owed a 35.00 copay regardless of whether or not I got the prescribed massage with it. Also, another representative told me the other day that those copays were eligible for offsetting other charges.

Conexis cobra scam

I've paid my premiums on time each month and they do not alert uhc so I can't use my insurance. UHC says they can't do anything until they alert them and this POS company will only say they have. Their cuxtomer support reps speak very poor english and are like a broken record. They simply blame the insurance company instead of figuring out why they haven't received the proper eligibility reportings.

Conexis fsa

Account was deactivated d/t not submitting claim. Paid amount from checking account and money taken out and not reactivated. Call customer service at Conexis attempting to find out what was going on. Called 3/2 and spoke to A.Duran @wageworks who told me she was looking into it and I would not have to send proof of payment, I was told problem would be resolved in 2 hours and to keep checking my account.. Later the same day, called again and spoke to Clarke Williams and she informed me that I did need to send proof of payment and I did. Still not reactivated. The next day 3/3/17, 3rd call and spoke with supposedly Supervisor Jerri and she told me that it was a systemwide problem and unsure when it would be resolved. In the meantime my account after a week of paying amount is still deactivated and paying from my regular acct. Now I will have to submit mutliple reimbursement forms. Company is the worse, no one appears to know what is going on

Conexis fsa reimbursement

Conexis was meant to reimburse me for $2, 500 for health related expenses. They rejected a valid claim due to a misspelling of a name on the form. When I resubmitted the form, they told me that the claim period had passed. It is frustrating to learn that Conexis took money from a contributing employee due to a misspelling. I hope that I never work at a company that uses Conexis.
