Concentra

I came to Concentra at 900 Northrop Rd. Wallingford CT for a DOT pre-employment drug screen & physical. My twin brother came with me & did the exact same drug test & physical. The problem arose when it came to my prescription. My brother & I are on the exact same prescription but he passed & I failed. I had my doctor fax over proof of diagnosis for my script. Then I'm told in a beyond shocking moment of truth from Natalie at the front desk check out that it depends on the doctor performing the physical whether or not I pass or fail. This was a racist, disgraceful, disgusting display of a arrogance and malfeasance. Dr. Guerra is sadly unqualified for this position. Dr. Raye passed my brother with the exact same prescription only at higher doses. This makes no sense. If you can find a reason other than a personal issue Dr. Guerra has with me I would love to hear it. I'm from out of town, trying to get a job that is dependant on passing this physical. To be told "It depends on the doctor" whether I pass or fail, as well as being told I cannot retake the physical with a different doctor is unacceptable, unprofessional and quite actionable. I'll be contacting my attorney on the issue if a resolution of my grievance isn't handled today 01/20/22. There is obviously some medical bias placed on me by Dr. Guerra and I wish to be treated with the respect afforded any human being whose rights have been trampled on. Her unprofessionalism is more glaring when put in contrast to Dr. Raye who passed my twin brother moments before my physical, who felt he could pass his physical and I could not based on a legal prescription basis.
