Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised money taken from account

I woke up this morning to find that a sum of £15 has been taken from.my bank account. I have no idea why this has happened as I have never signed up for this or do I recognise the company. I don't get a lot of money as it is so £15 is a lot for me and for it to be taken without my knowledge is fraud. I wish to have the money refunded back into my account and whatever you have of my details to be deleted. Thank you

Complete Savings / Complete Save taking money out my account

i just checked my bank today and they have seemed to have taken £15 out of my account and i dont know who they are or how they have my details and i dont want it to continue because i havent got much in there as it is and i want my money back. i dont sign up to many things or do online shopping so i don't understand how this would have happened but i need to stop it

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraud

Last night i decided to check up in my bank that is a kids account as I am 15, however on the 31st if October i realised that £15 had been snagged by this company, I google it up and realise it's a company about online shopping, I do a lot of online shopping but have never filled out a form for this.as this money is needed for my subscriptions I want it back ASAP and I will be contacting the bank

Complete Savings / Complete Save getting scammed £15 out of my bank each month

i have been completely scammed! i have not subscribed to anything and i have not gave away my bank details to anyone and i would like to know why the company keep taking £15 out of my bank each month and i would like a refund asap! £15 a month is a lot of money that i need for my savings, i do not need this scam. I am furious and i would like something to be done about it. if you see odd transactions from your bank account from this company please query it with someone!

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised charges

Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 4 months, totalling £60. I do a small amount of online shopping usually, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. Complete Savings / Complete Save taken money from my bank!

I've had £15 taken from my bank account and I have absolutely no idea why. I have not signed up for cash back or savings. That is money that I need and I would very much like it back.

I have attached an image to show that this has been taken. I am unsure where the company would have got my details from and I will most definitely will be changing them after this!

Please can you get back to me as soon as possible, this is ridiculous.

Complete Savings / Complete Save taken money out of my card without permission

I've recently bought a phone case online and i have never went past this website before for it to have the right to take £15 out of my card or i've never signed up to this, which lead to me having to block my card otherwise it would of done it more often. I'm wondering how i can get my money back as i don't work for it to just go to waste like that.

I have just realised money has been taken from my bank account without my authority! I hadn't signed up to any applications for this nor do I want to! This is fraud and I want my £15 back! I'm 18 still in college and doing a part time job on minimum wage - so I'm not earning much money! £15 is a lot when I have things to pay! I would like my money back!

Complete Savings / Complete Save money being taken unauthorised from my account by wly. completesave

I have never put my details into such address as I never get cash back on what I buy. Inever receive interest or anything this company supposedly set up for me. I have never heard of this company. I have never put my details into this website and I am frustrated beyond belief that this has happened to my account. I don't buy many things online so this taking place on my account is ludicrous and I demand a full refund.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised payments for membership over 4 years

Hello i'm writing to you to firstly cancel my membership and secondly to request a full refund for our membership which I believe has been set up without my explicit consent or knowledge. £15 has been taken from our account since 22nd April 2015 totalling 54 payments of £15 = £810 of which we have neither benefitted from in anyway or consented to as we were not aware of ever being signed up with your company. We have never had any communication from you regarding our membership via either letter or email therefore we have had no knowledge of our supposed membership . We have not had any standing order or Direct debit set up on our bank account relating to this membership. I believe this to all be very underhand and am requesting a full refund of our membership £810 as we have not been aware of our membership or benefitted from it since we were signed up somehow in 2015.

Complete Savings / Complete Save money taken from my account without permission

I have noticed that £15 has been coming out of my account since August 2018 which I did NOT authorise.

I do not want somebody to come back to me to say I would of authorised as I know for a fact this is not something which I would sign up to!

I can see if you have had the same complaints.
This has been coming out of my account and I want the full amount refunded into my account ASAP which is a total of £270.

I need this rectified immediately.

I have did a check on my card and i noticed i was charged 15 pounds for a purchase i would like my money back. Its unfair to take money from people for something that they dont want. I hope you get a real life job and stop making these kind of scams. I do not need ur services and do not want to be charged for a service that i dont require and dont like.

Right, I don't know why this is because I have no idea what COMPLETESAVE is, but £15 has been taken out of my bank account for the last 3 months and it says that it's from them, and I don't know what type of [censored] this is, but I want my money back right now because I am pissed off. So just give me the money back ASAP, it's not yours to just take out of my bank, that's illegal!

Well I'm extremely raging for a start that's £30 been took out of my account and never gave yous my details. This is an absolute joke as I did not give any consent for this money to be taken out of my account. I will be contacting my bank and getting this dealt with, my names emily Philip, can you get back to me on how to refund my money as I'm not having this.

I found out that complete savings had started charging my account, so I cancelled my account. The xompany was sure to twll me that i would not be charged anymore. T his was months ago. Recently they have been charging my account again, so far 2 payments for £15 a piece. I tried accessing the old account to see if it was active, but when i tried to log on, it said my account was inactive. If it is inactive, why are you still taking MY money? I want my money back and for you to stop charging my account!

As I see, I got scammed by this company as everyone else... turns out somewhere on their website there is monthly fee written in 0.5pt font which you will never see. You think you are getting cashback and when you write your credit card details, you think thats where you get your cashback, but no, it's from where they take your money... 99/100 will get scammed by this. I got charged 15£. I immediately canceled. day after that I got charged 15£ again. I wrote to them and they never answered.

Can someone explain why you have take £15 out my bank? As a single mother on very little income this has left me in a state of panic yes it may only be £15 but that's my child's nappies and milk money. I have no idea what it's even for so if someone can get in touch with me ASAP and resolve this. As I will have to go to the bank which is 30 miles from me and that's going to cost me even more money!

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraudulent money taken from account

I do not recall signing up to complete savings and for 13 months £15 has been getting taken from my bank. This is nearly £200 and I am a student and was not aware of this nor can I afford it. I have never used any of the complete savings services nor have I saved any money through these services. I contacted my bank (Lloyd's bank) and they told me I should be able to get a full refund through.

I also contacted someone from complete savings on the phone and they told me this should be possible following the review of my complaint.

I have been debited £15 from my accounts.The last time I saw that was when I ordered Papa Johns and there are so many things popping up.I did not sign up for anything so I am not expecting any collections.Please sort this out as soon as possible. I did not join nor I have any intention of joining anymore online saving whatever. Please stop taking money from people.We are all trying to work hard here so this £15 is a big amount for me. Please give it back & stop debiting.Again, I did not join anything nor would I want to join.

I have just noticed I have had £15 taken out of my account on 3 occasions, 27/08, 02/10 and 17/10. In the past month alone. I have not signed up for this nor have I authorised money to be taken out of my account. What kind of legitimate subscription service skips a month and then takes it twice almost within 2 weeks. Please refund me all the money immediately or I will take further action.
