Complete Savings / Complete Save membership to completesave

I have just found out that 15 pounds has been taken out of my account for the past two or three months I know that I have not signed up to any of these subscriptions but somehow my bank details were reached my this company and I have no idea what to do. I have emailed them (customerservice@completesavings.co.uk) but haven't received a response since I just did it now. I also want my money refunded since I didn't use the service at all instead of saving I wasted. Return my money and respond please.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorised charges

I recently noticed that wly completesave have been deducting £15 from my bank every month for quite a while, at first I thought it was my Netflix or music or something but when I clicked on the transaction and it said complete save! For the record I know perfectly well on how to save money and I don't need some fraudulent company to show me how to do so! I'm furious! I'm paying for something that I didn't even agree to! I want to get refunded ASAP

Complete Savings / Complete Save monthly withdrawals that I didn't authorize

Hello! This company is trying from July this year to withdraw 15£ from my account.
I've just seen my bank statement.
I've read the others complaints and I did not do a proper membership, on your website or anything related to it.
I do not recall doing any membership with you, so I would like ro cancel it and to be refunded.

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized credit card charges

WLY* Complete Save (esave.co.uk) have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 15 months, totalling £225. I have never visited that website before! I have no idea what I've been paying for! I am surely not agree with this payment! And I want my money back in full! One of my friend encounters the same problem, and has been charged for over £100! He didn't even realized his money has been stolen before I complain to him!

Hey could u please put my £15 back please!...ive just gone to go online to charge my daughters lunch up and I can't because £15 as gone to you!...I did not authorise this and I think it's really rude u do this...I need that money back in before Monday!or I'm going to the police!
It's dam disgusting this can happen in this day n age !...now get it sorted

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized payments taken from my bank account?

I don't know who this company is or what they think they are playing at but they are definitely having a difficult time finding customers therefore they feel the need to take unauthorised monthly payments from my bank account which is fraud and theft and will be reported to the police asap! Luckily for me I am not the only one with this issue therefore it will be any easy conquest! How you have people's debit card and bank account details is beyond me and what you are doing is disgusting, vile and illegal. You will not continue to get away with taking out money from people's banks unnoticed and to see I am not the only person this has happened to is shockingly terrifying! Complete savings? More like fraudulent criminals!

Complete Savings / Complete Save wly taking unauthorised monthly amounts from my bank

I have noticed that WLY have been taking £15 per month from my bank without my permission for over a year. I did not intentionally sign up for their services and I have not been receiving any services from them. I tried to sign in to check on what I was being charged for, and it did not recognise my email address. I am currently between jobs and finances are tight. I want to lodge a complaint, stop any further payments from coming out of my account and request a refund for the amounts already taken. Please inform me how to go about claiming a refund.

You have been taking money out of my account which I did not know. I have clearly been tricked into applying for this and was obviously trying to buy something else. I do not own a car and therefore I have no idea what your company is? I would like a reimbursement of the last 3 months - (£45) and would like you to remove my card of your system. Complete Savings / Complete Save they have taken £15 out of my account

On Sunday 1st of September wly complete save [protected] have taken money out of my account. At the moment it is a pending transaction, however it is still unauthorised. I would like to know why the money has been taken and by what company because I have never hear of wly complete save before. I would like a full refund of the amount that has been taken. Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized access

I have just noticed i have had regular payments coming out of my credit card for at least 7 months at £15 per month and i have never given you access. It has also caused me to go over my limit charging me £12 per month each time its happened.
I would like a refund on all transactions including charges and this account in my name closing asap as i didn't sign up to this

Complete Savings / Complete Save wly*funkypi £15 charge to my bank account

I want a full and immediate refund of all the charges you have been taking from my natwest bank account without my consent

I also request that you stop any further payments being taken from my bank account
unlawfully ...

Given the name in the reference and seeing all the other similar complaints online forums concerning these un-autherised charges its down to a very misleading tick box that my partner may of mis understood via Funky Pigeon aka >WLY*FUNKYPI<

I have attahed these 2 payments that have again been taken without my consent to date in a file ... a print screen of details below my account number and the dates of the charges to my bank account ...

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized money being taken out of my bank account

I never signed up to this, yet when I Charles my bank statement €15 had been taken out without my consent to an unknown organization. I want a full refund of everything they have taken and to wipe my credit card details immediately ask didn't authorize this group to have it in the first place or I will be taking things further and more seriously.

Complete Savings / Complete Save stolen money

I have had £15 leave my bank account which i have never used this website before and i did not even know what the company was until googled... it is pending in my account which means nothing can be done leaving me with no money for bread and milk for my family. Joke! I want my money back in full! I didnt even notice it until my card would not work and i checked my online banking app which gave me the referance... i have then also called the customer service team which was not available. Not good at all!

My name is Lyndsey Darren. I've just noticed a payment taken from my credit card account. As far as I'm aware I did not agree to this and did not complete the form that was emailed to me, so I would like to know how you have obtained my details?

I would like to be removed from your list and reimbursed.

I have been scammed and would like this resolved as soon as possible

Complete Savings / Complete Save unauthorized payments taken from my account

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my visa debit card for the last 4 months, totalling £60.00. I do shop online with the same companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I'll be contacted my bank on monday morning asking them to look into it and to have further payments stopped. I am absolutely furious that this complete savings have stolen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

I have just been going through my bank account and notice that you have taken £15 from my account!
I bought two concert tickets about a month ago and didn't realise at the time as it doesn't say anywhere that I would be getting charged £15 a month.
I will be cancelling this direct debit and I want my money back as to me £15 goes a very long way.

I have just going through bank statements for the last month and seen you have just took £15 a month from my account! I looked up why this would be and who you are, and it looks to be that it was for a £20 cash back on a next train ticket,
Sorry I don't have interest anymore please refund my money. And delete my account details from Your company database otherwise I have to go for legal action.Please contact me asap. [protected]

Hi, £15 has been taken out of my bank account without my consent and I didn't even know what this website was until I looked on my banking app and I would like a full refund as I didn't consent to this or even put my bank details into this website. I noticed this when my card got declined when I knew I had enough money until I checked the pending payments and this popped up and I googled this and it is a recurring problem

I have 15 pounds taken from my credit card account every month sometimes twice a month.
I wish this to stop forthwith
I do not use my credit card to make such transactions but somehow money keeps going out.

Please repay the money fraudulently taken from me or I will be forced to seek legal
Action. This is an unauthorised payment
You have over 180 pounds of my money I want it paid back

opened my bank account to see that £15 has been taken out of my account. i have never signed up to this company {which i have no idea what it is} so stop being frauds and give our money back. i would never sign up to anything which takes £15 out of my account. i have no idea how they have gained my details as the only think i sign up to are online shops, examples new look, h&m.
