Complete Savings / Complete Save Taking unauthorised money

I got money of a train ticket earlier in the year, but this morning I noticed a transaction I never made, of £15 I search into my online banking and have seen that they have taken £45 of me in total I cancled the account I never knew I had and I'm disgusted I want my money back immediately I only got a cheaper tickets didn't agree to give £15 a month to a company I know nothing about

Complete Savings / Complete Save Charges to my account

I have just realized... There have been transactions of £15 taken out from my credit card account monthly for dont know how long.. I have never registered my card to complete save. I don't understand how this was set up in the first place. And why are my details with this company with no notification or information on what this is about.
I would like to request my money refunded back to my account please. Why am I paying for service I am not using.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Bank payments

I have just realised that I have been having payments of £15 taken from my account for quite some time (I will be checking thoroughly tomorrow to see exactly when this started!)
I have emailed the customer services address, and I hope for a swift and effective resolution to this, as I have 100% not signed up to this!
I have read a thread on here that someone said they have received a full refund very quickly, I hope that I will be able to post the same very soon

Complete Savings / Complete Save Subscription plan

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last month totalling to £15. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. But as a student on barely any income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Money taken without consent!

I too have been a victim of wly. Checking through my bank account yesterday I noticed that £15 had been taken! I had no idea who wly was and phoned my bank who told me I signed up back in june 2019 when purchasing an item from debenhams! I've never heard of them! When calling halifax fraud team it turned out that I had automatically been enrolled and had to contact wly complete savings to cancel?! Contacted complete savings, who immediately refunded me £45 (due to go into my account within 10 days) and sent me a refund form by email for the rest. I haven't yet heard back just a generated email but in total I am owed £195 for 13 payments! This is an absolute scam and disgrace. I thought the £15 coming out of my account was for my halifax reward account not a fraud company like wly.

I want my money back in full.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Fraudulently taken 15.00 out of my account since December 2019 there is no way of contacting them

This money as far as I am concern has been stolen I have never agreed to signing up for anything let alone give 15.oo away a month I would like my money back and all future payments to stop they owe me 120.00 pounds account no [protected] I don't know who they are but have now seen other people in this site with the same complaint I do not know how they have manage to get my details

15 pounds was taken out from my bank account I never authorised this and never heard of completesave before pls refund i'm on low benefits I can't afford to be loosing that amount please cancel and refund I checked where my money has disappeared from and I noticed it on my statement

Even tho i've signed up for nothing and considering the covid pandemic things and times have been hard enough without you taking this money of me for whatever reason i've no idea and would appreciate all of my money bk thank you, i'm so angry at the fact i've got kids to feed and your taking my money! This is rediculous of this company what ever you are taking money for nothing

Complete Savings / Complete Save Misleading persons to enter a subscription service

This is well publicised in this site. I was not aware that Complete Savings were taking money from my account without my permission. Member number 44828378008. I bought tickets through Ticketmaster who I believed to be a reputable site and despite their claims of full disclosure their click bait arrangement has defrauded me of €105

Complete Savings / Complete Save Charges to my account

I have previously filed a complaint about charges to my account for this service which I have not even subscribed to or ever heard of. I want this matter resolved instantly and the two charges of £15 (making £30 in total) sent to my bank account. I have not even had my previous complaint responded to before another charge was made and I think what you do is disgusting. A lot of the complaints I have seen on this website are of the same nature.

I've just checked my online banking to see that you have taken £15 out of my bank account unauthorized. If this isn't sorted and my money isn't Back into my bank account by the end of this week I will be contacting the fraud department And or the police this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Don't get why I am paying £15 a month for this because I have never used this before and I don't want £15 coming out of my bank any more. I would like a refund for all the times you have taken money out of my bank. This is Beyond a joke and I don't normally complain but when £15 a month is coming out of my bank account plus I have never signed up for this

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised pending transaction

I have just received an unauthorised pending transaction of £15.00 gbp to my bank account from wly*completesave. C but I do not recall ever registering with this company or their services nor have I ever heard of this company?

I would appreciate it if this could be cancelled and refunded immediately whilst it is still pending from my bank account.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unrequested charge in account

I have £15 ponds charged to my bank account, I had no idea what it was until I read other complaints relating it to a train ride. I did not permit this charge, and haven't given anyone my details so how were they taken? I want this charge removed, I cannot afford to lose a cent, never mind £15 for absolutely nothing, literally!

Hi I have money taken from my bank account from you I did not give permission for this to be taken from my account and at no time gave my details or agreed that this money could be taken from my account I want this money back I am talking to my bank to cancel this straight away.could you please explain to me how you can take money out of my account without my permission?

Complete Savings / Complete Save Fraudulent charges

Being charged £15 per month I have never seen this website in my life or registered an account and I get a notification saying I have an upcoming payment of £15 but have no Direct Debits or Standing Orders. I want a refund. I will phone my bank to get this issue resolved and get the money back and stop this random company being able to take money out my account during a time like this is unbelievable.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unknown transaction from bank account

I have a payment taken out of my account dated 29th of June for £15 which states it is also a subscription. I have not signed up for anything recently and it does not state a company that has taken the transaction. I am looking for some clarity of why this payment has been taken and what company that has taken it. I would like this issue to be resolved quickly please.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Double monthly payments to complete save.co.uk and my time rewards - the same company

From June 2016 I payed double membership payments to the same company!
One of £10 and the second of £15!
I understand if I clicked yes to the agreement then I had to read about the monthly membership. But there was nothing about 2 payments.
I would like to receive back all the money payment from one of those accounts.

I have had £15 taken out of my account gor a few months now and would like my money back as i never signed up to this to contact me email [protected]@gmail.com otherwise i am taking further action because u have taken money out of my account unauthorised i have never filled in a sign up for this and have no interest in doing so, please get back to me because i need this money back
