Low prices, I agree they have that. Just PRAY they never ship you something that doesn't work! Here's a hint, customer service folks... SORRY DON"T CUT IT! Get this, I have to pay to ship said defective item back to them, then wait for them to receive said item to get a replacement, never mind the work I've lost waiting all this time. But hey, they are sorry!
