Sir, I am very disturbed with airtel services. I choose 399 roam plan, as most of the time I am on tour.
1. I am not getting my bills on time, hence I can't submit it in my organisation.
2. if I am on tour they service centre always diconnecting my outgoing facility before due date of bill, saying that U crossed your credit limit, I don't know on what basis u people r deciding about credit limit which is not correct? What is the use of ram plan?
3. As my outgoing facility discountinued, if I am in Mumbai & not able to make any call the n on what basis I am daily getting sms from customer care as unbilled amount which goes on increasing on daily basis. I think u people are trying to make us fool.
4. I paid the bill when I come back to Mumbai, but after complaining 8-10 times on customer service centre [protected], My mobile has been not activated. I am continuosly making follow up since last 8 days, but I am getting feedback that your mobile will be activated withing 4 hrs. & 4 days passed.
5. My outgoing facility was deactivated since 10/03/08 to till date how I got sms as my unbilled amount of 7Rs. yesterday.

It's clear that your organisation is making us fool & not able to give better services. I am sorry to say I will discontinu my service of airtel. Vodafon & BPL service is much better than airtel. I will also suggest my collegue & friends not take go with Airtel.
If you are not able to give better services & making us fool then why are you giving such type of nonsence advertisement.
