i bought some poker chips and bought them twice by mistake. after first purchase had a text saying chips had not been purchased. purchased again had the same text message then found chips had gone on twice

My a/c was hacked into and over 15m chips were lost in a matter of seconds. I would appreciate if the lost chips from my a/c were returned. thank you

I keep getting reported for transfering chips from another account to mine and other things i am not doing. I have been threatened of being reported bc i wont send people chips and when someone has went all in and i called and won and they were mad. I am not doing anything wrong pls resolve this i worked hard for my chips.

I had just bought 100000 chips and the program went down and I lost my chips. I think Zynga should replace them.

i was playing i had 2 million in chips and i had 20k on a table then my screen froze and when i went back on all 2 mill of my chips where gone complained and they said bad luck not our fault . i want all my chips back the chips i worked hard for just went down the drain in 1 shot.

Yesterday I had 70 million in Zynga poker, I sent my friend 50 millions, The next day we went to poker and had each one hundred thousand Please take care about it, I'd like my money back. Thank you

BEEN HACKED INTO AND, ZYNGA WANTS ME TO PAY 25.00 TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE I HAVE PAID REAL MONEY TO BUY CHIPS JUST GET THEM RIPPED OFF. when i was playing poker all of a sudden I get banned my chip count as much as 19 Billion after I open my live 440 000 chip. I am very disappointed to facebook hopefully can be restored again.

i had 47 mil chips and they were stolen . i got a message to change my facebook password and when i did and logged in i saw that i have zero chips .

i won all the 3 rounds in the shootout of the zynga poker... I got a statement saying "congratulations.. you have won 5000000$"
but the amount has not been credited...

i purchased 28million chips for 50 dollars and then started playing i lost almost half of my chips through being kicked of while playing i dont think it is fair because i had good hands and bet big then get kicked off and when i get back on chips are gone

ive had 410 million chips hacked from my account, because ive been hacked before zynga wont give me my chips which belong to me, the person that hacked me was from indonesia, this is this person, s fault this has happend to me not my fault, people should not steel from other people, i was not playing poker at the time i was hacked, will you help me please zynga and give me my chips that rightfully belong to me, thank you .

i got hacked of 410 million chips, by someone from indonesia, zynga said this was my fault, i live in the UK, i wasnt playing poker at the time, because ive been hacked before, they wont give me back my poker chips, my account was secure, i got my chips back when i was hacked before but why wont you give me whats rightly mine this time, they are my chips zynga, i worked hard for what ive got and to take it all away from me, take it out of the person that hacked me, none of this is not my fault, change your mind zynga and please give me back my chips .

i was promised s spin on the wheel when i bought chips. i bought chips and it glitch rite passed it and got no spin. the spin gives an extra percentage to chips to the buyer. ty

I was in the lobby i was having my dinner suddenly my page reload it's self and when i came back i saw my 480m was banned and just 100k was left That was VV much dispointment for me hopefully it can be restored again

It's hard to feel too sorry for people that actually pay to use those games.

i had 41m.they just take my chips just like that.i m playing very long time to reach that amount.they promise me will invesgating in 72 hour.i waiting four day hoping they replace my chip, but i had nothing.i ll never play ZYNGA POKER anymore.they just cheat my money by buying chips with ZYNGA POKER with some accusing that i never do.i ll tell my freind my family everybody i know that playing ZYNGA POKER just waste time and money.

hi i made a complaint to facebook and have"nt herd a word back from them as of yet. I have been playing zynga pker for many hours and months till one sunday late afternoon i made it to nine million was so happy next thing i go back to play and all my whole of nine million i work so hard for had all gone.How could that happen to me! I whole heartedly agree. I won about $700, 000 in chips which brought my total to just over $1million chips yesterday. As soon as I got to $1 million chips I stopped for the day. Well today I logged in to find my account has been SUSPENDED ! They don't even say why... it just says I violated the "Terms of Service". Now I've bought chips from Zynga in the past and I have "NEVER" cheated or done anything that would warrant an account suspension. Zynga wants me to plead guilty to reinstate my account and only keep %10 of my chips but, won't tell me why they suspended my account ! So I would only get $100, 000 chips of my $1 million. Yeah right, so I tried calling Zynga and the women told me to file a complaint via E-mail (which will just be ignored). Basically one of Zynga's employee's hacked in and stole just over $400 billion chips over a period of time. So now Zynga is flagging any account with over $1 million chips to recover the $400 billion that was stolen. ZYNGA IS A JOKE ...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ! THEY STEAL FROM THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS!
