Hello I m a regular user of zynga Poker n have bought chips before... My account email is bansal.[protected]@hotmail.com I had over 1.5 billion chips but some "Sarah Harris" transferred all my chips to his/her account, I got a mail from facebook of about malicious activity in mail I'd I immediately changed my password too.. N even logged out from zynga mobile app..I again logged in zynga Poker with the new password but some one was already playing from my account n was losing hands after hand TO "SARAH HARRIS" and all my chips are gone... I m really upset... Please look into it... How can there be breach of security from your end... Please respond immediately n I want my hard earned chips back... N take strick action against Sarah... I m attaching his profile snap shot...

I already complain and everything that you have said doesn't work HELP. I am very upset with your company. I am going to make sure that all of my friends and anyone I talk to will know what crooks you guys are and I will get a lawyer if I have to. I just want my money back. I Just got banned on 11/30/2016 at 10:30.A.M for 385M that is so sad and so bad, it took me months to earn them, that is not far enough. That isn't the way how to treat your customers. I am absolutely disappointed and frustratedon that, cause if i really did anything or something wrong or illegally i would confess that without any doubt... banning me for 385M and suspending me for no reason that hearts. i'd like to have a respond on my comment and complaint as soon as possible on that! Eventually! I'd like to have them all back my chips and reactivate my account. Thank you!

I unfortunately purchased several animals from Savannah Safari that I thought were 70% off before seeing I was charged full price. As your support page said this was being investigated for a fix I did not submit a complaint. Now it is off your page as an option to see status of where we stand in getting our money back. FarmVille Game ID: [protected] is still waiting for her money back. I would have purchased more animals under this special but your error wiped out my funds. Thanks for calling this a black friday special and taking one thing I use for relaxation and stressing me out Zynga. Over the last 24 hours my pot winnings have been reduced from $72 million to $67 million. I did not play during the period. In addition I play on an iPad and on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. The apps appear to be different. On the iPad I get the opportunity to use the spin bonus feature. On the Microsoft app this feature does not even appear. I was Zynga user for a long time now and really enjoyed playing poker there. Recently I finally won something, and not just something, but a lot of chips.
I was so excited and could not believe I actually won!
Next day when I wanted to log into my account I was not able to do that. Later I found out that they blocked my account. I contacted customer service to ask why did they ban me and what was the reason, but they decided not to reply.
It's kind of strange that they did that right after I won. Seems like a scam to me.

I while playing in the tournament, which was held, and only 2 people only, but why suddenly appears a notice that my account has been banned because doing illegal transfer. How can? This accusation is not unreasonable. Please resolve this issue, because I sure do not make mistakes and do not violate applicable regulations.
If there is a report from fellow players, supposedly from the zynga also have to investigate it properly.
I've been playing the game for 6 years. And banned for granted. If I do my offense was remorseful and promise not to repeat it again, and will uphold and obey all regulations will be in charge. Please reactivate my account.

I have been accused of cheating in their Farmville 2 game which I play through Facebook. All I asked for is the return of items I had previously earned through hard work in playing the game - their game has recently had major issues, which has led to many people losing items they had earned - or even paid for using ACTUAL money, not coins earned through game play. They have accused me of using a bot or similar web based cheat engine.

I consider this to be a libellous action and defamation of character.

I love playing poker but lately I haven't enjoyed as much. I have had at least ten hands in a row with ace 4 or five and that doesn't happen in poker. Plus I noticed that when you tip the dealer you get better cards and that's not right. I wont spend money either and I feel that you punish people for it. you need to check into that.

Zynga continually makes changes to this game in a discriminatory way to increase their monetary intake. The game is designed intentionally to allow lower players to be targets by placing them on a custom attack list. This is noted by the low level player being one of a few per page among higher players. They stand out and Zynga knows they will be continually attacked. The strategy is for the low levels to spend money of attack & defense points. There are so many game manipulations by this company so if you don't spend money you won't compete well. They even make is so that if you are not a paying player you cannot contact them to voice any concerns. It's good to know that their whole goal is to make money, not to have a fair game to play.

I was once banned from playing, I filed a response but I had no response to why I was banned. I was then deducted all my playing chips. I stopped playing for a while and then have started again. This month I have credited my account with almost £200 english pounds and I feel there is a limiter on how much I can win as I can't win more then 60 million. I feel I am being cheated and you are not obeying your fair play policy. I would like a review on my account and a refund on my chips or a refund of credit back in my account. I had made a purchase yesterday for chips I bought 15, 600'00 for ten dollars. it registed on the board and I played a few games and left. I won some lost some but score stayed pretty much the same. when I came back my points were gone and I had nothing. I don't know what happened. I want a refund or the same amount of points credited to my account. Please help me settle this problem I like everything about your website and would like to continue to play on it. i have had numerous ads from adobe to upgrade my site for 9.95 a month and i have a older mac that won't accept a newer one. however after this comes up and i explained my problem the sit seems to be blocked i am 84 yrs old and enjoy playing the free bubble safari i would really appreciate anything you can do to stop this from happening i play it morning and night and this happens in the morning when i try to play please help me to keep this from happening all the time. would sure appreciate it Thank you

I purchased an expansion pack on December 18th. When it hadn't shown up by the 21st, I looked at their known issues thread and found it was being dealt with. I went on vacation for two weeks. When I came back it still wasn't available. I figured it wasn't fixed yet. When I reached the level that qualifies me to expand on my own, over a month after purchase, I looked again, only to find the issue "resolved."

Funny, but I still can't get the expansion without paying my Favors and Farm Bucks and then completing an interminable task. The purpose of the expansion purchase is completely defeated.

Is there a way to contact Zynga by email about this? No. By support ticket? No. By phone? No. I am simply referred back to the "Help Options" link in circles, which only leads to a peer to peer bulletin board. I am livid.

The largest gaming company in the world should not have "limited resources" to the point they are unable to correct an issue involving real cash. Zynga should be embarrassed to carry such abysmal (and well earned) customer satisfaction scores all over the net.

If I were making money hand over fist, I think I'd rectify this ASAP so that I continued making money instead of losing cash paying customers in droves. Apparently, retention rates are inconsequential to this behemoth. There's always another sucker waiting in line.

Zynga poker is the most rigged site in the history of online poker. How can a company who has massive funding not create a legitimate poker app that doesnt cheat players on the last card every other hand. Its absurd! No matter how good a player you may be or how patient you are zynga will ultimately cheat you of your skills by giving the pot to some ### on a 2 percent chance win and this happens regularly. I cannot wait for someone to create a poker app that puts zynga out because of their indifference to real problems with their garbage software.

Zynga poker is 100 percent rigged for the last 2 years i have been unable to have any decent wins. Ive been over $50m but now it's impossible for me to even win a $100k tournament which in turn has made me miss out on winning potentially hundreds of millions or even billions. I refuse to purchase chips, maybe that's why i don't win anymore, you can only win if you purchase chips. I can't even win when i have the best hand because somehow the river card always seems to be in favor of someone else. Zynga poker used to be fair and it didn't matter if you had purchased chips or not but it seems those days are long gone. If this isn't true i would expect $500m in my zynga account. That is a lot less than what i could of won if zynga poker wasn't rigged
