SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Zulily / order placed on november 19, 2017

Dear Zulily,

I placed an order totaling $355.71 on November 19, 2017. I also applied for a Zulily Credit Card the same day. I was approved for the credit card and thought this purchase was being placed on the new Zulily card.

Unfortunately, it went through Pay Pal and now my bank account is overdrawn!! And, I have overdraft fees. I have tried and tried to contact you through phone calls and through e-mail, however, I was never able to speak to an actual human being.

I need to resolve this as soon as possible. Can you please contact me? My telephone number is [protected]. I give you permission to speak with my husband, Dennis Carpenter, if I am not available.
