Put in an order on 28 th November 2016 for three items and was notified by text and email that the goods were on their way on 30th November. Again advised the good were in transit both by text and email on 2/12/2016. Again advised that goods should be arriving shortly on 3/12/2016. Never arrived but was notified on 25/01/2017 that the order had been cancelled due to an error in their system. They said a refund would be put back in my account within 3-5 working days. Have never received the refund and cannot get a response from their service dept. with by email or phone after many attempts.
