I had opted for ZAP subscription program for Mahindra E2O on 30th June.2018 choosing delivery date as 29th July.2018. My subscription ID is "i8wt9y". It has been more than a month since the scheduled delivery date & the car is not yet delivered. Repeated follow-ups with customer support team has not yielded any results. As i intended to subscribe the car for a very short period of time, taking the delivery after months of delay doesn't serve my purpose as i may be going out of station in a couple of months.
Therefore, i request you to cancel my subscription and refund the full amount (Rs.2100 deposit + 1st month advance subscription fee of Rs.11198 = Rs.13, 298/-) immediately.
