I called customer service and was told by Amy- at [protected] that I was to e-mail a cancellation notice to [protected]@xmbrands.com and tell them to cancel the trial offer I ordered (since I never received it) She gave me a number I was to include in my e-mail. On 6/19 I sent e-mail to XM Brands at 9:55am / 2:42pm/ 6:21pm/ 8:18pm - 6/20 8:07am/ 1:41pm/ 7:40pm - 6/21 8:02am. I asked for confirmation of cancellation. NOTHING! So, not knowing what to do the next step was to cancel credit card. How can this happen to so many people? Its not right. I will keep flooding them with e-mails until some one contacts me. grace

    I ORDERED FISHING LURES FROM THEM AND NEVER GOT THEM. THEY WON'T RETURN EMAILS OR ANSWER THE PHONE. AFTER LOOKING INTO TO IT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS. THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP IN PRISON FOR LYING AND STEALING.

    My package was pick up by june 13, 2017 by zoom rider until now the receiver said that she haven't receive anything.
