Zodiac Casino Full of deception

Im not surprised by how many people complaining about this site. What i am surprised about is how o. Earth are they still able to operate without being closed down cause clearly this place is just there to take money from other people while the person who owns the sote is just sitting and making his pockets full of cash atolen from people who thought they even had a chance to rurn their lucks to work on their side. I just wish every person can be so fair with everyone , doesnt matter what country or color you have. Afterall we are all the same beings who eat and [censored] the same [censored]in thing. Sigh.

Zodiac Casino Payout

I have been waiting 8 business days for my pay out and still nothing, this doesn't include the 48 hours pending period on top of that here in NZ we have e 7 day banking so realistically I have been waiting 12 days of actual bank processing and still nothing this is so poor I've never been mucked around like this ever when using any casino. I'm reluctant to ever use them again their customer service is slow and uninformative.they say 6-10 working days I'm highly disappointed

Zodiac Casino Online casino

I was playing slots and I had a winning balance of $730 and I wanted to withdraw my money. So I withdrawn the full amount and put $680 to be deposited into my account after the 48 hr hold. And I kept 50 to continue playing. Now my money is gone and they say that I withdrawn it all out and played it successfully. This as happened 3-4 times now loosing $1000. I'd really like to know what's going on and would greatly appreciate my money back. There is definitely something wrong

Zodiac Casino Missing Etransfers

I used etransfer to deposit two times 100 dollars that was never applied to my account but both were withdrawn from my bank.both failed etransfers were on Feb 23 one at 757pm one at 12am.the transfers were sent to paydirectnow the exact email I sent to was [protected]@in.paydirectnow com.I have written numerous emails about this issue but have gotten no response at all!

Zodiac Casino Refuse to withdrawal my $30,000 winnings

Hello just this last March I have one from the Zodiac Casino they're about 32,000 or more now they refuse to pay me and up until the night before they were telling me that yes my winnings are going to be withdrawn $4,000 a week until I was paid out the morning I was supposed to expecting my $4,000 I never received it now they're telling me I have to talk to something called risk management they never gave me a reason why I never got any emails stating why and I'm quite mad and angry about this because they won't tell me why there won't pay me out they won't give me a legit reason nobody will talk to me and at the very last minute I don't get my money and anytime I try to talk to a representative and live chat they won't talk to me they tell me that I need to get a hold of certain department when I email them they do not get a back to me I want to know what's going on and why they're not paying me out they had no problem taking my my deposits but when it came to depositing no problem but the moment I won and I won 32,000 and I went to withdraw it all the sudden at the very last morning that I'm supposed to receive my first $4,000 that Friday I never got it nobody will talk to me nothing is happening I want to know what's going on with my money I want what is rightfully mine this is not fair and I want them to pay me my rightful winnings that I deposited on instead they gave me my deposit back which came to a total of $71 and they won't give me excuse but they close my account and they said they've wipe my winnings for whatever reason I don't know they use the one representative said something about multiple accounts well my accounts are on the same email address and I don't know why there's multiple of them I don't understand besides I clicked on emails they sent me which are very personalized with my name my account number Etc on them so they can't use that excuse that they that I have multiple accounts especially if they know about it and they accepted deposits from them this is wrong with their doing and I want my rightful money if I have to take this to court this is my next step but I know I'm in the right and they're in the wrong and I want what's mine

Zodiac Casino My withdrawal

This casino had no problem taking my deposits opening my account sending me the emails they have on multiple different account numbers on the same email address stating that they weren't aware when they took my deposits that I had multiple accounts which I can prove and I will attach proof that that is wrong and I am being screwed after making my deposits out of $38,000 that I won rightfully on my deposits not on any kind of a bonus my deposits instead day withdrew me my deposits back wipe my winnings and close my accounts without giving me any kind of a heads up or nothing so the moment I was expecting my first four grand in my account cuz they're supposed to pay me four grand every Friday of the week until I was paid out well that is not cool they State they don't know you have multiple emails address like the same email address but different account numbers they send you a promotion with is very personal with your name on it your account number so it's not just auto-generated that's what they try to say so I'm wondering now why unfairly after taking my deposits having no problem taking my money but the moment I wouldn't big at the very last moment they just don't send me my withdraw and they don't send me excuse or anything why I was not sent anything to my email address telling me why or explaining anything anytime I try to get a hold of risk management that they tell me to I can't get any answer from them I can't get them to answer me nobody will tell me anything anytime I go into the live chat and try to ask them nothing is done about it so I'm really stressing here this is really not good for my nervous system or nothing I was so excited when I won that money it could have changed my family's life forever but instead all it did is give me anxiety and I'm surprised I'm not totally bad camera but I've been gambling to try to win the same back at a different Casino they're wrong because I rightfully won my winnings on my deposit they had no problem taking my money they send me emails on the same email address to different account numbers with my name on my account number on it so you can't say they're auto-generated they're very well aware of what they're doing and they're scamming people you can get your little winnings out but the moment that you went big they will void your account and wipe your winnings with an excuse that you have multiple accounts with the same email this is an outrage and I want the money I rightfully won with my own deposits not on a promotion

Zodiac Casino Casino winnings

I won $8287 at Zodiac casino on February 1st 2023. I contacted the casino on February 6th speaking with Lily and Rudy I was congratulated and told me my winnings would be released to me $4000 st a time first $4000 being released on February 10th 2023, the next $4000 the following Friday. On February 9th I received an email stating my withdrawl was processing, then later that day received another email stating I had frauded the casino by bouncing a payment therefore forfeiting all winnings. I contacted the casino and was told this was in the terms and conditions and they could close my account but decided to keep it open and allow me to continue to play because of my successful deposits using e transfer... I would like to be paid out the $8000 I won. Thank you Jullien Tulloch

Yes hi my name is Carolyn Margaret ducharme and I just had a baby and I'm at my mother's place shes helping me out the baby and she mentioned to me would you like to try the zodiac casino. and maybe you'll mite win something. And I never played online casino before or any casino. ' so I kind of hesitated at first. but I put a dollar on it for the 80 spins. and I actually one won. $940 and I went to will withdraw which was fine and then they came back and told me that I was not able to get my funds because of multiple accounts I've never ever played casino. this is my first time. So I created one account. Zodiac Casino Winning not paid

Hi,
My account was verified and I have silver membership. I won usd 3500 and make a withdrawl. Everything was good and when time frame comes to pay me they keep my winning and block my account. These guys should be banned and throw them to prison. They never pay winning to people. U can deposit and loose its fine but if you won than they close your account.

zodiac casino is a scam. You play with real money and when you win you does not get the money you supposed to win. So please do not play zodiac casino trust me it happened to me three times. I have contacted the company four times the first time the never replied back to my email. the second time they reply to my email and said they need more information. So I send them all my information all the proof and also I send them a snap shot of the game I was playing and the winning. And then six days pass and then a week pass and still no reply. So then I send back a message accent them what they going to do and still up to now no reply. My first winning was in February my second winning was in March, and the turd winning was also in March. My first winning it's said that you win 60, 000. My iPad never froze but all the sudden the game froze and it say click here to restart I click it and 60, 000 went straight to €60. I tend to disagree as we have a long time partner of their (Rewards) Affiliates program (since 2005) and we have had winning players being paid in full. You could have contacted support online but instead you waited 6 days for their reply? IF I had won this kind of amount I would have called right away.
