Zingow.com gave me a chance when other property companies turned me down.

You people are rebels without a casue only vendettas.in a time where people are loosing jobs right and left you have the audacity to smear someone and this company who is trying to provide jobs for people. Do you really think this company is making a grip of money. I don' t think so. No business is without problems. They are providing a way for people to work. And a way for people to find property when other companies just turn them down. They don't even give them hope.

Shame on you to smear this company.

I got a rental property from zingow today saturday and had no problems what so ever. Before today I went to at least ten other property companies and was rejected. Zingow gave me a chance.

"SHAME ON YOU TO SMEAR THIS COMPANY"

Uh excuse me zingow employee, your company is smearing us (as you say) .
I hope you sleep well at night knowing the condition of our economy and we as americans are trying and wanting so hard to improve it. We have the opposition such as you helping to bring it down to ground level.
Your company is not even owned by an american. The owner is from a foreign country. You have crossed into our borders with your deceptive practices with no regrets by cheating our citizens born and raised here.

What is that old saying, Oh yeah "whats go's around comes around"
It feels good to have a clear conscience. You should try it sometime.

I hope they have a prison cell waiting for the person stealing our money and not providing services.
Dont know if you have heard but its a crime to steal consumers money with fraudulent promises.

have a nice day : )

Zingow.com Unauthorized Charge, Misled, Bait and Switch, Lied

Lied to, Misled, Bait and Switch, Unauthorized Charge on Card

THIS IS A RIPOFF! TURN AWAY FROM THESE BAGS!

I replied to a message on Craig's List regarding rental information. I called [protected] and spoke to a lady that informed me about a program that would help me get into a rental situation. This program was $5.oo a month. I spoke to my wife and called back.

I completed the registration with a gentleman named Rodney. Rodney told me at the end of the registration that I would be charged $99.00. He said that this service was what we were actually looking for and that the other offer wouldn't help. I told him that I would need to talk to my wife and he offered to call back.

He called back and I informed him that my wife and I had decided that it was not a good idea for the time being. He said that would be fine and he would not charge the card. We now have a charge on our account and it WAS NOT AUTHORIZED. Now we are spending time trying to reverse the charge!

They have a salesman named Andre' who out and out lied to me about their services. We were in search of a rental and this service is to purchase foreclosed properties. I want my 200 bucks refunded or that [censored] Andre' to be hit by a bus. Either one of these events would satisfy me.

I wanted to do a trial membership to check out a pre-forclosure website called Zingow.com. Henry Hall was my customer service rep who told me about the services.

He failed to mention if you did a "Custom Search" that that voided the terms of the free trial. Henry should have mentioned that to me in the shpeel upfront.

I called the day before my trial ended to cancel and they wouldn't cancel it.

I will be contacting authorities on this...

I have waited close to 120 days for an approved partial refund of $199.00 that has never been sent. They would not return the full amount, since they said I clicked on the website and thet foregoes a full refund.

I have placed several calls to customer service, with no status on when this will be handled. Weeks have turned into months and no one has even made a vague attempt to contact me or forward a refund.

I have a letter of agreement indicating that I will be receiving a partial refund within 30 days. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, a consumer watchdog unit and one news stations and I am thinking of going to small claims to expose this fraudulent company who sellds outdated lists.

I realize now that the reputation for refunds is very bad according to every review written and I can see why. This company is a scam and all the do is collect money. Don't give them your hard earned money. These are desperate times and they don't call for desperate measures.

I called an ad from craigslist regarding a home in Las Vegas, NV and I spoke with a male at zingow and they right off the top asked for my cc info just to verify that I would be able to make payments on a property. I was promised that my card would not be charged. Once I heard the mans pitch and he stated that it would be 199 to sign up, I informed them that I was not interested and they did not have my permission to charge my card.

My bank card was charged the following day! My bank is pursing this company to get my money back. What's wrong with these idiots, , i have 4 kids and that is grocery money!

I signed up for this service in JULY and submitted a custom search. I accidentally put in the wrong zip code for where I wanted to look so I waited to see if when the results came back I would be able to submit a new search. Well when weeks went by and still nothing came back I called and spoke with Jennifer in the customer support area. She apologized for no response to my request and asked me to send her an email with all of my criteria and they would expedite it due to my patience as a customer. So I did. And still I got no reply or results on the site. So then I call again and sat on hold for a good hour just trying to get through...never happened! So I have now sent a scathing email about how unhappy I am and all for $200 bucks and still no reply. So here it is Jan 1 and I just thought I would google the name and low and behold it looks like they just might have a class action lawsuit coming ...and they deserve it!

ZINGOW SAVED MY LIFE...I was suppose to rent a house in Henderson near Las Vegas but it fell through. I have a rental truck full of all my family's belongings because we were suppose to move in this past weekend. I called Zingow from Craigslist and they registered me immediately. I saw a property on the list and called customer service. I was given the phone number after a custom search was done, to the owner of the home .I spoke to the owner yesterday and was told a previous person who was suppose to pay yesterday did not come through on the rental and that I have it after I bring the agreed amount to them. It looks very good. ZINGOW SAVED MY LIFE.

This company charged my account without my permission! When I called from a posting off of craigslist, they immediately asked for my Credit number info just to verify that I would be able to make payments on the place I was interested in. Once I heard that it was $199 to join their service, I informed them that I wasn't interested. Next thing you know, My Account was charged anyways! I'm pissed and I have 4 kids and that money was to go towards my family!

When, I called the company back to get my money back, they just hung up on me.

Can anyone help me with this or do you know what I should do or did I basically get RIPPED OFF?

The number you have listed is that to Lotusinterworks, I left a message, but truthfully I don't expect a return phone call. I will follow through and make a report to the better business bureau and other agencies that can shut them down. I was given the same song and dance about the 7-day refund policy which is just another deception tactic. How did you get your money back, Was it just persistance?

Zingow.com ZINGOW SAVED MY LIFE

ZINGOW SAVED MY LIFE. I was in the process of moving my family to Henderson near Las Vegas on a promise from someone renting me their home. I will not print their name even though I should. I have my family along with a rental truck with all our belongings. When it fell through I looked on CRAIGSLIST and saw ZINGOWS advertisement. I called, got registered and went through the list while panicking. I found another property in Henderson, so I called customer service and told them my predicament. They did a custome search and found an owners phone number. I called the owner of another house in Henderson and we are moving in maybe tomorrow after I take the agreed funds to the owner. ZINGOW SAVED ME AND MY FAMILIES LIFE. WE COULD HAVE BEEN HOMELESS.

i think this stinking company is now called homespriceline.com. i had a feeling there was something wrong with this company when I first called them through a number from a Craigslist. first i had to wait for like 15-20 minutes before an agent came to the phone and then when she did, she put me oh hold and then just disconnected me. It was so unprofessional. So, I called a second time and also had to wait again, then finally a male agent answered and i asked questions about how they operate. The minute I heard that you had to pay for what services they do, i thought it didn't feel right. so, my habit is to always check on the internet on these types of companies for scams and i found quite a few on this company (aka Zingow). i wish there was a way that we can shut these types of scam companies down so that they don't hurt more people. the problem is that they just keep popping up under different names. i bet you that it won't be long before homespriceline will be called something else...i hate the kind of greedy people who take advantage of innocent people. Do not trust this company.

BOTTOM-LINE: Listen to your instincts. Do your research before handing over $. Report companies that scam.

i have just spent 2 days trying to get information about this company, because i am very interested in signing up for a service like this, if it is for real. i can't say my experience was very positive, but i can't say for sure that it's a scam. the first operator was polite enough, but very thin in his answers to my questions. i spoke with my financial advisor, who gave me a list of questions to ask before i commit to the fee. i called back and got a supervisor named christopher. he answered my questions much more thoroughly at first; however, he became very impatient with me very quickly, starting to say things like, "look do you want to sign up or no?" when i had not asked all of my questions yet. he also said it was not possible for me to see what type of agreement i would be signing on a house if i did get one. then i went online and found all of these complaints. i also got some further financial advice. i called christopher back to clarify some things. he became irritated immediately and said "look you sound like you want the service but then you keep talking yourself out of it. so why don't you think about it and call back." i told him about the complaints i had found online, and he said these were the work of a group of disgruntled employees who wanted to start their own company, and tha the claims weren't true. today i called to try one last time, also to clarify a couple of items christopher had stated. i reached a man named Sid (or Syd). syd immediately told me that everything christopher had said was wrong. he too became very rude and noninformative when i asked questions and expressed frustration that i had recieved conflicting information. i asked for a supervisor. he said he "probably" was a supervisor. when i insisted, he gave me another number to call. i finally reached a manager named Ryan. he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions much more clearly, beginning to end, than had the others. he was also very polite throughout the conversation. however, several things he stated with explicitly different than what the other agents had said. he did not apologize that there was misinformation, he just told me that it sounded like the service wasn't right for me and got off the phone. maybe that had something to do with the fact that when i finally got frustrated, that i said that i had seen all of the complaints online about them. maybe they thought i was a reporter or something. that part makes me smile... but it is frustrating because it seems too good to be true, so as usual, it is... hard to have faith in a company that acts like this, even if they aren't a scam... and $200 is a lot to spend. overall a very unpleasant experience.

Zingow.com Very good service

I am writing this because I have no complaints to the contrary. I have had a pleasant experience with with this company. I am disturbed that their competitors are writing vitriol comments about a company that I may need to help me finish my lease option to buy with a present lender. Having bad things written on the internet about Zingow is not fair to someone like me who is doing posititve business with them. I successfully have a rent to own contract now with their help. I have had nothing less than a professional experience .

Their legal department is investigating who is smearing them on the internet and plan to take legal action. I may do the same if these false acusations harm my present transaction.

ANCHOR HOUSE, PREVIOUS RT HOME SEARCH, ORANGEFUTURE IS WHO THE PERSON MAKING ALL THESE AWFUL COMPLAINTS . NOTICE THESE COMPLAINTS ONLY STARTED SINCE THE MANAGER, YOU WERE FIRED A FEW WEEKS AGO. IF THE COMPLAINTS WERE COMING IN BEFORE YOU WERE FIRED I WOULD SAY MAYBE THERE WAS SOME CREDENCE AND NEEDED TO BE LOOKED INTO. BUT THEY STARTED ONLY AFTER YOU (THE MANAGER)WERE FIRED.

ON A POSITIVE NOTE ZINGOW DID REFER A LADY WHO CALLED IN WHO WAS RENTING A HOUSE, GOT A DEFAULT NOTICE ON HER DOOR. HER OWNER DID NOT TELL HER THEY WERE LOOSING THE HOUSE.YET THE RENTER PAID EVERY MONTH ON TIME.

ZINGOW DID A TITLE SEARCH TO FIND OUT HSBC WAS ON TITLE. ZINGOW PUT THE LADY ON THE PHONE WITH AN EXECUTIVE UNDER THE PRESIDENT OF HSBC AND THEY ARE NEGOTIATING WITH
THE FORECLOSURE DEPARTMENT TO KEEP HER IN THE HOUSE AS A NEW OWNER.

THIS IS A TRUE OCCURENCE.

I'm sorry to hear that happened to you, unfortunately this is how zingow.com operates -- THEY SCAM PEOPLE!

Good News! I have recently been in direct contact with the CEO of craigslist, Jim Buckmaster, and we are going to begin working together, while he is going to look into this fraudulent company. He is also going to assist in helping come up with a solution to prevent these criminals to not be able to post free as well as post on craigslist at all!

So far, posting on craigslist has been Zingow.com's biggest way in attracting us innocent people that simply are trying to move into a new place. Since zingow.com is not willing to spend any money to advertise elsewhere, craigslist has been their pot of gold. But, now that Mr. Buckmaster is aware of their whole operation, he will also be forwarding the information I provided him to the founder of criagslist, Mr. Craig Newmark. So, looks like we will soon be getting to the bottom of this!

It's just a matter of time now!

I too got scammed. I spoke with a Casey and he told me that I could get into a house in 7 days and I'd have 7 days for a full refund. He never returned any of my calls after taking my $199 and the list that was emailed to me was absolutely awful. I attemped to get a refund within 5 days and they wouldn't give one to me!

I believe the posts on here as everyone else should too... thanks "anonymous" for pursuing to bring this company down!

I made the mistake of signing up for their service last night. 16 hours later still no email, still no account, still no login. And their support line is currently closed with no operating times.

I doubt I'll even give them a chance to refund my money before I just do a charge back.
