Please beware of li shao qiang (chairman) from zhong guo cheng development (m) sdn bhd, he is a bogus and false representative claiming to represent 1 belt 1 road from china and claims to have substantial funds to invest in malaysia, perlis and pahang states, which as doing nice proposals to governments and ask government to provide lands. With lands and photographs taken, then bring back to china to cheats money or funds. Agreement or mou been signed in malaysia but never proceed as promise to government in malaysia. He even meets with sultan of perlis and royalties of pahang to promise to develop the state but all are false.
He is a very good liar and actor and mislead many china r.O. C and malaysians including using people's name and writing to goverments claiming to bring huge development funds. He also claims to have substantial funds to buy assets, banks and properties.

Stanleydenis has made a false accusation that does not have ANY supporting pieces of evidence/documents (such as the name of the party, the amount, the police report made by the victim, etc) to corroborate the case. In addition, Stanleydenis has also published personal information (passport copy of Liu Xiang and Li Shao Qiang) without permission.

As a result, Stanleydenis has violated:
(1) The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 was gazette in June 2010. The penalty for non-compliance is between RM100k to 500k and/or between 1 to 3 years imprisonment.
(2) a criminal offense under S509 of the Penal Code. Offenders may be punished with imprisonment for a term that may extend to 5 years or with a fine, or both.
(3) Defamation Act 1957.

If these have not been resolved/removed, legal action will be taken for these violations.

A Polis report has been made on September 3, 2020. A complaint to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has also been filed on September 4, 2020, and support from the MCMC is obtained on March 8, 2021.

To support the case, we hereby attached a copy of the Power of Attorney, a key document issued by the Government of China to Mr. Li Shao Qiang to coordinate matters related to investment opportunities in Malaysia.

Should you require a copy of the police report and the related documents, please write to zhongguo_cheng@yahoo.com.
