Zero Gravity Beds / Non delivery of purchased product
We ordered a mattress on 08/22/08 and sent a personal check to gain an extra discount on the product. Our check cleared the bank days later. After attempting to communicate with the company via phone or email we only recieved one email on 09/19/08 indicating that the mattress would ship the next Tuesday and they would forward the tracking number. Since this email we have not received any communications from the company despite repeated attempts by us via phone or email. I have canceled our order today 10/12/08.
