I applied for Debt review last year and without fail made my payments every month. I contacted my Debt counsellor Chris Craven and advised him that I have resigned from the company and my salary will only be paid in on the last day of the month and need to find out if I can do the payment once received. He advised that I need to make payment as per the agreement date or I will be taken off debt review automatically. Payment wasn't made and as per his email I thought I was removed. Today 15 Feb 2012 I sent him an email to advise if I am still on and if so to advise how I can remove myself. I advised him on our conversation by email last year numerous times regarding being taken off automatically. My question has not been answered, his been rude asking if want to go into debt again, he deals with 2000 clients and if I feel his email is unpleasant, I must not contact him. Furthermore if i wish to fight pick someone else as he is not interested when I advised I do not appreciate his attitude. What do I do in such a case?

I understand your frustration and am unfortunately finding myself in a similar situation with Zero Debt. https://www.hellopeter.com/zero-debt/reviews/debt-review-putting-you-in-more-debt-with-zero-debt-2054974
