My friends and I went to this resturant/cafe to celebrate one of my friend's birthday, we thought it was going to be a great night. We walked in, and since we already booked a table, there was no trouble for us getting at able. Even though the waitress was not fluent in English, she gave us great service. After we set down our orders, the entire service of the staff went completely downhill. First, some of my friends had ordered pearls/coconut jelly in their drinks, and the drinks which arrived did not have anything in them. We asked one of the waiters who walked by to help us, he aggressively took the drink and made a "hmph" sound at us. I didn't expect that to be anything, so when I dropped my chopsticks, I asked the same waiter for another set, he replied with a "OKAY" and walked off. I waited about 20 minutes and there was no sign that the waiter had even remembered to get me the chopsticks, so I asked the waitress, and she immediately returned with a pair of chopsticks. Finally, at the end of the meal, the same waiter was cleaning our table, he kept pushing utensils everywhere and it fell into one of my friend's lap. He didn't apologize and just picked up and left. At the end, when we were leaving tips, I directly told the waitress to not share the tips with anybody because they were rude and utterly did not deserve it, since it is a service tip. She told me that she cannot do that, therefore, had to share it with the others. I feel if I am giving tips, I should be getting relatively decent service, but my ordeal at the resturant proved that no matter how good their food is, if the service is bad, there is no point in going there again.
