Having purchased and actually receiving both watches I was very happy until that is a I noticed a part had fallen off after the 3rd wearing. I contacted the store who said they would try to locate the part. Two weeks later no part and they wouldn't exchange or refund as I had "lost" the part.
How can I lose a part that falls off due to a poor build? Anyway, no longer answers messages etc.

If you get a good watch then fine, but don't expect refundes etc if it all goes wrong

    The problems were all sorted out and was very happy with the watch in the end. I was angry when i wrote the original post and didnt give Zen Replica time to sort out the problem.
