Working with Zen Van Line was truely a nightmare. We moved from Atlanta GA to Los Angeles CA. This company worked with a local broker named Erine McNab who looks knowledgable and professional. The way they got people's business was to provide a lower price estimate and also promised you it is a "Guaranteed Not to exceed estimate". The pick up date was schedualed on February 23rd 1:00~3:00pm but the movers didn't show up until 9:00pm. It was 6 hours late. The delivery window was set up for March2nd ~9th. However, after they got all my stuff I received a call from Zen Van Line few days later. They told me the actual weight of my stuff was more than double times heavier than the original estimation so they need to charge $4000 more (The original quote was $2100). Me and my husband were so mad and regret to use this blood-sucker. This company was such a ###. They hostage people's stuff and then threaten with more money. We know our stuff didn't weight that much. This company just lied and made up excuses in order to ask for more money. We kept bargaining the price with CEO, Paul Bedi and end up paid $4200 on delivery day March 25th that is 3 weeks delay. The purpose I file this report is to warn other innocent and honest people who intend to move. Please!! Hire a bigger and reputable moving company. There are many bad guys out there. They set traps and wait for you to jump in.

Paul Bedi (Zen Van Lines owner) created fraudulent corrupted system. He pays extra money for his drivers (Steve Miller and his brother-in-law, Also Steve), who mislead clients on truck size, weight and route of delivery. If his team arrived in standard 26’ Penske truck remember that total volume of the truck is less than 1700 cubic feet (not 2500 as their driver declares). The empty weight of the truck is 14, 000-16, 000 lbs (not 10, 000-12, 000 lbs since they disposition wheels at weigh station for 10% bonus). Be prepared that Paul will declare that his team was waiting for you for several hours ($100/h) and insisted on buying extra boxes at 10x price. If this looks familiar report directly to Atlanta division of FBI, Atlanta Division of Department of Transportation and Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Atlanta Office of FBI has already Zen Van Lines file. Call directly to their Atlanta office (404) 679-9000 and request agent to add information to Zen’s file, send them clear report. They are looking for additional information. You may call and send report to Thomas Marlow, Division Administrator at Georgia Division of DOT. Call their general number 678-284-5130 and request to talk directly to Thomas Marlow or his agents and file written report. His address is 1745 Phoenix Blvd, Suite 380, Atlanta GA 30349. They also have a file and collect information on Zen Van Lines and Paul Bedi.

Also, do not hesitate to file a small claim trial at local courts. It costs just ~ $100, but may bring you back thousands of dollars.

If you have worked for Zen Van Lines and had the same observations, please call directly to FBI and DOT and add your information to their files.

    Thank you

They did the exact same thing to me...I moved from Atlanta to LA and they doubled the weight! I paid the idiots just so that they wouldnt hold my stuff hostage. If others have been vicitimized by these [censor]...let all get together to drag these scums out of business.
