Zemez / Horrible customer service
I had a simple problem that couldn't be resolved without their help.
As they don't have a phone number (or I was so inattentive that didn't find it), I had to fill in their online form. It's not written how long it takes them to answer. Well, now I have an answer: they never do.
I was impatient, so I didn't make up anything better than contacting them via their official FB account. No one replied either.
Regretted I ever dealt with them.
