Zazzle unable to submit product review or contact vendor.

I ordered multiple products on Zazzle.com and received the items two months ago. I have made numerous attempts to leave both positive and negative feedback on their site unsuccessfully. I tried using multiple browsers on my PC as well as through my mobile device and absolutely nothing happens when you push the "Submit" button.

Zazzle very disorganized and unprofessional company

I have ordered a shirt for an event from www.zazzle.com and was supposed to get it within 7 days. It did not arrive and I contacted customer service to see what was going on and they said that they were just about to ship my order.
I was very disappointed and decided to cancel my order because I did not have any time and needed to buy another shirt somewhere else.
They cancelled my order but they were very slow with refunding my money. It took actually forever to receive my money back.
These people are very disorganized and unprofessional, I'm not sure if I'll ever order anything from them again.

Zazzle no product, no customer service.

I ordered business cards and paid considerably extra for express delivery quoted as 3-4 business days after printing. Received an email next day confirming printing completed and job sent out for delivery. That was over 20 days ago and despite email requests for clarification as to where my order is, I have had absolutely no response from Customer Service. As for the tracking number provided, UPS says order was never sent to them for delivery? Who needs the hassle and run around. It may have been just a small obviously unimportant little order to you Zazzle but it was important to me. So very disappointed.

Zazzle zazzle black

My first order with Zazzle had a date next to the order to encourage you to purchase Zazzle Black and get the item quickly. I purchased Zazzle Black and then was told it could not be used for that order. I then asked to cancel my membership. I believe it is a third party that provides this membership. They told me (the day after I purchased it) that it cannot be cancelled until the year was done. This type of membership means they are unable to keep customers without locking them in - poor customer service. I encourage you to read the small print since they are able to make changes to the membership at anytime. I am disappointed in their choice to not refund me the money and discourage anyone from using Zazzle and Zazzle Black.

Zazzle received the wrong cards!

I've ordered some business cards from www.zazzle.com. I was very disappointed because I received the wrong cards! I needed these for a special event, but got the wrong ones! That was a real nightmare. I called their customer service and they put me on hold for about an hour! I gave up and called again later. And the same thing happened! These people are absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional! Horrible customer service and terrible website! Don'y waste your money and time here!

Zazzle terrible service and misleading discount offers

Zazzle has huge discounts and nice prices but please do not fall for that! I decided to order something because they had those discounts, but when I checked the cart the total amount stayed the same. I contacted customer service and was told that I can't get a discount since I already received the maximum discount. They are running an interesting scam. The more you buy, the less you spend. But actually their discount means nothing, they still will charge you the full pricing. Their customer support is completely useless and what they say makes no sense. I will not use Zazzle and don't recommend this site to anyone.

Zazzle unethical business practices.

Zazzle will sign you up for a service that automatically renews without your consent. I purchased some items from Zazzle over a year ago. There was a free membership promotion, but I was not interested. Items I received looked horrible and were damaged, so I decided not to order anything again from them. One year passed and I have never gone to the Zazzle and never ordered anything. But several weeks ago a charge came into my PayPal account. They took money for auto renewal of a membership. There was no notice I even had a membership! When I contacted customer service that there was nothing they could do, because I signed up myself. They refused to refund for this service I didn't want, didn't use, and do not plan to ever use. Horrible company!

Zazzle horrible website.

I made an order, paid for and received a tracking number, but it was the wrong one. There was also supposed to be a gift note, but it wasn’t included. When I entered my address I checked it few times and it was correct, but in the end my order was sent to the wrong place. They promised a replacement, but I never received anything. No matter how many times I called and emailed, I got nothing! Customer service is completely ridiculous. I was talking to at least 5 different reps from Zazzle and still no replacement. I will never deal with Zazzle again.

Zazzle horrible website

I made an order and bought a baby shower invitation. The website made the whole ordering process extremely painful. Sometimes it randomly deleted the information I typed. Also the customization options were not many. I could not choose the text size or font, move the specific text or adjust placement on the text. I had to thing of the way how to fit everything on it because the room was very limited. I spent to much time on that.

Zazzle impossible to contact zazzle!

I purchased some items four weeks ago and my order hasn't arrived yet, despite their guarantee of 7 days shipping. Zazzle charged my credit card four weeks ago. Their customer service is not available on the phone, line is always busy. Then I sent them a message and received a reply stating they are aware about my claim, and promised to do something about that. But they never did anything and even stopped answering my emails. I'm very upset and don't know what to do. I want my money back, but it is impossible to contact Zazzle!

Zazzle horrible site!

I wish i'd read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered six pillows for my family. Four pillows i liked, but the other two were nothing like the picture. I didn’t like them, so decided to ship them back. As it was said on their website, i sent them an email explaining the situation. I sent an email requesting return on 21 / 11 / 2015. The next day i received a reply asking for more details. I explained everything again. The next day i received an email from them again, asking for details about replacement items. I sent them the numbers of items i wanted as a replacement. Today is 21 / 12 / 15, but there is no information about the status of my items. I contacted them few hours ago, and got an emails asking for more details. Every time they send me only automatic responses! Horrible site!

Zazzle disappointed!

I ordered 2 pillow cases that were to have a "cat" design on them. I worked very hard to make perfect pictures. I ordered pillow cases for my grandma. I wanted to make her a Christmas present. Well, this site is not cheap. I paid 70$ and extra money for safe and fast shipping. The next day I received an email saying that there is problem with my image. They said the image was "not correct" and could not fix the problem. So make a new order. They also told if I'll need some help or have any questions I can contact customer service. Well I needed help so I decided to contact them. I was talking to a nice person from design department. Together we fixed the image and I was very happy about the service. I was grateful because their design team helped me a lot. But next day I got a new email from them. They said that there is some kind of problem again and I need to re-order for the second time. But that will cost me 25$. I was confused and didn't wanted to pay 95$ for 2 pillow cases. I didn't reply anything and canceled my order.

Zazzle order processed incorrectly and liars about delivery

I placed an order Nov 20th for graduation invitations for my daughters college graduation. I paid for the express and was assured they would be delivered to my door on Nov 24th. I didn't get the order and I called and they said they were sorry but it should have been there but they would be there on Nov 25th. I asked for a tracking number and they said the way the company is set it, they monitor it for you and it would be there. Well, the package was finally deliver on Nov 27th. I opened the box, and to my surprise it was someone else's baby shower invitations. I called the customer support team immediately and was told they would make it right and I should get them by Dec 2nd, I said NO GIVE ME A REFUND. About an hour later I received a call from someone that said they were management. He said he was truly sorry and they were having them reprinted and he assured me (again), they would be delivered the next day (Nov 28th). I stated that would be a Saturday, he said he was aware but they were going to make it correct and I would get them special delivered. You know the rest...LIAR...NOTHING CAME...I WANT ALL OF MONEY BACK AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS DYSFUNCTIONAL, LYING, CHEATING COMPANY AGAIN,

Zazzle scam

Ordered one t-shirt. Nothing unusual, nothing custom. The order was to be produced in 2-3 days. I paid extra for expedited delivery.

Three business days later (technically 4 but not going to count the day of the order) I checked the status and it simply said "in process". Waited 1 more day and the same. Now its 5 business days and called Zazzle first thing in the morning (CST).

Reached someone in Ireland who informed me there was no information to give at this time about my order but would contact Zazzle's main office and get back to me, however that would not be until the following day. When I asked why it would take so long, there was no viable response. Zazzle is located in CA, I said, why not just call the CA office when they open in an hour. No viable response.

I waited a few hours and called Zazzle in CA myself. The rep couldn't give me answer as to what was going on but did send an e-mail stating she would call me back at 7:30pm that night. The rep did call but had no new information. When I asked how it was possible that she could not speak with people in her own company to get an answer, again, I got nothing. I asked for supervisor.

Not sure how the person I spoke with made it to supervisor status, it was more like talking to a robot. She offered nothing other than to say "well orders can actually take 5 days". Given the original receipt Zazzle sent, and all information in the system regarding my order, the 2 reps prior, the info in bold regarding the production time on their website, and their ads all confirmed 2-3 days, I guess she was just wanting to add fire to the situation and that she accomplished.

Who does business like this?! They take your money, don't produce and no one in the entire organization can tell you why they have never made or sent the item paid for?! Not only is this despicable business practice its fraud.

Zazzle zazzle black

Ordering ~$10 worth of stickers led to an extra ~$10 charge via Zazzle, over a month later. No reminder, no transparency. Apparently their prominent "If you don't like it, we'll take it back, %100 satisfaction guaranteed" does not apply to this Zazzle black (SCAM). Even if you don't use it, and call a day after the charge, they say they cannot refund. Even if no service is actually provided! They are liars. Of course they can refund me.

I'd really like to see a class action lawsuit addressing their deceptive marketing. I wouldn't be surprised if most of their profit came from this method of coercion.

I called 9/4//2015, and this issue is very prominent. A good lawyer stands to make good money. Try it out. If I were to market something "%100 satisfaction guaranteed" and then put in fine print "just kidding", I don't think that should fly when I'm taking money from people who are dissatisfied customers.

Zazzle tried to order

used there website to design a t-shirt wanted to pay for my order they needed my e-mail and I got a message stating my e-mail was invalid tried several times so I called and no answer for 10 minutes called a different number same thing no answer so I emailed and sent my email but no answer read there complaints too many unhappy coustomers

Zazzle royalty payment

Royalty Payment 7 Months Past Due. I am an artist that has been designing items for zazzle for over 4 years. All of a sudden my payments have been put on hold, the reason I have been given is that I have not filled out there payment form correctly. All of a sudden I have to prove who I am. They have been sending payments to me for 3 and a half years and now I can't get hold of any one at zazzle to figure out what the problem is. I have tried many times to find out what the problem is. If you call customer service you are put on hold for at least 30 minutes, ( unbelievable how bad). I get the same answer every time, You need to fill out the FORM. I have filled it out many times and can't get confirmation if it is filled out correctly. Its been 7 months and I am at the end of this. I am going to invoice them and turn it over to collections.

For years as a designer, I had no problems. But suddenly It's getting difficult if not impossible for me to get paid by Zazzle. For months and months, Zazzle always has one excuse or another, and every adjustment I make to the account information to try to find out what combination is correct in order to release the payment, it sets me back into another 30-45 day "payment cycle" with no assurance that I have figured out the correct combo. The combo I'm trying to figure out relates to whether or not it will accept my middle name or just my middle initial, whether it will accept my legal business address or my home address as recorded by the IRS, etc. Numerous inquiries only get the same answer- that the combination of information isn't the right one or I just changed it so I need to wait yet another cycle. Month after month we go in circles and they refuse to pay. I've shut down my shop since I can't seem to come up with the exact combo of the personal info that they want in order to be paid at all. It's several hundred dollars that they're holding and so I may resort to buying merchandise rather than take it as a total loss, but I'd much rather have the money.

Zazzle poir quality and customer service

I ordered invitations. I emailed the company to ask them to check the appearance of the layout before printing because I didn't want them printed wrong. Well they printed them anyway and they were wrong. I returned them and the company refused to credit me any portion of the return costs for shipping. This company's products aren't as nice in person as on line. Don't waste your time or your money on this website. Its like Vista print. Spend the extra few bucks on the other sites for a much more superior product and way more helpful customer service.

Zazzle poor customer service, slow shipping

Upon each of several attempts to contact customer service, a recording indicated that, "Due to an excessive call volume your..." In other words, you are going to wait longer than expected-much longer. For me, I waited 32 minutes before I spoke to a customer service representative regarding an item that hadn't been shipped. The email that I sent to Zazzle took 5 days before I received a response. Tracking indicated that a label was created on March 31st, but the item wasn't shipped until April 7th.

It is evident that Zazzle's customer service department is understaffed and overwhelmed and shipping is slow. You certainly get the impression that the customer just isn't important to them. Perhaps, your experience will be better.

I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Ordered 1 item I designed as a gift and Zazzle cancelled it without notice. I ordered a 3-ring binder from another vendor on Zazzle and they also cancelled that totally legitimate order. No notice was sent to me. This company is a joke.

Zazzle did not provide every product purchased. They were contacted and made aware of the missing item but did not send a replacement. This company also does not seem to be interested in providing a refund. By reading other reviews of zazzle it is clear they will not honour a transaction and cannot be trusted.

Ordered bumper stickers from Zazzle - - - paid by credit card on their site.
they shipped items that are "bumper sticker" in size, but are simply "poster" material - - - no way to attach to your bumper.
BEWARE - - still waiting for their response and my refund.
