Zazzle 65th birthday invitations

on 3/29 i ordered 20 of you cute 64.95 cards. i did not want it filled in, i 2qw going to do that. at any rate i paid over 44.00 to have these cards expressed to me, i paid over 71.00 for cards i was filling in myself.
i have not yet received them and it is april 3rd.

i no longer need the cards as it was promised 2 days, and it wasn't even customized!
i see you had no problem processing you fee for the cards in a timely matter, but i counted on them, or i wouldn't have paid all that postage!
i wish to receive a full refund on this order since nothing was printed on the cards. its a real shame, they were cute, now don't have them for my husbands special part.

Zazzle personalized paper plates

I received my order today, March 31, 2017 and i am extremely dissapointed
I did receive the correct products as i ordered them,
however, they arrived completely bend inside the box. The box was fine. They were literly jammed into the box
The quality of the paper plates was terrible, with tiny paper tabs around every single plate
I paid ALOT of money for these products and i expected much better!
I cannot return them as there is no time. I will
Have to use them now, for my event. Embarrasing
Please refund all or at least half of my money!

Zazzle invitation cards

I have ordered 30 invitation cards from Zazzle and received my order in a timely manner. Cards were lovely, but unfortunately two of them were damaged. I contacted Zazzle immediately and asked for a replacement and they said that they were not able to replace only two cards.
They said that the only thing they could offer was to place a new order! Are you kidding me? Why would I order a whole new set if I wanted to get only two cards replaced!?
I regret the day I found Zazzle and decided to use their service. These people simply don't respect their customers and they are not ready to help!
They gave me nothing but headache and almost ruined my wedding!

Zazzle business cards/printing error

I ordered 100 business card from Zazzle online, order #ID 131-[protected]-2508605 on 11/12/2016 to be shipped to my present residence in Brazil.
The cards werde received with errors on the back.
Customer Support arranged for a replacement. However, the replacement was shipped with exactly the same error again.
I contacted customer service by e-mail again. Received apologies and a
second replacement was ordered which I received today, 02/22/2017, however, again with the same error.
Three shipments with the same printing error.

Zazzle these guys have the worst service ever!

I have purchased personalized invitations from Zazzle and was very disappointed with the result. I did not like the quality and the whole thing in total and when I contacted Zazzle and told them about that they replied in a rudely manner. I asked the to fix everything and do as I asked them but they refused and claimed they already did everything they could. Then I asked for a refund but they said no. These guys have the worst service ever! Not only quality of their work is poor, but they also have nasty and rude employees. I would never recommend them to anyone, I'm sure there are better companies out there who treat their customers with respect.

Zazzle my order didn't arrive

I bought two t-shirts from this site and my order was made in mid November. One shirt was for myself and the second one was a Christmas present for my brother. They said that my order will arrive between 20-24 December but it did not show up and is still missing. When I contacted Zazzle support for the first time they said that I have nothing to worry about and when I contacted them for the second time they simply didn't reply. I hope I'll get my order soon and I will not buy anything from them again. Very unprofessional service and sipping takes way too long.

Zazzle no thanks zazzle!

I have ordered two bags from this site as Christmas presents over three weeks ago. Several days later I received a message from Zazzle stating that only one bag was left in stock, so they shipped only one and promised I'll get a refund for the second bag. Recently I got another message that they cancelled my order because nothing was available. Previous time they claimed that at least one bag was already on its way. You can see that Zazzle is definitely a scam! I would not recommend buying from them. I'm out of money and have no presents. No thanks Zazzle!

Zazzle customer service & product fulfillment

I've ordered from zazzle before but i will never order from them again. I placed an order at the beginning of december with a delivery date of 12/11-12/12. My tracking information never worked but i wasn't alarmed at the time since it takes a while for it to be updated.

Once my package did not arrive i reached out to customer service via email who after 72 hours of waiting told me the delivery date was an estimate and i should wait until 12/17 to see if i get them. After that they promptly told me my package was in north carolina and suddenly their tracking information on the website said the same thing. It wasn't until after i emailed again disputing my order they said it was in philadelphia (Which usually takes an additional 1-2 days to get to my house).

I demanded a refund for my product but "tram" would only refund my shipping charge to my account for future use. After the product never showed up i tried to call their customer service line and my estimated wait was 95 minutes. Furious, i emailed "tram" back demanding a full refund. He responded and said they would refund my purchase back to my card on file but it will take 7-21 business days for the transaction to be completed.

First and foremost 21 days for a refund is unacceptable but i wasn't going to get anywhere with these i####s. Suddenly my order (That was apparently in mid shipment) says it was returned back to the sender and arrived on 12/16 which is well before second promised date by customer service which only leads me to believe they lied the entire time and never actually processed my order.

Zazzle thirts ordered

I ordered on 11/15 and the order was supposed to come to me by 11/21 or 11/22. I emailed on 11/21 and the response was we will escalate your order for shipping but no shipping information. ON 11/22 I called and got hung up on. I called back and was told my order was still in production and did I still want it? how it was for tday with turkeys on it why would I want that after the holidays? Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for their mess ups. classy company right? IF you couldnt honor the order update the customer not have the customer chase you around to get an answer

Zazzle unable to submit product review or contact vendor.

I ordered multiple products on Zazzle.com and received the items two months ago. I have made numerous attempts to leave both positive and negative feedback on their site unsuccessfully. I tried using multiple browsers on my PC as well as through my mobile device and absolutely nothing happens when you push the "Submit" button.

Zazzle very disorganized and unprofessional company

I have ordered a shirt for an event from www.zazzle.com and was supposed to get it within 7 days. It did not arrive and I contacted customer service to see what was going on and they said that they were just about to ship my order.
I was very disappointed and decided to cancel my order because I did not have any time and needed to buy another shirt somewhere else.
They cancelled my order but they were very slow with refunding my money. It took actually forever to receive my money back.
These people are very disorganized and unprofessional, I'm not sure if I'll ever order anything from them again.

Zazzle no product, no customer service.

I ordered business cards and paid considerably extra for express delivery quoted as 3-4 business days after printing. Received an email next day confirming printing completed and job sent out for delivery. That was over 20 days ago and despite email requests for clarification as to where my order is, I have had absolutely no response from Customer Service. As for the tracking number provided, UPS says order was never sent to them for delivery? Who needs the hassle and run around. It may have been just a small obviously unimportant little order to you Zazzle but it was important to me. So very disappointed.

Zazzle zazzle black

My first order with Zazzle had a date next to the order to encourage you to purchase Zazzle Black and get the item quickly. I purchased Zazzle Black and then was told it could not be used for that order. I then asked to cancel my membership. I believe it is a third party that provides this membership. They told me (the day after I purchased it) that it cannot be cancelled until the year was done. This type of membership means they are unable to keep customers without locking them in - poor customer service. I encourage you to read the small print since they are able to make changes to the membership at anytime. I am disappointed in their choice to not refund me the money and discourage anyone from using Zazzle and Zazzle Black.

Zazzle received the wrong cards!

I've ordered some business cards from www.zazzle.com. I was very disappointed because I received the wrong cards! I needed these for a special event, but got the wrong ones! That was a real nightmare. I called their customer service and they put me on hold for about an hour! I gave up and called again later. And the same thing happened! These people are absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional! Horrible customer service and terrible website! Don'y waste your money and time here!

Zazzle - I was a product designer and got scammed by zazzle.

I was just recently scammed by a company called Zazzle based out of Palo Alto, CA . If you are a product designer DO NOT GOTO ZAZZLE.COM they will wait till your about to make a lot of money for spending hours designing products on their site then come up with some BS that you violated some policy of theirs that hadn't been a problem till it came time for...

Zazzle terrible service and misleading discount offers

Zazzle has huge discounts and nice prices but please do not fall for that! I decided to order something because they had those discounts, but when I checked the cart the total amount stayed the same. I contacted customer service and was told that I can't get a discount since I already received the maximum discount. They are running an interesting scam. The more you buy, the less you spend. But actually their discount means nothing, they still will charge you the full pricing. Their customer support is completely useless and what they say makes no sense. I will not use Zazzle and don't recommend this site to anyone.

Zazzle unethical business practices.

Zazzle will sign you up for a service that automatically renews without your consent. I purchased some items from Zazzle over a year ago. There was a free membership promotion, but I was not interested. Items I received looked horrible and were damaged, so I decided not to order anything again from them. One year passed and I have never gone to the Zazzle and never ordered anything. But several weeks ago a charge came into my PayPal account. They took money for auto renewal of a membership. There was no notice I even had a membership! When I contacted customer service that there was nothing they could do, because I signed up myself. They refused to refund for this service I didn't want, didn't use, and do not plan to ever use. Horrible company!

Zazzle horrible website.

I made an order, paid for and received a tracking number, but it was the wrong one. There was also supposed to be a gift note, but it wasn’t included. When I entered my address I checked it few times and it was correct, but in the end my order was sent to the wrong place. They promised a replacement, but I never received anything. No matter how many times I called and emailed, I got nothing! Customer service is completely ridiculous. I was talking to at least 5 different reps from Zazzle and still no replacement. I will never deal with Zazzle again.

Zazzle horrible website

I made an order and bought a baby shower invitation. The website made the whole ordering process extremely painful. Sometimes it randomly deleted the information I typed. Also the customization options were not many. I could not choose the text size or font, move the specific text or adjust placement on the text. I had to thing of the way how to fit everything on it because the room was very limited. I spent to much time on that.

Zazzle impossible to contact zazzle!

I purchased some items four weeks ago and my order hasn't arrived yet, despite their guarantee of 7 days shipping. Zazzle charged my credit card four weeks ago. Their customer service is not available on the phone, line is always busy. Then I sent them a message and received a reply stating they are aware about my claim, and promised to do something about that. But they never did anything and even stopped answering my emails. I'm very upset and don't know what to do. I want my money back, but it is impossible to contact Zazzle!
