Zaxby's employment with zaxbys

First I would like to say is the zaxbys I work at is not very tidy and clean at all we have roaches crawling around the walls in the back have dried on food on them the managers act like they don't care about there crew there's alot of gossip goes around the bathrooms are truly disgusting theres dust above the ice machine where the ice bucket goes which should not be clean and free of dust the general manager that filled in for tonight his name is Chad was chewing gum while working and should not be aloud to get away with that considering that you could splat spit into people's food and I noticed that he was rude there's alot that goes on in this zaxbys store that should not be gotten away with the score should not be a 91

Zaxby's new t l c

This the WORST thing I have ever had from zaxby's. This sandwich was a pure mess, rotten tomatoes, not sauce on either side of the bun made very sloppily, fries were dry and hard like they had been sitting then recooked.

SO VERY DISSAPOINTED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT COMMERCIAL WHICH IS WHY I ORDERED IT. If it wasn't so far I would have taken it right back over to the store. Just appalled, going to bed hungry!

I do have pictures as well. Just Done!

Zaxby's service/ employees

Went to zaxbys today on 1660 E Greenville St, Anderson, SC 29621 & was gonna eat in but ask I was asking questions I kept getting very rude attitude from one employee. But I ignored it & continued with my positive day. But then I was talking to my friend I was with about an option on the menu & she had got really smart & I responded with "I was talking to my friend " & she rudely turned around to where her co workers & one other lady at cash register could clearly hear cause I heard it loud & clear & said "I thought" as if I had her messed up if I was talking to her ... regardless of customers give hard time or not I've work at several restaurants & you never give attitude your suppose to serve everyone with a smile & whatever they please in a reasonable manner ! It was so rude & I could NOT. Blevins that's how she decided to handle situation & then I did say something back to her & she came up to the counter & acted like she was about to jump over it while the cashier held her back ! If that's how y'all serve people & do business they need new workers ! & need to be fired !

Zaxby's wait time before receiving food

It's took 33 minutes to recieve our food. Short staffed and manager didn't seem to be as hands on as his should've been considered how many customers were waiting. We stopped to eat there last Sunday at about 9:00 pm after going to carrowinds. I thought they would used to a heavy crowd because of how close they are to carrowinds. We spend 28.00 and we def won't be back.

Zaxby's food

Good morning, I spent $29.78, only to be Totally Disappointed my wings were dry as if they had been sitting also the fries weren't crispy and the chicken tenders were dry as well.
I ordered mushrooms and they didn't taste fresh, I take the long way home so that I can go to Zaxbys and this trip to your franchise wasn't a good experience for me.
This is the first time I have experienced the food not being enjoyable.
Usually the wings are fresh and moist and sauced just enough to be enjoyed.
My # was 5430 and I arrived 6:30.
To have spent the amount stated I should have been pleased.

Zaxby's employment

As an employee at the Zaxbys at 7140 McGinnis Ferry in GA, this place is so awful I'm amazed it still hasn't been shut down yet. We're out of something crucial every day, be it coleslaw, cups, or specific containers (and usually it's multiple things at once). People complain constantly about our food looking burnt or our store being dirty.
Worst of all is management. We're always understaffed because they're too cheap to hire more than the bare minimum of people. Because of their example, everyone takes pleasure in being cruel and harsh to everyone else. No effort is taken by them to train new employees, they just give them a uniform and shove them in the back. And the GM would rather trust the word of her brand new, experience-less, fresh out of school managers than what she personally knows about the long-time employees they're badmouthing.
If you're looking for a job where you just keep your mouth shut and your head down and no matter what you do it's not enough for anyone, come to McGinnis Ferry! I'm quitting so you can take my spot.

Zaxby's working there

Firstly I'd like to start by saying that in the year and a half that I had worked at Zaxby's never have I ever seen such an unprofessional general manager. I have worked in restaurants and managed restaurants all over New York and a handful in Florida. I have never felt like I could not go to my manager with a problem that needed to be addressed other than this one. I felt like everytime it was my fault and I was in the wrong by even speaking up in cleanliness as well as sexual harassment. During the time a certain employee worked there, not only did he sexually harass me but he sexually harassed multiple other women that worked there. It wasn't always just verbal either. He had physically grabbed another female coworkers breast after doing it on many occasions. Finally something came of it and not only did the females name get dragged into the conversation but she was then texted constantly by the male that had gotten fired and he harassed her constantly until he was blocked. I was also harassed by the male because I had spoken up and told him he was wrong and he had finally gotten into trouble from it. Secondly, never have I ever worked for such a sexist boss as well. Ive worked in a bunch of kitchens and always made the same as the guys because I was doing the same work and busting my butt to please customers and ensure that they were satisfied. I would be scheduled 30 something hours while the guys that had just gotten hired on were scheduled more than 40! Not to mention he would over schedule all the females up front so it was a constant struggle for anyone to be able to stay and get hours when the guys in the back of the house were scheduled and never had to go home early. I had to start working up front at one point and not in the kitchen because I was pregnant and couldn't do the bending and lifting anymore. I was then referred to as "useless" and "it wasn't his fault that I got pregnant". I'm sorry but I worked just as hard up front being the face of zaxbys and satisfying the customers even though I wasn't doing the physical labor anymore. I was told on multiple occasions well you have the most out of all the females so you can go home early then you've at least reached 30 hours. I have a family to feed and depend on those hours to pay my bills and ensure food for my children because that is my number one priority. It was always a joke when I would put my foot down and say no why don't one of you guys go instead of me?! I'd say "well you don't have a problem paying your bills do you?" And at one point the assistant manager had said to me, " no I don't because after the other assistant manager left I got a hefty raise and I bring home about double what you make!" He said this with a smirk on his face and this was just absolutely crushing to me, like yes I do understand that he made more because he did do more physical labor than I did but I was pregnant at the time and could not lift the heavy items, but that was beside the point, it was the fact that yet again I was put down by yet another male in the restaurant. I know this is pretty lengthy but this has gone on since day one of me working there and I was always afraid to stick up for myself and say something. I felt like my job was in jeopardy if I did say something because in Florida we are "at will" employees and he would use any excuse to get rid of me and it wasn't worth it knowing I had a family to feed and bills to pay and was at least getting 10.50 which is better than most jobs start you out making in the Port Charlotte area. So towards the end of me working there because I had to leave to have my child, I kept on getting my hours cut and cut and cut because I was "useless and couldn't work in the back". So getting my 30 hours was a struggle. On my last day one of my fellow co workers who is also a very good friend of mine was called into the lobby to sit down with the GM where he not only ripped her apart for looking at getting a second job to feed her newborn and support herself, but also ripped me apart saying how toxic I was and it will be for the better that I am as far away from her as possible. I'm sorry but I never called off, I rarely asked for a day off and that was only if I had a drs appointment or a WIC appointment that was in the middle of the day. I ALWAYS came into my shifts, even when my morning sickness was at its peak. I would run from the drivethru area to the bathroom to get sick, and get right back to taking orders. I was FAR from useless, I kept the customers coming back! I even had multiple customers whom I don't even know outside of Zaxbys bring me in gift cards, Christmas cards, sometimes money for the baby when it was her birthday, or when they knew I was struggling for hours, or clothes for my new child before she's born. They appreciated me and how genuine I was no matter what kind of day I was having or how terrible I was feeling. I always had a smile on my face greeting customers and made sure they left with a smile. With all this being said I really do hope something comes of this because on my last day people begged me not to go because it wasn't going to be the same without me there. Not only was it customers but employees as well. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this, please help my fellow co workers as they should not suffer from such an unprofessional manager who slides by every time.

Zaxby's food service

The Zaxby's store at 925 Camp Fulton Way Atlanta, GA 30336, check number 2298 ordered food through the drive through and the food provided was burnt. See the attached picture. The sales person said everything was cooked fresh and is edible. The food that was burnt was packaged at the bottom of the bag so it will not be noticed until i arrived home to give people their food.

Zaxby's ripoff

Today I went into the Zaxby's right around the corner from my job as I do once a week at least. I normally order 3 or 4 different meals and get a water. I have never once been charged for WATER. Today I was told that my 32oz water was $2.09 and I was immediately thrown off because I had never been charged for water no matter the size. I understand maybe charging me for the cup, but not the same exact price as a 32oz drink. My co-workers were also baffled by this whole ordeal. I am truly upset and it not the $2.09 charge...It's I HAVE NEVER BEEN charged for water. I am guessing that I may need to take my business elsewhere because no others charge that for cup of water. I know those cups cost pennies, because Win Cup used to be one of my accounts that I serviced...definitely not $2.09.

Zaxby's unsanitary

I work at zaxbys its disgusting I'm surprized its still open
I dropped food on the floor and they made me pick it up and serve it anyway
They dont wash thier hands after using the bathroom
They wash the dishes in the same dirty water for every thing even the chicken containers, .can u say salmanilla
The employees are rude and lazy
Theres cockroaches crawling everywhere
And none of the equipment works properly and they leave. Dirty rag a everywhere

I'm appauled at the conditions and how they pass inspection

Zaxby's salad

I ordered 23+ dollars worth of food with my family
as I was eating, I realized I was chewing on something
hard. I pulled it out of my mouth, it was a had piece of plastic,
Informed the cashier - they stated it was a piece of the packaging
and refunded me the 8+ dollars for the salad it was in.
The manager or no one came up to ask or anything and I felt
the full amount should have been refunded or something different offered
It messed up my lunch and I left out still hunger.

Zaxby's service

Tonight I went to restaurant 07-26-18, as I pulled up a male employee approached my car so I let down my window and I was told the car ahead of me was the last order they were taking. I told him I thought they closed at 10:30 and it was only 10:03. The employee told me the DM said they were closing early because they were running out of ingredients, they did not even have ingredients to make salads. If this is true it is super poor planning.

Zaxby's unethical behavior

My name is Hailey Sheridan, and I am a (former) employee of Zaxbys in Palatka fl as of today, July 26, 2018. I have been an employee at this zaxbys for almost 2 years. For the past couple of weeks I have had some health issues. As this is going on, I have had several coworkers discussing my personal health issues among each other while im there and especially while im not. I have went to 6 different managers and stressed to them about how unprofessional this is and how I do not appreciate them talking about my personal issues. My General Manager, Brett Jones, specifically told me " its not fair, and he will handle it". I thought I could come to work, in a professional enviorment but I was wrong. Once again, today, it turns out that Again, my ex-coworkers are discussing my health, and calling it as an "excuse" to not work. I would love to come to a job and not have to worry about my private issues being discussed among my coworkers, in front of my managers and absolutely nothing being done about it. As a result, I quit. I really did not want to but I felt forced into this decision and I also felt as if I was being bullied. As I said, I stressed my concern to almost every manager, and nothing has been done as it still continues to happen. I think that the employees as well as the managers at this zaxbys is very unprofessional and needs to be seriously dealt with. Some of the names (that I know of so far) whom has been apart of this harassment is: Tim, Jocelyn, Heidi, and probably several others. Zaxby's slow time no manager to be found

Usually Zaxbys is a very fast and easy place to get food, tonight that experience was not that. The line too almost 30 min to get food and when we finally got up to the window we had to wait another 5 min for our food. Food takes time to make but your employees should not be dancing, hooping, and yelling around in the front of the house. No manager seemed to be around and I was very dissapointed in the Dawsonville GA Zaxbys.

Zaxby's food

My husband & i had the chicken finger platter & fries were cold so i told them & they made us give the fries back so after a few minutes they brought us hot fries to our table but they were brown & obviously the same fries we complained about but refried! It was disgusting & i cant believe they did that! They were brown & greasy! I would like for this to be addressed!

Zaxby's 10 wing

Talking through speakers can really be irritating on both size. Neither can under stand and I feel because they do not understand, you the customer is penalize.
I Ordered a 10 piece traditional wings. The gave me 15 of all over cook, probably twice over cook. French frys over over cook. I live 10 miles from Zaxbys. I general go by Zaxbys 2 or 3 times a week this is the 3rd time I am unsatisfied. the 1st time I took the food back because it did not have ny dressing for my salad nor Dipping sauce for my chicken.

Zaxby's Management

I began working at the Zaxby's in Tucker, GA about two months ago. I received praise from management regarding my after hours clean up procedures on several occasions. I picked up extra shifts on my days off to assist with scheduling. However I was constantly harassed by the General Manager Eddy Bradshaw, who from my understanding is a registered sex offender. From the beginning he was always approaching me asking why I don't speak to him. I am a minor and Eddy is a grown man, what do we need to discuss besides my job duties? He then began to demand I had an attitude because I did not speak to him. Truth be told, he made me feel uncomfortable. I was always on time to work and prepared to do my job. I never called out, nor did I have issues with anyone else in the store. I even looked the other way when my iPhone X was stolen by a co-worker from the ladies room. I say all this to say, as a teenager on my first job ever, I was hoping for a better experience. I planned on working there all the way through high school. It was my first taste of making my own money, budgeting a bank account, and the first bit of financial freedom. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and I will be taking this further. #METOO

Zaxby's a team member name mr. dave williams

Am denise wilcox and i work at Zaxby's in Chamblee tucker and am a very good worker. But am 32 and just lost everything but i been haveing problems with mr dave. And today he got in my face and said hell slap me dis and that calling me a dump motherfucker and a [censored] and if they look at the carma he came all the way out the kitchen and got in my face why i was working am not the first and the gm was outside on phone but it was three other peoples their and it was around 11 going on 12 when it happin so after i left i tryed to tell the gm about what dave call me but he told me not to text his phone with that none since so i have to work with a man whos threating me thats not good cause i have to work with him i dont feel safe working their no more i have not quick yet cause i have aolt going on rite now but someone needs to do something about him am not the only person face he had jump in as a woman something needs to be done cause they dont pay me enough to take a man telling me hes going to hit me so i will be at work tomorrow waiting for mr .T.J i heard he was comeing tomorrow.something has to be done.

Zaxby's Management

They wrongfully accused me of stuff I didn't say and fired me for no reason at all.The mangers there show favorites to people they like most and treat others like crap the mangers I'm referring to is the general manager and the assistant managers I feel like I have to take it to court for a wrongfull termination.I will be very glad to hear back from you as soon as possible to settle it without court and lawyers
