Zaxby's treatment of workers

I work for the Zaxbys on E Main St in Duncan SC. I am complaining about the Assisstant GM and a few of the managers. I have been a loyal worker for the past 2 and a half years and I am easily one of their best. I am the ONLY worker that achieves the drive time EVERY time I work. And despite doing all the requirements for my promotion, they have pushed it off repeatedly. They have even promoted workers that have their jobs because of me. They have promoted workers that have been complained about by customers, and that slack off. I also spoke to the Assistant GM about my religion and how I cannot work Sundays because of it and they ignored me and scheduled me for Sunday's. That is breaking the law and I WILL NOT be showing up for my shift tonight and if any repurcussions are placed against me because of this I will be filing a law suit.

Zaxby's professionalism

When I asked to switch my dine in order to Togo I was rudely told I need to get my stuff together because they asked me before by the front cashier . I was right away yelled at from the kitchen from a Mexican cook who screamed at me asking "if I had a problem " . The arguing match continued until I just gave up . This visit made me HATE Zaxbys and never want to return

I went to order 3 fingers Zaxby's in Union City, GA, and requested to replace French fries for celery, and they replace the cole slaw with celery, and the ice machine was out of ice, and the sweet tea was empty, these are things that the manager should check on a regular basis.

Zaxby's zaxby's

First time ever at a zaxby 's and definitely my last. I stopped at the store in fairburn, ga at senoia & oakley industrial. The snowflake who took my order was completely distracted and couldn't answer my questions. I had the tenders plate for carry-out. I was never asked if I wanted dipping sauce. I ended up with the zax sauce which by the way, tastes the way I imagine baby [censor] would taste. I requested onion rings instead of french fries, yep, got fries. All the little niggly bears working (?) there were more interested in playing grab [censor]. Didn't get any utensils to use for my slaw, and i'm not sure what the burnt slice of bread that was put in my container was for. Certainly not for sopping up any grease as the chicken was as dry as an arabs diaper. To add insult to injury, this trash can fodder set me back nearly $11.00. As I said before, never again!

Zaxby's prize in my cobb salad

Last night I went to Zaxby's in Collierville, Tn. Ordered food for the family. Got home with my Cobb salad, took one bite and then started mixing up the salad and dressing when I saw a sharpie. I was furious. I immediately took the salad back to Zaxbys ( it's about 1.5 miles from home). It made me sick to my stomach. The manager made a another salad which I had no appetite for a Zaxby's salad. What makes me more furious is I know in my heart the the guy making the salad purposely put the sharpie in there or at least had to known it was there

Zaxby's building nail in food

On Feb 9th 2018 my son and I decided to have Zaxby for dinner as we are both fans ( or least we were). My son picked and paid for up our meals using the drive through. Once home we began eating : myself a salad and my son a chicken tender meal. My son is not a big fan of cole slaw and asked if I would swap my bread for his coleslaw I said sure and we did. Approximetly 3/4 through eating the coleslaw I go to take a bite and I see something black ... there was a Building nail in the coleslaw container!
Naturally ate no more and shivered at the thought of what this could have done! We both were in shock truly... this is bad really really bad. I have attached pictures. I fully expect a refund for our meals as well as a settlement of compensation and I am sure you can well understand why. Zaxby's unethical behavior

about 7:45 pm on 2/3/2018 i was driving down commonwealth ave in jax, fl when i noticed that my car was overheating. i politely ask the woman in the drive through if i could please have some water to put in my radiator. she asked the manager if she could put water in the container and he flat out said no. i explained to the worker that i have heart failure and could not walk all the way to the fire station. the young black girl's working the counter was very helpful and tried to give me a cup from the register to get water out the bathroom. i found that the bathroom water was automated and basically only gives a spurt of water into your hands by sensors. i asked to speak with the manager on duty . he/she basically refused to even address my concerns. me and my family spent a lot of money at zaxby's before this incident. We will never ever spend another dime with your company. the actions of the so-called manager was cowardly, rude & inconsiderate of fellow human beings ( not to mention petty) . I actually took it upon myself to take the water cup that i was given and take the water from the dispenser that the other customers get their drinks from not even caring about what the manager felt. furthermore him/her being a manager shouldn't have allowed someone to do that. we did spend money in there at the time of the incident.That is what made this the ultimate slap in the face. I personally would not dare have an employee working for my company that is that cowardly and inconsiderate. Once i made it home i called the restaraunt and found that the manager on duty's name was jill. I would really appreciate it if this concern was addressed.

Zaxby's chicken finger platter with coleslaw

I ordered five piece chicken finger platter with honey mustard sauce and coleslaw I paid 9.00 . The tenders were burned the coleslaw looked like it was eaten out of they gave me zaxby sauce instead of honey mustard. The fries were burned. I work down street and couldnt take it back. Im pissed i couldve got a plate down street. I want some form of compensation

Zaxby's grilled chicken

My name is Lictory Booker i can be reached at [protected]. I went to the zaxbys in Marion AR. . I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo the chicken and the fries were to salty. I am at work and I cant take it back and its two salty to eat. Will someone please contact me about this matter. Any one that look at the pic can clearly see there's to much seasoning on those Fry's.

Zaxby's service

First let me say I love Zaxbys french fries when they are hot and fresh and tonight I requested hot french fries and I was told they were not willing to cook any because they weren't ready yet. I don't feel that is good customer service. All I really want is good customer service when I go to a restaurant all I wanted was hot french fries and this isn't the first time I have received bad customer at this location.

Zaxby's grilled chicken meal and brownie

This was the first time I have ever been to Zaxby's and so I decided I would stop on the way home from work to the new store that just opened recently in Sanford, Florida to get something for dinner. I went through the drive-thru which was really slow, I ordered the grilled chicken meal with fries and a drink, an order of onion rings and a brownie. When I got home and starting eating it, I noticed that my grilled chicken sandwich was soggy and the chicken was burned on both sides and my brownie was as hard as a rock, couldn't even bite into was scared I would break my tooth, now that's pretty bad, so I ending up just taking the bread off my sandwich and peeling the burned part of my sandwich and just ate what was left. So very disappointed in my first visit to this store.

Zaxby's house zalad / fried

I don't understand... I ordered a House Zalad, fried with ranch dressing and a large unsweet tea. When I arrived back to work and looked at the receipt, it also had a line item "hardboiled egg, [protected]@.50 each, $1.00". I had not ordered any hard boiled eggs so I called and was told "only one comes with the salad" when I told them I had not ordered any but even if I had, would that not only be .50 cents extra? I was transferred to someone else who said that the salad did not come with hard boiled eggs so they had to charge me for them. I, again, explained that I had not ordered any and he said I could come back and they would remake it. um... I was on my lunch so could not. they did not offer a credit on a future order or a refund.

what's up with the eggs?

Zaxby's the service was horrible, the food was over salted and taste old

My wife ordered two orders of wings and things she asked for sauce never received a single sauce on top
of that she drove back to the same location to only be disappointed again employee poured out a ranch into a cup they literally gave her one ranch and one zaxbys sauce for 2 ppl
The chicken was salty and fries were over season and saggy I have never experienced such an awful service in my life the employees are really ignorant and rude also the manager doesn't seem to care, first experience at zaxbys was good at a different location but at this one never again in my life will I go there

Zaxby's The food

My husband and I went to Zaxby's in Greensboro, Georgia last night (January 11, 2018). My husband ordered the Zaxby's Club and I ordered the boneless wings and things. I wanted to complain that the chicken strips for both orders looked and tasted as if they were left over and was refried to warm up. Very tough and extremely dry. Also the fries seemed to taste as if they were left over and reheated as well. My husband and I live in Greensboro and we have eaten at Zaxby's many times over the years and this is the worst it has ever been.

Zaxby's Sandwiches and chicken fingers.

I have relocated to the jasper Alabama location and had several problems with the store and the quality of there food. We purchased 2 meals on 3 occasions and 2 times had to have our meal replaced. The sandwiches were drowned with sauce and soggy. And the 2 replacement the wings were not right and chicken was not even hot. When we had it replaced it was replaced with dry toast on one and burnt toast on the other. Fries were not fresh and chicken was extra dry! I am furious. And three manger is very unprofessional. I fed the last replacement to my dog. I wish i would have taken a picture. Not sure if i will ever go back again.

Zaxby's fries and tenders

I eat at zaxbys a lot but tonight was the worst the fries were cold and look like left over culls and chicken tenders were cold and tuff. And the employees were all talking and dancing and not doing there jobs. We walked up to the counter and one of the guys told the cashier customer at the front she looked and then turned back around and preceded to dance. My 10.00 gift card was a waste😡

I Shantavia Jenkins and employee at zaxbys has been humiliated by this older man since he came to zaxbys, He not trained very well for the position he's in, He caused all his team to walk out on him because of torcher of wanted to have authority his authority skills are ridiculous...Our Alachua Zaxbys store close at eleven on Friday nights, I was fired at one o'clock in the morning because I wouldn't keep mopping every footprint up off the floor after he had done check me off...I just don't understand.I love my guest and my job.I don't think it's right that he be so mean and rude to people.he never off work all he do is torcher employees to walk off and people really really need there jobs can someone please get back with me on this his ASSISTANT MANAGER even walked out because of him HELP US SAVE OUR JOB PLEASE...

Zaxby's did not receive change

Went through drive through at Zaxby's ; received order and left. Once I returned home realized I did not receive change back. The change due was $10.00, had it not been this much I would have let it go. Called and spoke with ? Manager who gave the impression I was lying when I spoke with her. explained to her the situation and was told once they counted the drawer for the night they would call me the next day and let me know what they found. This occurred on November 2nd; I am still waiting for a call.

Zaxby's management

Called out of work yesterday and they told me to find a replacement or I'd be written up. The store is so short staffed that nobody wanted to work on one of their only 2 off days so I was gonna accept a write up even though I had never been written up in the year and a half I've worked there. Showed up to work and my name was crossed out and somebody else was working for me. I asked the manager and she said well you didn't find a replacement. I told her I was told I would be written up not fired and she shrugged her shoulders and said we decided to terminate you. I've called out maybe 3 times the entire time I've worked there and other people have called out for less and have never been reprimanded!

Zaxby's rang up and gave me the wrong order

Went to the zaxbys in walterboro sc and ordered through the drive through got up to the window and she gave me my food and rang me up I realized it was the wrong food so they rang up the right food and said they cancelled the other order but still charged me for both on my bank account and the right food was less so now I'm charged for 2 meals and only got one.

Zaxby's building

The building was disgusting when I walked in. There were roaches crawling on the table, trash on the floor & the drink machines was not working. I asked the Manager Ms.stepanie could she fix it but she never came. The food was TERRIBLE ! The chicken fingers tasted like they were cooked in burnt grease. I asked for a manager but then again one never came. An employee tried to get their attention but they ignored them to. This was one of the worst zaxbys I have ever been into hands down
