Zaxby's will never eat here again!

Hello! I use to love coming to Zaxby's to get a salad and some chedder bites. Recently, I had a experience that will not allow me to ever eat here again. About 2 weeks ago, I went through the drive through to get a salad and chedder bites, and opened my box before leaving the facility, and was shocked to see a ROACH in my food. I know things happen at times, but I am not sure how someone could not have seen this?! I was disgusted, and I will never eat here again.

Went to get a salad and my crouton was a piece of bread cut up. Was totally upset and will never go back to zaxby's again.

i ordered two zaxby's snack meals with diet cokes, when my daughter and i got home with our meals all we had was chicken skin(no meat)deep fried with our fries.we were very disappoited and i would either like my money back or tww free meals.

Zaxby's salads

Okay, first I love zaxby's! I eat there 2 or 3 times a week. But my last couple of visits, is causing me to look at other places I can eat. I love the zalads (Salads) but 2 weeks ago I order a caesar salad, and I ended up getting a house salad. I order a house salad, the very next day for my fiance, and got a ceasar salad. So I let that go, I didn't get upset... That time. My last visit, I went there and order a caesar salad again, and when I got home. I had cucumbers in my caesar salad. Oh and which salad comes with toast, because they get that wrong also. I mean is this a new thing, or is it the workers, just company up with there own ingredients?! Zaxbys has (In my opinion) the best salads, so why messed it up with adding other things, I think its called caesar for a reason. Anyway, i'm not going to eat here, or at this location for awhile, because it takes up too much of my time, having to wait on another salad.

Zaxby's food and coustomer service

Went to Zaxby's and got super old and cold fries. Went back up and asked for fresh fries. The counter person went over to the manager and told her I wanted fresh fries. The counter person then brought the nasty fries back and the manager then proceeded to tell me that the fries were fresh. I again asked for fresh fries and went to sit back down. I was brought more fries in which most were super old and cold only a few were hot and fresh. I worked as a fast food manager in several other fast food restaurants and know enough to 1. Not argue with the customer. 2. Get rid of the old fries, most people are willing to wait for fresh foo. 3. Even if I knew the food was within the proper holding time to make the customer fresh food. Without happy customers you have no income and the employees either lose hours or a job. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at this store but it sure will be the last time. Maybe the big bosses need to go on Under Cover Boss and see what is going on in their stores. There are several other places close by for me to pick from. I did not realized that asking for my food to be fresh so that it tasted good was such a big issue. Even my chicken sandwich was borderline. I know that store used to be busier now I know why it was so dead when I walked in there.

Zaxby's roach in food

I had order the wings and things mild i got home and was eating my food and a roach was in my sauce. that was not right i was so upset about this ordeal. this just nasty i really feel unclean. What was so bad about it i went back and they wanted to cook me some more and they keep servicing people they should have close down to they got pest control in.

Zaxby's customer serice

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at Zaxbys located in Newnan, Ga off of Interstate 85 on Bullsboro. I simply asked the manager to place a piece of grilled chicken under the faucet to wash off the salt. The manager refused to wash the chicken because he stated it would affect the cook time. Who has ever heard of such? I stressed the importance of limiting my salt intake due to a medical condition. He could have cared less. He said, "in training, we can not change the meat in any way." I was very frustrated and ordered the food anyway. The manager came to our table and said there was only 480mg of salt in the grilled chicken. I looked up the nutritional information on the website and there was actually 480mg of salt in the bun and 870mg of salt in the grilled chicken. That pretty much maxed out my salt intake for the day. What an idiot.

Sounds to me like the manager was trying to help you as much as possible. You sound really rude. I would have just walked away from you. The manager, at least, took time out of his busy day to try and help you. If he said that something could not be done, then I am sure it was because he was not allowed to. I doubt he really has the time to figure out ways to mess with customers. You, as a customer, did not have to eat there. If you are dissatisfied with any policies at any restaurant you go in, you have the right to leave. Did he force you to eat there? I don't think so. Sounds to me like you should have gone somewhere else to leave. Also sounds to me that you need to find something to fill your time with if you have time to come on here and try to ruin people's lives. @#!&*

Why would you eat processed food if you have such a salt limitation? Nearly everything you get when you eat out is full of sodium. If you want salt free you need to be eating low sodium/low cal food.

Zaxby's rude beyond belief

Our order was grossly mismanaged. When we called to let them know they forgot half of a 40.00 order, and gave us no condiments, napkins, forks... the manager was extremely rude, saying that its the customers perogative to ask for condiments and utensils. Did not offer to replace the food, never offered a refund. Unbelievable. We will NEVER go to this particular frachise again.

Zaxby's complaining about zaxby sauce

ordered a nibbler meal and exchanged the fries for onion rings. when i got the onion rings i din't get the zaxby sauce with it. they said when you change something the sauce doesn't come with it which is stupid! the fries and onion rings are the same price. the sauce is part of the onion rings . the girl that was helping us was rude acting and i am not satified at all! I called in and talked to a lady she took all information down. Haven't heard from anyone yet. I told her i wanted someone to call me or email me and let me know the rules and policies of zaxbys i asked her and she said she did't know the policies of zaxbys . then what good is she. she didn't make this use to be customer happy at all. I have read complaints from others and they said no one will call back. i don't need zaxbys there is a chick fil a acroos the street and you are treated a whole lot better there!

First of all, a Nibbler meal doesnt come with a Zax sauce. You have to order an extra one for .25. Second of all, Onion Rings from Zaxby's comes with Zestable sauce. Unfortunately, this complaint is invalid and needs to be removed. When you replace fries for onion rings, it doesn't come with a sauce.

Zaxby's rude worker

Drive through worker asked us to repeat our order several times, she was very difficult to understand, highly impatient. When we aproached the window we made sure that she got part of our order correct. Instead of saying yes or apologizing she blatantly argued and was very rude and unfriendly. After getting our food, it was still wrong! We will never go back there

Zaxby's everything

I used to work at a zaxbys here in augusta and just let me say that the managers need to get there acts together...occasionally rude to customers and just becuz i left on bad terms dont mean they have to yell at each other when i go into the place to eat...it's like they are warning everyone up there that i am there and gonna start stuff...for one i will not do that and two i didnt do anything to anyone so they need to chill...other than that...the food is awesome but the crew is not...well most of em...

A manager name Kystal Lovett is not manager material at all.Shes rude, lazy, and she do not do anything to better zaxbys.They allowed her to become a manager and she clearly dont need to be one.Before she leaves for the day, she doesnt check after the employees to make sure that everything is clean, set up, and done for the night shift employees!I recommend that she either be put down to a employee and learn from the managers there no or to be fired.Im tired of hearing my child come home complaining about they be busy but Mrs.Lovett doesnt help.If nothing is not done about the problem, i will notify the state.And will never come back.

Zaxby's manager has problem

Store is always running out of food and paper towels. How do you run out of food week after week when when you continue to loose customers. And paper towels I thought was required as far has the health food scores go. And while customers are waiting on food the manager at the boaz, al store is standing in the back eating. He (Chad) has sexually harrassed friends of mine. And on 11/8/09 he screamed at a customer after she told him that people was walking out because of the very long wait. He screamed that he did not care and told her to shut up and go set down. He was extremely rude after that. Me and my family love zaxby's and have been very dis satisfied with the manager at this location. I don't know if we will continue to go there as long as he (Chad) is in charge.

Zaxby's food

I went to dine in at zaxby's today on tunnel road september 6th, I wanted a boneless wing meal to go and my number was 89 well i sat for a good 15-19 mins waiting because everyone else behind me was getting there food.A black haired girl name mekala asked if 89 was comming up, and a blonde 5'1 lady with a blue shirt and glasses in a rude way said no with an additude.I visit atless once a week and never had any problem's, The blonde haired lady needs to have respect.

i went to zaxbys here in augusta georgia will i got the new bourbon chicken sandwich w/side order of onion rings the onion rings were not done and i didnt get cheese on my sandwich that was advertised on tv i will not go to them again cause it is a very unorganized place off belair rd nere gate one to fort gordon

Have eaten this salad numerous times. Today, 6/15/09, the chicken was severely overcooked, even rubbery, there was very little cheese on top, almost undetectable. I was extremely disappointed.

Zaxby's charged twice on debit card

On February 25, 2009, I purchased meals at Zaxby’s for $21.10. When the clerk swiped my card I noticed she looked puzzled and stopped to ask a co-worker to look at the screen. The co-worked shook her head and told her not to worry about it. I was given my receipt and my food. When I arrived at home I checked my account and sure enough it was charged twice, though both transactions were in the pending stage. I thought the second charge would drop off the next morning as it was obvious that it was an error. Of course it did not drop off. One transaction posted to my account and the other was hanging in the pending zone. Now it was only $21.10 but it was my money that while it was not taken from my account it was “not available” if I needed it. So I called Zaxby’s. I spoke with the “manager” Susan. She informed me that the only thing she could do was give me a gift card in the amount of the purchase. I was told that was “policy”. I inquired as to the “what if” it were not $21.10 but $200.10 and was told that they didn’t do refunds only store credit. I told her I was not inclined to eat at Zaxby’s due to this incident and was told that she would give me a gift card. I asked where it could be used. I was told “at any Zaxby’s”. I don’t think she was getting the point. I told Susan to never mind I would contact my bank as she really was not making any sense. I contacted the bank and they were not a lot of help but I think that is another complaint. The bank can or will not do anything to a pending transaction as the vendor has a certain number of days to provide proof of a transaction. I was told that it would only be a day or two. I then contacted Zaxby’s corporate customer service. They were very nice and sympathetic and took a report and in just a few minutes Susan was calling me and then her manager was calling me. Susan apologized profusely with out ever really acknowledging that she was wrong. She blamed everybody else because she didn’t know the policy on refunds or what to do when some one was double billed. She then went on to tell me that they would have to investigate the issue and I interrupted her and asked what she needed to investigate as I had my receipt and the printout from the bank with the information it was very clear what that I was doubled billed. She mumbled and stalled until it was obvious she still didn’t have a clue how to rectify the situation. I gave up, told her to do what ever she was going to do and return my money or take the charge off. Any way finally today March 4th it finally came off my account. If you like Zaxby’s, I suggest you use cash only, as for me I can go to KFC or Bojangles' if I want chicken.

Zaxby's quality of food

I love zabys ...but lately at the store in my town ..today in fact ...i ordered dinner ...the chicken had been fried in over fried grease or chared grease and the toast was not toasted..the frys were raw...so ..so much for dinner tonite..i do not want to drive all the way back to see if they can get it right...Tonite was a bad impression on zaxbys...They also gave me no reciept..so i have to go to phone book or 411...sad..zaxbys is good when prepared their policy way ..cleveland tennessee is really slacking...on their franchise..there have been times they served regular bread ...not texas toast bread as is suppose to be their motow..BIG DIFFERENCE...where do they get the regular bread next door store?franchises in this town have been known for such and then some...

Zaxby's ripoff sized food

Don't bother ordering the boneless chicken wings unless you like little tiny nuggets of chicken. This store gave me three stalks of celery, 5 tiny chicken nuggest and no fries... All for 5.29. What a ripoff.in this economy I understand downsizing food, but this was beyond reasonable. I won't be going back to zaxby's until they "see the light" and treat their customers to some real meal sized food.

Zaxby's drive through

Wow. I cannot believe this just happened. I am at Zaxby's in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me and I finally get up to the order spot... and sit there. Now keep in mind I drive a F350 so I am hard to miss. I sit there a few minutes...nothing. Cars start piling up behind me... I beep the horn... nothing.
This car behind me pulls around me and the car behind her does the same. They go straight to the window and get helped.
I am furious. I get out of my truck go to the window and they assure me that I will get waited on first but not true. When I did finally get to the window and ask for a manager she has the gall to tell me that the drive through is broken. They dont know when someone is sitting there. Its been like that for DAYS. No appology.. I mean she turned in a "work order."
Somehow I think if I managed a Zaxby's I could think of a solution...something like A NOTE that says DRIVE AROUND! How hard could that be?

Zaxby's - my store is run by junkies

Man, the new Zaxby's in town sucks. I am the only one who uses gloves when handling food, I even see people with bandaids handling sandwiches with no gloves. Employees constantly drop food in places ment for only raw food, when they are not passed out in the office. Zaxby's plastic in food

I bought a salad at Zaxby's in Perry Ga. I found a lange piece of plastic chopped up in my salad. I mailed it to quality control at their Georgia Headquarters. I left my email, address and phone number so that maybe I could get a response from the guys on this Quality and Health issue.
Nope they did'nt respond been a month now. Guess I need to pass this along to the Helath Dpet and the better business. ALSO WARN YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO BE CAREFUL

Zaxby's - my boss is a bully

I was forced to sign a restraining order along with the rest of the management team against my on again off again boyfriend. It seemed ridiculous, but I really wanted to keep my job so i agreed without hesitation. Truth be told he was a good customer until someone in the kitchen who we will call "jason" made him a finger sandwich meal that needed a straw...

Zaxby's used toothpick in salad

Kids and stopped to dine in at Zaxby's Restaurant in Montgomery, AL. I ordered a Chicken Salad. I felled something unusual in my mouth. You wouldn't believe it was a flat toothpick, very soft. Possibility it was in one of the cooks mouth. I started throwing up everywhere. I did notified the food health inspector. They advised they would seen someone out to inspect. The general manager only gave me a refund for the salad. The total amount I spent was $25.01.
