Zapals / fingerling toys not brand that was advertised

I made a purchase to zapals in early December 2017 for Christmas presents, the items were not dispatched for almost 3 weeks after order was made, resulting in items not being received in time for Christmas and when they did arrive they were not the brand that was advertised that I had purchased. I have lodged a complaint with the customer service and received an automated response 5.01.18 I then sent another email 15.01.18 as had not had any further communication from them. I have still not heard from them apart from the automated email to say they had received my initial complaint.
I hope to hear from some one to resolve this issue soon.
