Zandono item received

I ordered an item on the 29/11/2018 at 9am, till date nothing has been received, I tried calling but sat on the line for an hour with no answer, I have never experienced such bad service before and its highly appalling that no one feels the need to respond to any complaints even on their social media pages, I required this item for a work function, if it cannot be delivered today kindly refund my money so I can purchase something else, I would never recommend Zando to any of my friends or family and will post such bad service on my social media to create awareness of the total disregard of customers time and money.
