Zalora Group wrong item sent

I ordered on shoes from zalora. Express ship.. I trusted them! And then they deliver wrong item.. I place myreturn sched its been 1 week.. im not recieving any feedback from them! I tried to call on there hotline but always busy! Im so [censor] pissed off! I waste my money! They are scammers! Dont trust this [censor] company! Do not order! They are [censor] scammers! As of now I always tried to call the hotline! [censor] zaloraaa!

Zalora Group wrong size

Last September 13, 2017 I ordered a White Superga Size 8.5 Women's but the package that arrived was size 10.5 Women's. Our house helper was the one who received the box that is why she was not able to check if the package is correct. I paid for an additional 50 pesos for the express delivery, but the shoes delivered to me is not the one that I ordered. In your Return Slip, it is stated that exchanges take 9-13 working days but I believe that this is the company's error. I need the package before September 19, 2017.

I hope that your company can do something about this.

Attached is proof that I ordered size 8.5 Women's shoes and the picture of the package that I received.

Zalora Group lost return slip

Last Aug18, 2017 I purchased Levi's overall jeans from your store zalora I made purchased 9 items from your store with different brands unfortunately among 9 items that I purchased the Levi's overall jeans doesn't fit my size so I made another purchase and it is now on its way for delivery I wanted to return my first purchase but I can no longer find the return slip. As you can review on my account I am really your regular customer so please kindly advise me on what to do.

Zalora Group shoes

hi. i ordered a shoes july 20 2017, size 6 then when it arrived i got size 7. then on that day i return and schedule it july 24 2017. but no one came to pick up the shoes.
and then i order again july 22 2017, size 6 then when it arrived AGAIN i got size 7 and again i sched it to return. can you please do something about it. i feel disappointed. and it so hassle for me to communicate with you. thank you. ill wait for the response.

Zalora Group mishandling

I ordered a bag last 121216 and paid the item thru credit card. The item is for delivery in Davao After 5 days (121716), an email notified me that my item is for shipping. In this age of technology, I cannot fathom how my item took 5 days to process for shipping. On 122016, I was notified that my item was misdirected to Cebu and that it will be delayed. On 122116, I got reassurance that my item will be delivered within the week. I made a follow up on 122716 thru CS and requested for someone from their office to call me directly. The CS assured me that someone will call. However, no call happened. The exchange of emails dragged for 2 days, due to slow turnaround of responses and because of their implied refusal to call me. Today 123016, still no delivery and still nobody called to make it right. This whole experience made me feel robbed having paid for an item that is in no sight, and made to suffer their poor customer service. I have been meaning to ask for a refund. But just the thought of going thru the same horrors of poor and slow service, made me decide to just suck it up. This was my first purchase and Zalora made it hell for me. I am determined to raise this issue to the authorities to ensure others will not be subjected to the same horrors.

Zalora Group disappointed with zalora

I have ordered things from www.zalora.com.ph in the past but about a year ago I moved to another place. After I moved I contacted Zalora customer care service and told them my new address and with their help upgraded my account information.
Recently I've decided to order something from them and placed an order. I paid for it and received all the necessary information (payment confirmation, order number and tracking number). Weeks passed and nothing arrived so I contacted Zalora again and asked about the delivery and they claimed that my order was delivered a long time ago!
I spoke to their manager (I guess) and finally we found out that for some reason they delivered my order to my old address!
Their customer service team promised to resolve the matter but nothing was done. They said that they cannot refund me because the order was sent but promised to think of something. I'm very disappointed with Zalora!

I bought shorts and dress from www.zalora.com. The quality of the clothes was horrible. Also these items looked completely different as on the website. Zalora Group they sent wrongs items and refused to change them

I recently placed the order on the website www.zalora.com.ph. It was total scam, ‘coz they delivered completely wrong items and refused to take them back. The rep told me that they sent me correct order and tried to persuade me, but I sent the copy of the order and pic, and after that they stopped to communicate with me. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.

I have a lost order; I ordered in December 30 and still haven't received it yet. I have read many reviews with the same concern and was really disappointed, but I only wanted my money back. I have reached out to you many times and still have no response. the ETA of the item is past the due.

The representative told me that my items is going to be picked up yesterday January 4 2019 but then nobody picked it up and when I tried to call them back. There's a system issue? What happen? So when will these items will be picked up? This is really ridiculous!

I was order Puma shoes last december 19, until now i have not receive any update about that, the christmas is end yesterday and my husband didn't use that shoes and it's okay it's given.. But why until now there's no update?
