Zale Jewelers / Zales.com where is my ring?

Ok, in a nutshell.
I bought a rin from the Cherished Promise Collection, its parameters: 1/10 CT. T.W. Diamond Hearts Promise Ring in Sterling Silver and 10K Rose Gold, 270 dollars, 6.5. size. The order was placed on the 3rd of October.
Right after I ordered the ring I contacted customer service to figure out when it was going to be shipped and when it would arrive. I was said they would ship it on the next day. Cool.
Today is November, 8th.
I wonder where it is?

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com defective ring - customer service does not answer phones

On July 7, 2017 I placed an order on Zales.com for an Aquamarine Birthstone ring. On July 10th I received an email from then saying that my order is shipping - on the order confirmation email is stated 2 day air shipping, so I was scheduled to get the ring on or about July 12th, do not recall the exact day I received, as I would normally write on my receipt, but UPS left the package on my porch on a day when we had torrential rains & the package including the original receipt were destroyed. On Friday September 15, I noticed on of the stones around the Aquamarine was missing ( it was there that morning) and I immediately went on line & printed my order email, along with the return instructions, which I knew I was a matter of less than 4 days past the so called 60 day return policy
( how convenient) I went to my local Zales Outlet store around 11:00am on
Saturday September 16th. I was told they did not have the ring in store to replace, could not offer a refund / return without original receipt, even thou I advised them of the situation ( the person said she needed a 6 digit number) and did not offer to make repairs without receipt, she was very un helpful. I was a little upset, I left the store & immediately tried to call the 800 customer service number ( around 11;15 am) and was put on an extensive hold ( 20 minutes) I kept trying to get thru while I was still at the store for over an hour. I had other errands to run, but through out the day continued to try & get customer service. I finally got through at 7:00 pm that evening ( all you would get was the hold message about this month birthstone Peridot - um it is September update your hold message!) and the Tamika was very polite, but said that she had to pass me on to another dept, after a short hold I got thru. I again told him everything & said that even thou the 60 days were up, it was close enough he would see what he could do & told me that I would hear from someone by Wednesday. Well I received a call at 8:58 fro Shandy who advised me that there was nothing that they can do - that they give a generous 60 return policy & that I received the ring on July 11th -not sure how it came in overnight ( shipping confirmation was 7/10 - card charged 7/12) He said I can take t to the store & have it repaired - I told him I was there earlier in the day & they would not do anything without the original receipt - I also told him it took 8 hours to get through to customer service - he just kept reading off a script. I advised him that I will be contacting the corporate office in regards to this & that for a matter of 4 days that Zales would not make a customer happy, because of their generous return policy, generous because they sell garbage, and that I guess they would rather loose a long time customer, who has spent a lot of money with them.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com 2ct diamond bracelet 10k white gold

I hosted a Baby Shower at my house on May 20, 2017 with approximately 150 visitors.The last time I was wearing my bracelet was on the 19th of May, I placed it on my jewelry box the night before the party starts.Our visitors are various random people ages from 4y/o to 70's(friends and relatives from different Cities, but when I was about to wear it around 4:30pm on the 20th of that month, I realized it was already gone.Since it was a big party, We were not able to pinpoint who who were involved with it. Zale Jewelers / Zales.com customer service

The Seattle store gave me the wrong size and then said they would fix the issue months ago. Now, a month before my wedding they tell me to take it into the local store (I am currently in Florida for 2 weeks). They told me to go into a store near me and tell them I need the order rushed. I went into the Sarasota Zales and explained to them to situation. The sales woman got on the phone with the jeweler and proceeded to laugh with the jewler about how I asked for the order to be rushed. After she got off the phone she told me they couldn't get the size from a 5 to a 4 and told me there was nothing she could do to help me and handed me my ring back. This has been an issue since May and now they tell me there is nothing they can do. Not only have they been rude and unaccommodating they now tell me there is nothing they can do. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Zales.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com wedding ring set

I was married May 6th of this year. My wedding set is antique looking diamond/sterling silver/lab created White sapphire. The rings are beautiful and I get compliments every day...but the center stone which is the white sapphire never stays clear...it has gotten worse and worse. Here is my beautiful wedding set with this cloudy center stone. Can this be replaced...just the center stone? I'm so unhappy with the quality of that center stone.

I Arazis Llorens went to Strongsville mall zales store to returned my rings and I was told thatvI had to call customer service since I don't have the original receipt, I called and I was told that it was up to the manager if they wanted to print it out or exchange it for something else with the same prize. I have been explaining over the phone and in person that my ex husband isn't here anymore since the third week of us being married and I need to return this rings. The manager from sandusky zales store said they won't do it. I spoke to my lawyer and he said you have to take them back you can't say no. I need for you to tell me to which of the 2 zales I should go to return the wedding trio. Thanks for your time. My #[protected].

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com unethical behaviour

I went on line to purchase three charms from their persona collection.
Out of the three, I only received two and was told the third item was cancelled by jewellery dealer but did not know the reason. I wrote them an email to find out why the item was cancelled and was asked to wait two or three days for answer.
I received a email from zales stating the item was out of stock, even though at the time of purchase, that was not indicated on the bill. The reason I was upset and not satisfied with this answer was because the very next day, the same item was on sale on their web site for a different price.
If the item was out of stock, why was the same item being sold the very next day at a different price. I wrote to them again and now I get a email response that their email is full and not excepting and other emails...in other words I have been blocked and can not voice my concerns.
Very bad customer service and it should be address.
I have been a zales customers for years, faithful to this company years, and this matter should be addressed.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com ring repair

I had my diamond ring set completely restored. It was originally purchased in 2000! Needed to be soldered in two places and gold filed where it was thinning. Spent over $800 in repairs. Three month later I lose a baguette diamond on the side. Never lost a stonein 17 years I know it was from the repair work. When I took it in they said it was not warrantied for that. Nothing they can do. I was very upset but what could I do? Now I see I have another stone missing and it needs soldering again. I feel you all should replace the stones that were loosened in repair as well as guaranty your work. We have given Zales a lot of business all these years and I am looking at going elsewhere.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com online ordering

I had a complaint about the advertising of 2 day delivery, found out YES read the small print, ordered my mom ring for mother's day found out there a a 5-10 day processing, then I was told it's custom made (how) I picked the damn ring on-line and ordered a size like I've done on-line for many items, and when the item says delivery in 2 days and I pay extra I get it in 2 days, I felt like a phone white I was passed around to different customer services representative that couldn't help me at all, all they could say meaninglessly was I APOLOGIZE, I wanted a refund immediately and they even lied about that.I will never order on-line with Zales nor will I ever recommend or shop at Zales again, Zales please only contact me if you can refund my money immediately without that meaningless word, I APOLOGIZE, stop apologizing and read the complaints of ALL your excustomers.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com diamond fell out of ring on two separate purchases

I purchased a wedding set about 5 years ago, after I made this purchase about two weeks later the diamond fell out of my ring. I had to take the ring back to the store and leave it for another 3-4 weeks. My next major purchase was last year I purchased another ring for my 25th anniversary. Less than two weeks later the diamond fell out. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy and will not be making another purchase withZales anyway soon. The next incident was the last straw for me. I went into the Zales store to make a payment, took my statement and the customer service rep processed my payment. A few days later I began receiving calls from bank that services Zales credit cards telling me I had not made my payment. Turns out the csr applied my payment to acct that was closed out over a year ago. I am done with Zales! Totally! I also was told that they may reduce the total balance of my cc (credit my acct) for the inconvenience but I have yet to see that happen. I will pursue other avenues to see if there is anything that can be done as far as advertising quality diamonds and then not providing this to your customers.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com 3 stacked rings

My husband purchased the rings for my 60th.turns out that he was advised that if they didn't fit, come back, we will resize.wasn't told about chrgs before purchase.rings .so he purchased the warranty since he was advised that to resize without the warranty purchase would be very expensive.
I feel the lack of info was just to get the sale.
I told the mgr that I felt this just wasn't right.
The manager didn't care.no money off on warranty, sorry about the jewelry taking so long, just absolutely nothing.
I will be taking them back to resize.my husand will never purchase another item from this store or never recommend them.
I am a small business owner, the customer is always right.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com managers behavior in the store

My aunt and four of my sisters were shopping in the Stonecrest location, Sunday, February 19th, around midday. My aunt selected several jewelry items she wanted to use with her coupon, while my sisters and myself looked around the store.

As, the sales person was ringing up the sale, she went to address the manager with a question. But before the salesperson could even ask for the manager's assistance, she stopped her in mid-sentence and screamed across the store, "I am NOT HERE." She then rolled her eyes at all of us and kept doing what she was doing as if we were not in the store.

This store manager is very rude and this is not the first time I've been in the store to encounter her behavior of this matter. If she didn't want to help me as the customer or the salesperson, why is she even in the store? The manager is the lady with the red spiked hair and the two-inch fingernails. She was wearing a black jogging suit on this day, and a ton of jewelry.

The tall light-skinned lady was our salesperson, I think her name was Kathy. However, after the manager NEVER did come to assist her, she walked out of the store and didn't say anything.

I don't understand how a reputable company could allow a manager to be so disrespectful to the employees, as well as, us (the customers). I felt so bad for the employee after I left the store, where she has to work in a hostile work environment, I will be shopping at other locations going forward.

I just watched an ad on television that showed multiple couples being married. The completely unnecessary emphasis on a same sex couple being married was almost unbelievable. Why your company feels that appeasing the homosexual community is more important than offending majority of our country is disturbing to me. I have always used Zales for nearly 100% of my jewelry purchases for more than 20 years. That ended today. I will not support you or any company associated with you.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com rings

I purchased a 2.5 carat diamond engagement ring, and a 3/4 carat wedding band from Zales in Plainfield, IN on Nov. 25, 2017. At the time of purchase I brought back a previously purchased 3 carat wedding ring set that I decided I didn't like. At the time of the purchase (Sept. 30) I traded in my old rings. When I went in to return rings I asked for my trade in back. I was told they no longer had it, there return policy says you have 60 days to return no questions asked. After hassling with personal I purchased different rings. They were ordered on Nov. 25, 2017 at which time I was told they would be between 4-6 weeks until I received them. It has been 9 weeks and still no rings. ( Surprise they showed up today when district manager was there) Numerous trips 97 miles each way to store and complaints have done no good. I called Texas office on Jan. 27, Jan. 30, and Feb. requesting that I get a call from district manager. Was assured he would contact me within 48 hours. After 6 days I finally met up with the district manager at the store. No apology for not calling. I went in to cancel order, and was told I could not get the $1500 credit for the engagement ring that they got rid of prior to 60 days. District manager says he has to look into it, this after employee admit she told us ring was gone on Nov. 25th. I am pissed as now I am having to hire an attorney to take Zales to court. In the meantime I am being billed every month and having to pay on credit card for rings I no longer want as well as being screwed on my former ring. All I asked for was to have changed for rings removed from my credit card as well as the return of my ring, or the $1500 they gave me for as trade in. Website says be polite, but I have been treated rudely by employees and nothing is done.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com ring sales

I purchased two diamond rings to be gifts that totaled approximately $2000.00. The sales persons indicated that sizing was included. Yet, when the gift-ee went to have them sized, Zales personnel were adamant about sizing was an extra cost and wanted an additional $500+ to cover sizing. They humiliated the lady I gave the gift rings to at the same Zales mall store where purchased (Roanoke, VA). Counter personnel implied she was ignorant and should have known that sizing was an extra charge. Such was never explained when I purchased the rings and implied such was part of the sale. It wasn't . Had I known the added costs to size I would have modified my purchase decisions. Zales apparently uses this type of sales tactic to raise revenue and it falls in the category of "bait n switch." Thus, it appears that Zales' business model is now "for ever customer lost, we get 5 new ones.. so why bother to be fair and honest." I have been a loyal Zales customer for 30+ years.. but no more... screw me once, shame on you! Screw me twice, shame on me. Buyers beware!

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com ring sizing

Four weeks I went into zales to have my ring taken from a size 5 to a 7. My husband gave me his mothers wedding ring(she is no longer alive) so it is very sentimental. The lady in the store said sure no problem we can do that. We will have to send it to Texas. The ring will be back within 2 weeks. She gave me a repair number to look up to check the status of my ring.
From the get go it has been a #### show! They spelt my name wrong first of. So I never received any emails about my ring. Second of all when I go to check the repair status they are trying to charge me to reprong the whole ring! We were going up two sizes & getting 4 new prongs on the main diamond that is it! I called the store at least 10 times with no answer! I called the corporate number which he was very nice. He said he would change the work order & it would get completed. The next week a lady from the store calls, because they are confused about what needs to be done?!?!?!? I explain once again & she says it will be back the next week. Next week comes no call. I call back to corporate and explain that I can't get ahold of anyone in the store. He contacts the district manager. Which is funny, because he never contacted me either! I go in the store today & my ring was sent back & no work was done! Are you kidding me? This is the worst customer service I have EVER RECEIVED! No communication one bit. Then when I go in the store they are sitting on their ### & their smirks on their face put me over the edge. If this is the best you can do zales you should no longer be in business.

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com television commercial

I am very disappointed that Zales has gotten on board with the minority by showing two lesbians at a wedding in your recent commercial. The percentage of LGBT population is such a minority, and the media has jumped on pushing that agenda.

America has long been known for it's family values, and their TV commercial just shot a big hole in it. There are kids who now think that is normal, and it is not.

On December 16th 2016, at 9:46 pm on NBC st.Louis I watched an add for Zales engagement rings. One segment of the commercial featured a lesbian couple embracing each other in marriage. I understand sales, I understand corporate profit, and I understand that I have that same right to never purchase from zalez again. And I will do all i that I can to spread my discust with your commercial and ask for a boycott with my congregation and media reach. Target tried catering to the LGBT community and you reading this might not understand shareholder stock prices, but zales knows the crushing blow target took on their wrong decision. You now have made a similar decision.

It is really sad and unbelievable that you actually think less of Zales because they want to let the LGBT community know that they are welcome as customers.
What would you say if the LGBT community said they thought less of Zales for marketing to the likes of you and your congregation because of their opinion of you?

I purchased a ring from an estate for Christmas from my parents( they gave me money) I had other business with sales looking for a setting and was stopping so I decided to take some in to be cleaned and verify diamonds...well being pave chips she tried about 5 xs to get a reading the handed it back and I said well? Anyways was put in my case with rest as the other lady inspected before cleaning and she said a stone was missing.It was perfect from package to my cushioned ring box now missing after being poked.I said it wasn't..then I called and got different stories as now it wasn't checked before by her and the lady cleaned it saw it? I only had 3 rings needing to know if we're diamonds and only 1 had Doppler thing.i call sales customer service ( oh and it's 100.00 to replace it!)so they have the same lady call me that done it! Again denying it and this is how I got 2 stories.All they'll do is a discount.I am so sickened by Sales and been buying online from them and I am DONE! I didn't take it in for repair.why would I take it broken and not ask about repair? Liars! She even acted nervous handed it back that I had to ask if they were real.I will take elsewhere and let people know about them

Zale Jewelers / Zales.com resized rings

My husband bought rings 3 to be exact at different times from zales in Hobbs, New Mexico the most recent one being this year in May. The first two I've had for many years at least ten with no issues, we recently had them resized all three of them. Needless to say a few months later one of the rings cracked/split in 3 places we took it back to the zales store and had it repaired to the tune of 290 dollar's . Now the other two are beginning to crack/split also we are not happy at all with the resize quality of work done were subpar materials used or what.
