Zain Group deductions

I have the same problem as everyone, there are some deductions on my prepaid sim. Evrytime i have a load i needd to use it immediately coz if i dont, ur company will send something and then they will deduct my load... Its annoying that i opted to use another telcom. And not the repercussion was i think thhy cut my line already coz i did not have a load for like 2mos..serilusly, my zain number is the one im using for my important businesses. Hope u can contact me or like do something. Heres my number. [protected]

Zain Group internet

I buy internet data sim from dammam with sr 100 for one month unlimited .first of all they just said to me its unlimited offer for only sr 100 then I bought it.but after using 28 days they charged me sr 232 bill again they issued sr 276 bill to my account without inform me they are issues continues without my permission which I didn't requested cheating to me

Zain Group charges against my cell phone that I have not used

My name is Terry Lynn Fralick, my telephone number is [protected] and Zain is my service company. My problem is that on 19 June 2018 I purchased a 100 riyal Zain recharge card and placed it on my telephone which gave me an amount of 95.75 riyals. I have not used my telephone since I uploaded the money on my phone. But as of today I have 88.79 riyals on my phone, only I have not used this phone at all during this time. Where have these charges come from if I have not used my phone. Please inform me as to where these charges are coming from. My email address is fralick. [protected]@gmail.com

Zain Group illegal issuing of sim cards on my iqama without my knowledge

18 months ago someone issued 10 sim's on my iqama without my knowledge then I visited your office and complaint to your employee, as per his given information he has sent a request for deactivation of all the 10 sim cards and taken my finger print with my iqama copy and said that all sim card are cancellad. But now few days before i checked on CITC and i found another Postpaid Data Card no. Is [protected] which is registered on my Iqama, why and how its still registered on my Iqama idon't know... And one more thing while issuing the sim card's to fake persons you haven't taken any finger print or iqama copy or any verification and when I came to deactivate them you are taking my finger print and my iqama copy, WHY! can I get your explanation on this. Is this you are maintaining you customer security while issuing the new sim card's?
Now i want to deactivate this Postpaid Data Card

Zain Group sim card cancelling service

To Zain Team,

I'm really disappointed with zain to deliver worst service for cancel all the 10 sim's which you have issued to fake person's without my knowledge. I visited your office in olaya and several branches to cancel those unknown sim cards, as per them given information they sent a request for deactivation of all the 10 sim cards and taken my finger print with my iqama copy and said that I will get a call for the verification of deactivation with in two days. But I haven't got any call from zain services and those sim still appearing on my account when i check through CITC website. Then i have register a complaint against Zain to CITC website about this issue .today i got message from CITC that my complaint updated from service provider (zain) but when i check again CITC website for my account still those 10 sim numbers are there.where else i shall go?please help me on this thanks

Zain Group Mysterious tricks

I am getting sms on a weekly basis from a number 701147. The coontent of the message is MysteriousTricks. As soon as message is recieved 05 SAR gets recieved from my account. I dont want this service. Please help me to deactivate this servie. I do not need any additional services from Zain other than regular call & sms service. So plz deactivate these additional services

Zain Group Illegal SIM cards linked to my name

Dear,

Recently I visited STC to buy new SIM card but they refused by saying I have many SIM cards on my name, but the truth is I purchased only 1 Zain data SIM card on my IQAMA.
Last week (28-Aug-2016) I visited zain office & lodge complaint to remove all unknown numbers which is linked to my ID & fingerprint, they gave me complaint number :[protected]

But still these numbers are not removed from my ID and Zain is not responding to my complaint everyday I am calling customer care but no update from technical team, I am totally helpless how can I remove these number from my name.

These are the numbers which is linked to my fingerprint record without my knowledge.

Zain Group Fake Calls from Saudi Arabia

I am from Pakistan. Me and my mother are getting threatening calls from Saudi Arabian mobile number [protected]). I believe that the person is Pakistani because he was able to speak Urdu and Punjabi. Upon tracing online I got his name as well (Qudos Mirza). I don't know his exact location. So I want to inform you plz do something about this guy. He keeps making annoying and threatening calls. Plz inform the KSA police to arrest this guy and do something about him.

Zain Group Number not Activated

Hello, I am Parwez from India and I have been recruited as an Engineer to Riyadh. For this I purchase Zain Sim Card(Number is - +966 [protected] ) from Delhi Airport by giving xerox copy of my Passport & Visa. The executive had told me that before reaching to Riyadh the number will be activated. I reached Riyadh yesterday but till now the number is still inactive . And right now I am facing a lot of problem. I dont know ehats the problem. If you are reading this complaint then plz take action asap.

Hello, I am Jithin from India and I have been recruited as an Engineer to Aljouf. For this I purchase Zain Sim Card(Number is - +966 [protected] ) from cochin Airport by giving xerox copy of my Passport & Visa. The executive had told me that before reaching to Aljouf the number will be activated. I reached Aljouf yesterday but till now the number is still inactive . And right now I am facing a lot of problem. I dont know why this

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am receiving vulgar messages, Pictures and bad videos form +91 [protected] on whatsapp, his whatsapp name was Aby Mathew. I have requested that Person to not to send me that types of Messages. But he didn't stop the activity. I have blocked him on Whatsapp and later he starts sending messages through facebook account. I have got a call from him from [protected] Please help.

Zain Group issue of 10 cards on my eqama number without my notice

yesterday (23/7/2015), I went to one of zain offices in buraidah (qassim) to get one internet card. The officer refused to give me the same as some one took 10 cards under my eqama (number [protected]) on 20/05/2015.
I was shocked to here about it as 10 people in saudi are using cards under my eqama number. I never visited any Zain office before and never use any zain cards in past.
I need full investigation into this matter and I will not be responsible for any unlawful/illegal use of those cards.

Zain Group Charged around 270 KD for using 180mb

I travelled to Europe for 14 days and I used 180 mb of my internet which was suppose to charge me KD 14 (KD 7 per 100 mb) including my monthly bill of KD15 I got the bill of KD300. I called the call center i think 2 times before leaving for europe and no one informed me that you have make the manual selection of a particular network in each and every 9 countries i will be visiting.
very bad service from Zain. They did not even give the number for the complaint unit and asked me to go in person to report it.

Zain Group Automatically activated charge sms services

Dear sir, i have been a zain customer for approx 5 years, with the sim number [protected], which i bought with a prepaid service, 6 months prior to this complaint, i changed the package from prepaid to post paid, since then i'm having problems of non availability of outgoing calls and internet connection, finally after a lot of complaint tickets raised, only the outgoing calls were activated, fed up with complaining, i put the sim aside in a box with a credit of 10 riyals extra that i paid! Now upon checking, there has been an auto activation of chargeable sms services from private companies with the connivance of zain employees and been charged to my account, now my outgoing is barred cos of nonpayment of bills which was not used by me as the sim was in a box! Upon showing the sms proof that i have, the flagship at al ahsa accepted it as automated and raised a complaint ticket! The rep at customer care calls me and tells that it is not acceptable and that i have to pay! Is this the way of customer care handling of customers? Even the agent at the flagship agrees that it is automatically activated ! Is this the way to harass and squeeze money from customers? I thank you in advance to look into this matter and take necessary action and reactivate my outgoing with internet facilities ! Zain Group many sim card in my iqama

Last four month before I buy a new Zain sim card, because I was encourage by my friend to use Zain and the good service you are offering, ..
Later on when I check my iqama number [protected], I have found out that a lot of ZAIN numbers and ZAIN internet sim numbers had been registered to my iqama. I already went to two Zain offices with these complain here but I fail to find help for them..
I am afraid that those numbers will give problem to me during my stay here in SAUDI ARABIA as contract worker,
Please do an immediate action for this..I hope to find favor to whoever attend to this message

I check my iqama number I have 5 Zain Post Paid Sim. I dont know how to come. Because I am not purchased Zain Sim.
Then I checked with Zain Office they give Zain Staff User Id M0150592 (his shop in Siko, Dammam). He cheated me.

Zain Max Package is not working properly and providing the features promised like 500% bonus. Contacted the customer service for more than 5 times but no use as they were saying different reasons like they are not able to track the recharge done, etc etc...so surprised that zain people are not able to track my recharge even though the recharge was successful..so fed up with their customer service..do not recommend to anybody..

Zain Group Billing fraud

Zain Billing Fraud

Beware of falling for Zain promotions in KSA !

Took the courage to switch to Zain mobile operator from STC after 10 years of cell phone usage in order to avail of LTE network and better promotions. However, discovered the following which will never be mentioned to you in writing or contracts:

1) Data usage meter is rounded to the nearest Megabyte for every session used for Mazaya postpaid packages and possibly others. Included plan data will be wasted quickly if usage behavior is short frequent online access rather than long uninterruted access. For my own usage, I was over the 1 GB allotment by day 21 and was billed for 413 MB data overage even though cellphone data meter reported usage of 391 MB in a period of 2 months.

2) No way to check data usage via commands, or Zain app or My Zain website. Invoice shows unbilled amounts in total and now way to tell how much of that isfor data except by calling 959 and inquiring about data usage.

3) Roaming is disabled by default and cannot be self-activated either via app or online. Calling 959 willl enable voice and SMS roaming only. For data roaming you have to stop by Zain office and put down SR 1500 deposit which cannot be refunded later and only applied to your line as a payment credit (which is itself is non-refundable). No guarantee roaming will be enabled either.

4) Credit limit is very low initially (SR 200) and cannot be raised to anything above your last 3-month bill average.

5) Purchased packages can not be cancelled by user and must submit complaint, which does not lead to anything. When submitting complaints ticket will always be closed shortly saying your issue has been resolved. But its not. They simply close it saying they tried to contact you without answer, If you try to reopen the ticket, you will get message "ticket does not exist". If you submit a new ticket, same process,

6) Data SIM cards are not rechargeable, no matter what they tell you.

Please consider paying a few SR extra and use a sane service provider such as STC or Mobily. I moved to Zain believeing that I was going to save but I lost more amoney and as of this writing they owe me SR 1734.01 for my deposit and wrong billing which I can never recover ! T-Mobile/Vodaphone used to be their partner in providing roaming for visitors to Saudi now they cancelled contract for obvious reasons.

Zain Group Balance deducted for changing smartphone

Dear sir/madam,
I have changed my prepaid mobile handset to nokia N8 to Samsung Note 3 on 03/11/2013 and my prepaid balance got reduced by BD 7 within the few seconds after switching ON the note 3. After noticing I have deactivated mobile data and also acess point to GSM immediatley. The data download recorded around only 250KB as per the history in the note 3 and the charges deducted from the above prepais Sim BD 7 is not justified and I called cusotmer care 707, the reply is very much disappointed because they says 3G is enabled at the handset and charges applied automatically even if data download was taking place. This is very strange really.

Zain Group Misleading offer publicity

In September, I purchased a SPEED 4G Wifi Router and a subscription package from ZAIN. The package was a 6 month (+6 months free) with 3 GB. In the leaflet advertising this package, there is NO MENTION that the 3 GB is daily or weekly or monthly and the seller did not specify. In the end, it turned out that the 3 GB was a MONTHLY allowance which expired 3 days after my purchase. This means that I had NO internet 3 days after purchasing an internet package. When I complained to ZAIN, they agreed that the publicity advertizing the offer did not specify that the 3 GB was monthly. Nevertheless, ZAIN was incapable of offering me a refund or even allowing me to upograde to their UNLIMITED category, which itself is a TRAP because it allows only 40 GB MONTHLY...
I purchased a MOBILY package and I am happy. The problem is that the ZAIN router and package are left idle as a reminder of my lost money and lost trust in ZAIN.
