avery time when i recharge my balance 10 or 20 sr, after 1 hour when i check my balance it shows remaining balance is 0 even i dont call to anyone and also i don't activate extra services, plz anyone tell me how to cancel all these services that activated from zain.

Every time I recharge load on my mobile it will be lost in 2 or 3 days even i am not much using calls. Sometimes in 2 days my 30 SR load got zero. Can I ask how to check the subscribed packages in my account? My mobile # is [protected].

Sir, erroneously i downloaded phone guard of New Orbit Telcom. I am getting sms on a weekly basis from a number 702003. As soon as message is received 05 SAR gets deducted from my sim balance. I dont want this service. I m using Zain SIM. Please help me to deactivate this service. Please reply me in English because i cant speak / understand Arabic.

This is for all those who are complaining about their balance deduction without any notice. Actually such deductions are secret ways to steel your money.
Do the below step to save your money. If you receive any message from any number such as described below, reply to that message with "U1" and that's all. That service will be deactivated and your money will be saved. For example Ring Back Tones (RBT) send the below mentioned message to 702771 to deactivate your service.

Hi, I have been facing the problem of activation of offers automatically by Zain when an SMS is received without asking for my consent. However I tried with the customer care to deactivate them almost everytime. I don't understand how Zain is activating a service without being requested by the customer and a certain amount of money starts getting deducted from the customers account. This is not FAIR and should be STOPPED with immediate effect. Any offer thrown to the customer should be at the choice of the customer to activate or not and it should not get activated just by opening the message. Zain should change this policy. Also with any marketing/promo SMS, you should mention how to deactivate an offer if the customer do not need it any more.

Please follow these steps to unsubscribe like that services from Zain KSA.

1> go to http://zstore.sa.zain.com/store/web/portalone
2> Creat a profile and log in
3> after loged in, go to the My Service Library (that option can be found your upper right corner when you click on your profile name.)
4> in this section you can find active services and unsubscribe them by clicking unsubscribe button in front of each service name.
