Zahir Shaik — poor delivery services and communication

I placed an order on the 28th of November. I have received communication to state delivery will be on the 2nd. This did not happen. I received another message stating my order will be delivered on 3rd December, which was a Sunday. I made arrangements with the company security guards to accept and pay for the order. Only to receive another message to be told my order is reshedualed for delivery on the 4th before 12h00. It's 15h49. No message or communication has been received. I called the call centre @ 14h47. I was told by Dean he will call me back. I recalled the call centre @ 15h25 to be told Deam is not at his desk and he will call me. No call received as yet. This us the most pathetic service i have received from Take a lot. Wondering who is going to call me.
