Zafulworst customer service

Placed an order for 2 dresses. One item arrived in a timely fashion. After over a month I reached out to the company to see about my second dress (which I ordered Feb 16th for an event on April 8th). They tell me the item is not in stock and they will ship it once they receive it. I did explain my frustration and that I need it before April 8th. They received stock a week later and choose to send it snail mail (when I should have already had it). I asked for a refund because they said it could be up to another 60 business days before I receive it. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service experience. I still haven't received my dress or refund and not sure if I will. If you are going to try one of these cheap outfit companies I would NOT go with this one. THEY SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
