Zaful / disgusting website!

I ordered a sweater from Zaful about three months ago and I am still waiting for it! I contacted customer service and they said that my ordered was shipped long time ago. Great news! So here we are three months later and still nothing! I have contacted them and was told to be patient. They said that sometimes shipping takes 45 days. Really? How about 3 months? Of course, I cannot track my order, because tracking links they gave me are not working! Horrible service. I'll never order anything from them again!
