Z57 customer service issues and refund issues

We have had service with Z57 for many years and have be loyal customers ot them always tyring to give them the benefit of the dobut. Our site went down 10+ days ago and no one calls, replies to emails or responds at all. I have requested in writing that I want full refund on my last payment and they say they will prorate for each day site is down - now nearly two weeks with no internet, no refund - of course no correspondence. I am furious with the lack of professionalism and want full refund and to close services with this company after being with them for over a decade. Absoultely ridiculous to do business this way. Shame on you Z57! Terribly disappointed in this company.

Z57 subscription internet service

I was very reluctant to sign up because it is very expensive. Patrick Clegg assured me that because of the business nature of realestate I could pause or turn off my service at any time. He said I could pay a few months in advance and then turn it off until I have a closing and then pay for a few more months.

Needless to say that was not the case. I told them when I paid for a couple months to stop until I could pay more and they told me that was fine. They did not, a month later someone calls to sell me another service of theirs and I tell him no I need to stop or pause there service because it is still posting and he assured me that ity would be taken care of and someone would call me back. No one called back for another month and it was again to sell me an ad service. I told him the same and again he told me that someone would call back. No one did.

Now I start calling and telling them to please stop my service, each time they tell me someone will call me back or that they will take care of it nobody ever does!

Today I call again now very upset that this service is still posting and I'm still being billed. Today she tells me that I signed for a service that cannot be paused and they cannot stop it because I'm under a year contract and I would have to pay for a year even if they did stop the service!

I did not sign up for a year, I signed up for a month to month service that can be canceled anytime by my original sales person Patrick Clegg! All lies!

Whats sad is that this service could actually be great if it was more user friendly, they had better customer service and if they didn't lie about cancelling services!

Read the reviews people, I wish I would have, do not give them your money!

Z57 real estate lead generation software

I was contacted by z57 concerning lead generation for my real estate business. I was told that there was a year commitment. When I balked at signing I was then told that if I was really unsatisfied with their product or service that the "remaining balance due" would be waived because they 'certainly don't want an unhappy customer.' I signed. So far i've seen no results from their services, as a matter of fact their services are actually hurting my business. For the last 8 months the website that my potential clients are directed to is not secure. When the potential client is directed to the website that z57 created and hosts, they get a message that states, attackers might be trying to steal your information. I'm paying this company nearly $450 per month to obtain names, emails and phone numbers of potential home buyers and sellers. When they see this warning my real estate business is seen as untrustworthy and my reputation is being harmed. I've received angry calls from potential clients accusing me of phishing. They did not disclose that their service is not secure and now they refuse to waive the "remaining balance due" if I cancel. I was told by megan fletcher (supervisor) that the non-secure issue would be fixed by april 24, 2019 - it was not. Just another lie. I truly believe this is a scam, fraud and illegal. It appears this business is setup to make realtors unhappy so they will cancel and z57 can reap a huge balance without providing any future services. As a matter of fact, when you complain they almost immediately tell you they are placing your cancellation notice - they don't want to deal with you. It's so much easier to not solve the problems and still get paid than to provide the service. That's just wrong! I need my reputation to be stellar, not tarnished. They have told me for months this problem is being fixed, however to date nothing. Even if it does get fixed i'll have 8 or 9 months of non-service and reputation harm. This type of business behavior should be stopped! I'm sure they will retaliate against me, but no other person should have to endure this.

If I could give this company a 0 it would be too high. It really deserves a negative score!

Z57 failure to perform

I signed up with Z-57 in August 2016 to manage my internet leads, Post on my facebook weekly. They stopped posting 2 months after I signed up. There are no records from Facebook going back to October 2016. ( Failure to perform).
I'm told I should get a legal action towards them for $50, 000+.
After 9 attempts to get the action, they started to call me back. they told me that the first time that I called them to Cancel my service was August 2017. So they then would refund me back to that date. ( I told them that was not fair and they asked me to settle.) They have 20 Billion Dollars for a reason. Unfair practice.
My Numbers were $2700 dollars. They gave me $2100 dollars back on 12/27/2018. Here is where it gets tricky. The numbers I had did not have December in it. When I opened my statement today they hit my card another $109.99 x 2- Yes, another $220.00.
I am very Hot. My next Post is to the BBB

Z57 real estate social media lead generators

Completely dysfunctional. One week in I cancelled the contract and they think they are going to bill me through VISA. Wrong. The Titanic will complete its maiden voyage before that happens.
1) Agreed in writing to a chosen domain name, but they registered a wrong domain then tried to bully me into accepting their mistake. Then "Senior" Customer Service representative, Anastasia D'Fonzo, told me that they had "waived the fee." What fee? It was their mistake. So I went and purchased the correct domain name through GoDaddy. When Anastasia told me they had finally purchased the correct domain name, I asked if it was possible for two people to buy the same domain name? She said no. I told her I had already purchased it. She had no response.
2) Sent me a COMPLETELY FULL contacts Excel spreadsheet "template." I'm sure this is a Federal privacy violation. I did a Save As, changed the file name, deleted the info, added mine and submitted it. CS responded that I needed to use their template and it had to be Excel. It WAS their template and it WAS Excel. And these are IT people? When I mentioned this to Anastasia, she said those were "non-people" and that was just to show where to place your information. Really? Isn't that what column headers are for. Over 2, 000 list "non-people."
3) Zero knowledge of Real Estate Commissioner's rules with high $ fines for violations. Kept posting a generic Keller Williams logo and only corrected it after one week.
4) Posted my registered Real Estate name wrong and did not know the difference between " " and this ( ). They amended it ... still wrong ... finally got it correct and then changed it back to my nick name only! It's still wrong when I cancelled the contract.
5) I sent in HD images for the website. They responded that they were too small. I responded with the pixel size which was more than double their requirement. Resent them individually yet they still lost two.
6) SALES has no idea when their job ends and CUSTOMER SERVICE takes over. I had to duplicate everything I had sent it to SALES. Left many messages with CS and finally got a call back the next day.
7) When I spoke with Anastasia D 'Fonzo, it was like talking to a robot. She constantly was sarcastic and then denied it in this "reading-from-a-script" manner when I challenged her CS skills.
8) SALES showed me through join.me all these satisfied customer websites ... all different. When my website went live ... with all the wrong information ... they told me that there was only one, "basic" template option. Bait-n-switch.

This is a ship-of-fools. Walk away. You have been warned.

Z57 unethical behavior

It's a SCAM! Run away from Z 57 Property Plus company, they don't do what promised and I was in a contract with them for 6 months at $499 a month and not one single lead. When tried cancelling they said I was locked in 1 year contract and kept charging me afterward. Then they pretended to be a collection agency and without my authorization took money out of my account! It is amazing they are still in business because it is a real SCAM!

Z57 unethical behavior

I call and cancelled with this company cause they did not do what they said they were going to do for my. I called over and over again and did not get any satisfaction. I removed my credit card from there access for I new they would not quit charging on it. All they did was lie to me to keep me interested and keep hoping which never happen. I did sign a contract with then but they did not live up to there contract. I am very upset with them cause they keep posting information on the internet that has nothing to do with helping my business. Homes in Florida, food receipes, etc. I paid the first month plus setup but when I did not get any satisfaction I withdrew my card. I have never received a lead. They also said if I wanted to get better service I could sign up for another service that would guarantee my leads which they deny now. I did not sign up for that since they told me after they got me to sign up in the first place. I would appreciate any help I can get from you. I no longer want to do business with them. I don't trust them. I don't even want a refund I just want them to stop billing me and leave me alone.
Sincerely,
Margie Wood

Z57 internet marketing

I was scammed! Hurried into making a decision to get the discount price. I was actually looking for this type of company so I gladly signed on. Within the first week I realized they could not connect with my MLS association so I wanted to cancel right away before anything was set up. They said they could only refund me $100. I decided to stick it out for the year contract. So wish I would have just took my losses right away in the beginning. Expensive learning curve. Done with them!

Z57 high pressure sales tactic/ facebook lead generation for real estate

My wife and I just got off the phone with a salesrep from Z57. She was obviously following a well prepared script. BUT be prepared for a high pressure sales pitch. I knew, starting out the conversation, that it wasn't going to end well as her first question to us was a "tie-down", ie, if we like the program and the price, would you get started today? Her sales pitch lasted about 30 minutes and while the program sounds enticing, we told her that we want to sleep on our decision and pray about it. That's just the way I do things. As soon as we told her that, her whole demeanor changed and she got nasty...As an old sales guy myself, I appreciate trying to overcome objections, but when you become nasty because someone says "I want to think about it" it causes me to think what are you so afraid of? You may say you're trying to save me money because this "awesome" deal just isn't going to be available tomorrow, reminds me of high pressure timeshare salespeople. That is a big turn off...then, to say "I don't care if you sign up or not..." tells me you don't care about me at all...all you care about is your commission. As a broker, I cannot imagine sitting down with a client and telling them they have to sign with me today or else...I'm going to raise my commission rate." That would be stupid...
When people want to interview other brokers, that's fine...I'm confident enough in my abilities...obviously, Z57 is not, or at least this sales rep is not. Anyway, as a result of her attitude, it caused me to search and found this site and it looks like I will not be doing business with Z57. By the way, we were quoted $599 start-up plus $125/month...which "if I acted today could be lowered to either $399 or $249 start up plus monthly.

Hi gblaw101, we appreciate any and all feedback regarding our product, services and business practices. We do utilize scripts in our sales process to ensure that all clients hear a similar message and can make a educated buying decision. We have been in this industry for 16+ years and go with what we know works. That being said, we do not condone "nasty" behavior. Your comment didn't include too many details about this so if you would like to reach out to me directly at heretohelp@z57.com, and provide more insight that would be very helpful. We do encourage sales reps to overcome basic objections as with any sales position, but expect professionalism at all times. Thank you for your time.

Z57 web site cancelation

I bought into the cold call i got on how great they were and signed up, After getting the web up and running i found that it would not sync with my local MLS and i had to put everything in manually which i did. I totally take the blame on being lazy and kept the website for 3 years which was 3 years longer than i should have. I had to get a new credit card so my automatic payment didn't go through to them and got an email to this which i said great they will cancel since they are not getting paid wrong got another bill so i called to cancel but the rep Jason even after telling him 5 times that i wanted to cancel was still trying to convince me otherwise so i got pissed and hung up. Still got emails on billing so i sent in an email that i wanted to cancel that didnt work so 3 months later after they threatened collections i paid them just to go away. Very bad customer service and i will never recomend them to anyone

Z57 terrible service

I have had Z57 host my real estate site for so long I cannot remember how long it has been. I referred another agent on my team to them to get him set up with a website. He could not make it through the first call with some guy on the other end of the phone who would not deviate from his script even after my team member asked him to put down the script cards.
This week, I needed Z57 to make a VERY simple change to my account so that I could make a change with my e-mail provider (Z57 does not provide e-mail for me).
It took several days of Z57 making the same simple mistakes and I had NO e-mail for that period, I was out of business. My e-mail provider had a great tech guy that kept calling and e-mailing Z57 but they were nonresponsive and when they did do something, they repeated their previous mistake.
I asked to have the tech department at Z57 call the tech department at my e-mail provider and was told, very dismissively, that "they do not do that".
I am leaving Z57 ASAP, stay away from this disaster!

Z57 billing after cancel

I canceled my subscription with Z57 after about 1 year due to poor performance. I did this both by email and by phone with a representative named Jaren Paraiso giving 30 days notice -June of 2013. I was then called by Z57's collections department Shae Pearson in October 2013 telling me that I owe 177.00 for 3 months July, August and September. When I said I emailed my cancelation, as well as spoke to a Jaren Pearson the Z57 representative they said that "yes we have your email and we logged your call to cancel" So i then asked what was the problem. Z57 told me that I was called later that week and agreed to re-join. I said that is an error. i then asked if they logged and recorded all calI's, they said yes, I said great, can you send me the audio MP3 or the transcript of the call stating that I re-joined. Z57 Shea Person said they don't have that one but my re-joining shows in a "memo" that I did re-join.

I then said OK that's not accurate, can I speak with the employee that I spoke with Jaren Pearson, I am sure he made a mistake. Z57 told me that he was a very good employee and he does not make mistakes. I then asked do you have any records at all showing I re-joined. Z57 said no, I then asked to speak with Jaren or a manager, I was told by Shea Pearson that Jaren was no longer with Z57 and I am the manager, "sweetheart". I asked that we keep the conversation professional and please call me by my first or last name. Shea Pearson then began to get a bit personal, that's when the conversation ended. This was on or about October 10, 2013.

I now have a bill for 177.00 and i will be going to collections. This type of practice cannot be allowed to go unchecked. Hence, the reason for this letter

Z57 customer service

Z57 approached me for their Facebook product. Their customer service was lousy from the start to the finish. I canceled my service. I was charged again. I called twice and both times was told that they had sent a reimbursement back to my card. After fourteen days, no reimbursement. Called again, this time was told, no reimbursement was coming and there was nothing I could do about it. Read the reviews on the internet, there are far more poor reviews than there should be for a company like this. I'd go anywhere but here. FYI, when you cancel they will charge you for an extra month of service.

My name is Margie Wood and I too called and cancelled back on December 6, 2017 because of poor, poor service and being ignored and lied to
constantly. I am still being billed and threaten with being turned over to the credit bureau. You have not done one thing for me and my business.
I did notice that you have continued to post things under my name and business that have nothing to do with my business. Homes in other states and lots of other things like food recipes. You promised to help me cause I told you I would have a lot of trouble understanding how to post and your company agents said that would not be a problem. I now have a bill of over $500 dollars that I do not intend to pay.

At this moment I am getting all the complaints off the computer to take to the Attorney General and the District Attorney and anyone that will listen. I am going to post it publicly on the internet and ask people to post if. As far as I am concerned you are a scam.

Z57 terrible all around

The sales guy was great over the phone, made me feel so comfortable and excited about the services Z57 could offer, from their website they'd create for us, to the specialized websites they'd provide us for each of our listings and their Z57 Academy (that'd we'd learn tips/tricks from for marketing). The website ended up looking nothing like the one we were quoted on. There were featured we counted on and specifically asked for, but then later found out they were all "extra charges." The one thing we really needed (drop down tabs) we found out weeks and weeks later, after asking several people at Z57, that it would never be possible with the site we had. We gave up on Z57 after about 3 weeks and immediately started seeking a different website design. We ended up going with Agent Image (who created our very own website, NOT a leased template like Z57 offered). I quickly learned the difference. There is no large monthly fee that basically is for renting their template. We paid a total of $2, 000 for the new website (yes, it's a little more, but will by far pay for itself quickly as compared to the fees we had to pay at Z57 (nearly $100). Oh, so I cancelled with Z57 and they told me I had to be charged for another 30 days. They still charged me for services beyond 30 days. I immediately complained, but it was no use. So, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and literally by the end of the day the charge was taken off (evidentally Z57 didn't want the hassle with my well known credit card company). Please, save yourself ALOT OF HASSLE - these guys make it sound great on the phone... the company is a total RIP OFF!

Z57 scam it's been a nightmare!

Z57 is a scam. They promise to deliver a realtor web site and if your not satisfied to refund your money in 10 days. What they don't tell you is once your bare bones web site is up they will not refund one penny. They take your money and within minutes your site is up wheter you like it or not whether it works or not. They will steal or offer to host your email then hold it hostage to keep it working you need to pay them the monthly fee. They show you in the demo site that your clients can look up foreclosures. But when clients go to that page they are asked to provide their credit card. They never hooked me to my MLS they said they would handle that. Then when I called to ask about it they said I was reponsible for providing the link. They have since said I didn't buy their Premier package or whatever to get MLS attached never heard of this package. ALl made up lies. When you try to cancel you have to talk to a manager good luck there they only call when you reverse charges on them. But then they charge you again. What did I get for my $413.00 Nothing but a bunch of headaches!

Z57 abusive calling

Insistent calling to offer website buiding services. Will not send anything by email, only on the phone. Called me a few times, last time I was with a client and told the guy that... he said I can't be that busy, he did not believe me I was with a client. I hung up on him.

Looked for a place to complain about his manners and his loosing a potential client... found no place, no supervisor, no info on any CEO. Instead I found a wealth of complains on-line. I'm adding mine. Not a way to do business, and now I see not even a business to patronise.

This employee who stalks Realtors across the nation is extremely rude when you mention you are not interested. He is verbally abusive on the phone and I highly suggest to not have conversation with them, if you are a realtor.

I'm trying them out. The sales guy I talked to was anything but abusive. Did he give a lot of pressure? Yes. Was he a shark of a salesman? Sure. But I don't think anything he said was abusive. Maybe you just got a bad one.

I agree, z57 employ very RUDE sales staff.
I cancelled my account and switched to iHouse, and the z57 rep was screeching and abusive.
Keep away from them, their products suck big time.

Z57 deceptive business practice

Deceptive Business practice, they do NOT do what they promise you. Their Customer Service department only tells you what they WILL do. If you have an issue that is your problem, they are NOT willing to work with you to correct the problem. The "Manager" of Customer Service will make the problem YOUR problem. This is not acceptable from a client point of view. The sales department was honest and up-front, but that does not translate over to customer service. It would seem the two departments do not work together at all. Think before you switch.

Z57 scam

Don't sign up for this website. The web site was never hooked to my MLS. So non working site. They screwed up my email till I had to hire someone to fi it. I begged them to fix it to no avail. No emails sent or recieved for 10 days. When someone logs on to foreclosures they are asked to supply a credit card. No refund of $415. because they already built it.

Well you know what they say it's the one who talks the most is the one lying. According to the BBB our case is unresolved because Z57 obvioulsy doesn't care to make the customer happy. I know your job and it must be a full time job Henry is to patrol complaint boards. Instead of being so busy proving me wrong and quoting your terms and conditions which were we all know written to protect your company so that you can keep the money of people like me who want out of your scam. That is ONE reason I wanted out because of all the scam reports all over the web. It has been said that if you disappoint a customer in the physical world that they will tell 6 friends if you do it on the internet you will tell 6000. So I guess I alone have told 6006. Lesson number 2 Henry Quality in a product or service is not what you put into it. It is what the customer gets out of it. So we all know what I got out of Z57 a charge on my credit card my email messed up and a bare bones demo site that did nothing you said it would. Lesson 3 then is customers don't expect you to be perfect but fix mistakes when they occur. Lesson 4 mistakes are the protals of discovery and that should keep you busy on this site alone. 5 well done is better than well said. 6 always give people more than they expect to get. So the lesson for everyone is if you expect Z57 to treat you like the customer is always right or that they believe in customer satisfaction go somewhere else for your web needs. For all the people this warning is too late for the CA attorney general is gathering a file of evidence please forward yours.

LIES LIES LIES! I was demonstrated a web site with MLS links and how my clients could look up my listings on line. I was NEVER told I would have to purchase another package to have any of this website working. I was told at the time of set up that (we will handle that) when I discovered that I could not search our MLS. Weeks later when I sill was not hooked up to the MLS I was told that was my responsibilty to provide a link I am not an IT person that is why I hired them. MY email was down for days I am a realtor that is my life blood. I called everyday to get it fixed begging and crying on the phone. I was told it was Godaddy that had it screwed up but what a suprise that it stopped working the day that they took over. I could not recieve or send emails! I then had to hire a true professional who fixed this issue in mear minutes somehting that Z57 couldn't do within 11 days. This was at my cost! How long am I suppose to wait to get my email fixed? I was told it was just a sloppy mistake made by Z57. They won't refund my money and funny how Henry finally called when I reversed the charges. I was told to cancel my website I would have to talk to a manger I called everyday to talk with one I got voice mails ohhh they are in a meeting etc. till finally a guy said look lady your not getting your money back. NICE Now z57 claims that it was a legitimate charge to my credit card. I recieved 1 lead and that was a friend, they claim to give you back your money when you don't get the leads at that rate it would take a year. When I was having problems with Z57 I googled Z57 and what come up Z57 SCAM pages and pages gee that gave me cofidence to continue patronizing their company. Game on HENRY!

they must pay people to post good reviews. All they want is your money. I signed up on a Friday. Over the weekend I checked out the complaints. On Monday I cancelled the service with the salesperson within the legal 3 day window in any contract. They charged me anyway and told me they don't have a record of my call. I have reported them to the FTC, BBB, NAR and my local RE board. Someone has to stop them. Perhaps a class action lawsuit?

Sylvia,

I do apologize for any frustration that you’ve experienced but would like to defend my company against false information in your claim. Others will be reading this review and Z57 does not want to be misrepresented on the social wires. Z57 is not a boiler room work environment, nor do we run a fraudulent business. We are a long-standing, successful business with dedicated employees and very successful programs. Visit our website, www.z57.com, to learn more about our history and to view our success stories.

I checked your account records and found that in trying to set up your IDX for your website, despite several attempts at of follow-up on our behalf, you never sent in your completed IDX forms. We go directly through your MLS to set up your IDX account and each MLS requires very specific details and paperwork, which we provided for and explained to you.We had several reps explain and go over the IDX paperwork process with you, but we never received the correct paperwork and were unable to set up your IDX. Had we recieved the paperwork, your website would have been up and running with your IDX.

Again, we sincerely apologize for any frustration you experienced. We do our best to provide top-notch customer service and are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your Z57 experience. I understand that you’ve canceled your account and there is nothing more we can offer to resolve your concerns so our goal here is simply to address your feedback and wish you well.

Take care,

Cynthia S. - Z57

This is a boiler room kind of fraudulent hard sale. They promise the unwitting realtor the moon and the stars as marketing and website service, leads and internet presence but they deliver nothing but a poor cut and paste, first grader type of “banner”. They have many sales people and almost no website builders. So they charge you up front (they charge me $480) and then start stalling and stalling using all kinds of excuses and non- credible stories (mostly placing the blame on YOU) for dragging their feet and not delivering.
Truth is they have no website building capacity or hired power to cover all of the people they are ripping off. Their employees are only selling and cold calling. They will not refund you a penny even if their conditions give a 30 day refund. They will wear you out and finally repeat that there are “no grounds” to grant you a refund because your “website” was up when it is nothing other than the picture you sent them with one or two other props.
Notice they have only one 800 number and will never go beyond that so if you need to talk to the person that is “working with you” on your website, you have no ways of contacting this person. Emails are useless as no one will ever answer one (or at least not the people that sell you the bill of lies). They even went as far as sending me a different set of “Terms and Conditions” when requesting a refund, to the ones set forth upon signing up for the alleged website /marketing program. Cancel your credit card or else they will continue to charge you even after you have cancelled their service.

Kip,
You may want to CXL you credit card because they just keep on charging..
I tried to CXL in Dec. 2009 and was given something about I should try to sale my web name. I called again in Feb. 2010 and asked to be CXL. Thought it was done but later found out NO SO. Always get a cancellation number or name. Calls came in about the account and I told the individual that I had closed the account.
At one time I was told that I was setup with a CXL but I didn't answer my e-mail. That person said he was going to take care of it and e-mail me . I have never seen an e-mail from Z57.
I finally had to CXL my credit card to stop the charges. Alot of scams of getting you credit card and the charges never stop.
Today I received a call for a attorney with threats about my credit rating.
I have a good opportunity to tell a lot of Real Estate Agents about my experiences with Z57. I will attend a Default and foreclosure convention in Dallar this month. (5 Star Convention)
We have a lot of net working morning, noon and night. I will not be able to talk to all 4 to 5 thousand people but I will have Z57 topic in my main conversations. This type of negative publicity will go back to the offices of all the agents I meet. After I get through, the name Z57 wil not be forgotten.

Please simply address this issue:

T0 the Z57 Client development team:

Good job of presenting us with Good Cop-Bad Cop routine. I bet you know full well who J Howley is. Either way it is nothing that any one can prove short of hiring a fleet of lawyers. How convenient.

Z57 ripped me off and I still have the emails from Paul Lamotte suggesting I should give him my log-ins. Only an idiot would give up their MLS LogIns. The MLSs prohibit members from doing that specifically. As if you guys didnt know that - well maybe you dont if you catch my implication.

And I quote Paul Lamotte
"are you able to give me the user and password for that agent long in section so i can look around to pull a link off of that?"

You got plenty of feedback from me and yet you NEVER privided me with any real service. Everything I said in my preivious post on this site still stands. Offering up an apology for past bad conduct does not make up for that conduct. It only shows me how despicable and unethical you people really are. I can walk outside and get clean hot air.

Dear Cherib67

Although we have discussed your issue at length already, we saw a posting today that we felt we simply must address immediately.

We do NOT agree with the opinions of J Howley. We’ve looked through our files and Howley is not an employee (past or current) or a customer (past or current). Howley’s comments are inappropriate, rude and completely uncalled for. Howley - we don’t know who you are, but please stop with the name calling.

The Complaint Board is set up for customers to share their opinions - good and bad. And while it hurts to hear the bad – we need to hear it. And you are right – we need to work on a few things. Frankly, we have taken everyone’s feedback very seriously and are rolling out new changes at Z57 that we hope will be the first step towards improving any perceptions of Z57. While we cannot repair all of the mistakes of the past – we want to improve and are making serious changes here. And it’s through feedback that we learn. We hope we can win your business back someday, but regardless, we want you to know that we heard you and we are changing.

There are several programs and activities that we are working on to improve at Z57. But in fairness to your post, we don’t want to dominate the conversation with our message. However, we did want you to know we heard you, we are making changes and we are grateful for the feedback so we can improve our services.

Most importantly - J Howley – we don’t know who you are, but please stop insulting people who simply want share their opinions. If we didn’t get feedback, we couldn’t improve. That’s all Cherib67 was doing here. Leave her alone.

J. Howley, you clearly work for these people... To call someone less than smart because they do not have strong knowledge of web marketing and technology is a clear example of YOUR mental capacity. Are you an expert in EVERYTHING in the universe? I take it you do your own accounting, dry-cleaning, fix your own car, prescribe your own medication and heck, you may even know how to fly to the moon and build a space shuttle! As for the rest of us, we hire "professionals" in fields that are not our expertise. Their job is to provide exactly that, specilized service and they get paid for doing a good job. The joke is actually on this company, the idiots are those who think they can get away with stealing and calling their client base stupid... Let's see how long this company lasts. I'm already laughing!

You people are not too smart. Z57 is the best internet company out there. When you pick up the phone to speak to one of the reps, they have the patience to deal with how little you know about the internet and how to market. ihouseweb is a joke as is AccessDirect, and all the other companies trying to pretend to know how to handle a real estate agent and create an effective website. My advice to all of you who are complaining-when you talk to Z57 reps, be quiet and listen. They are far smarter then you are and are only trying to help. Those of you who have billing issues...are you sure you know how to read a contract or use a calculator? Just trust Z57. Henry-you are the man!

Z57 deceptive business practice, scam/ horrible service

ATTENTION BUYER BEWARE! WE HAVE BEEN QUOTED ON PRICE AND CHARGED A HIGHER PRICE ON OUR CREDIT CARD! Z57 WILL NOT REFUND! This is fraud now! 11/17/2010 I had an appointment to set up my website, I missed their phone call, I called them back 2 minutes later and was told, sorry, we will call you tomorrow to work on your website since you missed our telephone call! So after being so rudely spoken to, I told them I had already paid and expected help with building my website after already waiting 1 whole week so far, she said sorry, we will contact you back tomorrow, we are too busy. I'm trying to get my money back from Z57 in which you can tell its a boiler room atmosphere there. In any honest business, when you ask for a refund when you are not happy with a product or service within the specified time frame, you get your money back, NOT at Z57. They keep on repeating their scripted speech and give you the run around. I have no website, I paid them a week ago, now after being so rudely spoken to with help with my website, I no longer want to do business with them. I was told 299.00 and a 49.99 monthly fee over the phone, I just checked my credit statement as of yesterday and I was charged 583.00! I called back to speak to my sales rep and he denies telling me a different number. ALSO, after they found out I wanted my money back and I was so unhappy with them, I started getting phone calls from tech reps wanting my password to Blue Host so they could work on my site, I would not call them back. I wake up this morning with an e-mail from Blue Host that someone was requesting a PASSWORD CHANGE to my own domain site! Since I will not give Z57 my password now, they are trying to get it another way! I'm now going to contact Blue Host and see who is trying to get a password change since it was not me. My credit card company has been notified, numbers changed, BBB contacted, etc. Next step is filing a report with the local police in San Diego, Ca for fraud. Save your money, find someone local. I hope other people read this and save themselves the time, grief, and money.

************* You can also tell, they all these people work in the same small room, they impersonate themselves as being this big company, but this is just another BOILER ROOM full of sales people and a few techs in one room. ******************************* 11/17/2010

Jeremiah-

As of today's date 11/22 we have yet to receive our agreed upon full refund from Z57(11/17--morning)--- Jeremiah called me again after we had agreed to this and was very concerned regarding my husband's posting to these sites to warn potential customers of the hurdles that may await them. He asked that we amend these comments--i thought it only fair to make amendments when we had resolution--he agreed and assured me this would happen in the next few days---4 days at the most. Jeremiah also at the time apologized for his customer service rep., Neisha, and her less than appropriate attitude, he said that had been handled and he could not elaborate, he also told me he had listened to the phone call and if he had been in our position he would have been more than perturbed with her sharp attitude also.

I did receive my call from Ralph for my Quickstart appointment, unfortunately he called my cell phone even though it was noted for him to call my office phone---by the time i scrambled to get my cell phone from my purse at the other side of the office the call had been lost---i waited for a voice-mail to come through---and sure enough it was Ralph, unfortunately I could not understand the number that he left for me to call back---at this point I googled the number and called in----it had prob. been a total of 6 minutes from the time my cell phone rang to the time i called in to Z57---Ralph was indeed on another call already, even though the customer service rep that I talked to said they did not know why he had taken another call with out waiting their customary 15min---so in short I drove an hour out of my way to make this appointment and b/c of people's inability to pay attention to detail and instruction I lost that time and have nothing to show for it.

This, as I know anyone in my shoes could imagine, including Jeremiah himself, knows how important time is. There was no attempt to console my loss of time and planned schedule--no apology or "please let me get that correct # again and let me have one of the reps call you just as soon as they finish the call they are on.

Now as I check my Visa account day after to day---hoping to see my promised "full refund" sadly, it is not there---I feel I am left with no other choice than to continue with the Visa dispute resolution department--I have wasted so much time and energy to get what is only fair---my money back for goods not rendered---no work was ever done on my site it was feeble and to show the level of effort I was dealing with: my hometown was spelled incorrectly, as well as my name and numerous other mistakes in information---they did not even so much as put fair housing logos or equal opp. ----this is illegal in itself--so I am glad it never went "live" b/c my reputation would have been compromised---

I am hoping that Jeremiah will tend to this like he promised! he said 4 days at most--we have passed that mark--so stay tuned-- I think we are going to have more luck with my Visa disputes department--I have saved very detailed notes and info. on everyone I have talked with and all communication that have passed back and fourth---- The Better Business Bureau currently has over 70 complaints on this company, 71 now including mine.

In addition---my original sales person quoted completely different prices and the ways they were broken down---it was supposed to be $400 plus one month at a time and no contracts.

If I could drive to their location to speak to a manager, I would do so. I have been with the company for over a decade where they have extracted nearly $9, 000 from me for a website and email service. I was threatened fines by my mls because it turns out that the IDX feed they used was illegal. So I hired another company - TWO YEARS AGO- to run a site. For 2 years, at $70 a month to Z57, I have attempted to resolve the issue - like have them release my URL (that I owned prior to their building me a website) and to switch out my email. There is never a manager on duty to speak to me. My requests to speak to a manager will take "3 business days to respond to" although when I speak to the next rep. they say that there is no request logged in. This is quite the scam. If anyone else reading this has had a similar experience, contact me and we can work together with an attorney to seek resolution. People never walk into a relationship assuming that they will be abused physically, emotionally or mentally. The abuse also never starts immediately into the relationship at full force as you would expect it to. Abusers often start out very subtly in a relationship with the different types of control, blame and manipulation. They don’t tell their partners that they intend to control them or ruin their lives in many ways.
Abuse can take many forms. It can be when your partner tells you that you are fat or ugly just to make themselves feel better. They tell you that no one else would love you or treat you the way that they treat you so that you won’t realize you are better than they are and leave them. They make the choice to lose their temper in many forms, but they always blame you instead of blaming their own lack of self-control or their own purposeful choice to make an abusive gesture towards you.
Abuse can be smashing your car right after you joined the fitness gym or right before you plan to return to work. Abuse can be hiding your keys or phone so that you become disoriented and cannot remember where you put them. Abuse can be pretending that they are perfect out in public, only to make other people question whether you are being truthful or not when you share with them that you are being abused.
We will cover the many signs of abuse in this ebook. Abusers choose to abuse. They feel entitled and feel they have a right to treat you poorly. They justify all of their actions to you and to themselves, removing themselves from any responsibility or blame for the abuse. They don’t want to view themselves in a negative way, so they must make you and others believe that you are the perpetrator or instigator of the abuse. Let’s dig in to the signs that are present in your life when you are dealing with an abuser. Not all of these signs will be present when you are being abused because every abuser thinks and responds to things differently. But if you see common signs below that are present in your relationship, odds are good that you are dealing with an abuser.
In the ebook below, I will use he or he/she, but abusers can be both male and female. Abuse can happen in relationships between women, men as well as a man/woman relationship. Abuse can happen to the very young or the elderly. Abusers are pretty typical in our environment if you take a good look. Many times we are shocked by the people whom we realize are abusers and batterers, because they hide their aggression and hostility very well from the outside world

Hi John, thank you for writing your feedback as we are always hoping to improve and want to learn from any mistakes made. I truly apologize if you did not receive fantastic service from our Client Development department. We use very few 3rd party providers and we no longer offer an email service, but still support clients on that platform. That being said, our reps should know that even though our upgraded email is a 3rd party, it is still a representation of Z57 and we need to take responsibility for any issues you may have and resolve them in a timely manner. I will be addressing and hosting a training with the team to ensure that this never happens again. If you wish to discuss any issues you have, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at heretohelp@z57.com

Customer service is sketchy and quite frankly I've aghast at all the excuses I get why something doesn't work right. Out of the blue my website doesn't work and neither does my email forwarding or email account. I can't access my email but it's never their fault...always someone else's. They blamed me when their system got hacked and my email was being used by someone else for spam. They blamed Enom.com for my email and website problems...never their fault, always someone else's. I've never had any real issues until recently when they convinced me to upgrade. Ever since then it's been an absolute MESS with not being able to access email, website completely crashed and when I finally cancelled my account I was told it would remain up in the confirmation email until November 1, 2014. When I reached out to the "3rd" party company they use for email (fusemail) the guy at fusemail said there wasn't any email account with my name on it (john@johnbahnhomes.com)...Thank God that guy I use for my domain names stepped in and made sure the email and my domain name were being forwarded but that took almost a week and only God knows how many emails are out there in the never land of cyberspace that I missed. Funny as hell...I received an email saying that they confirmed my termination but when I emailed back about my issues the SAME PERSON WHO EMAILED ME said "you have to call to terminate your account". That's not why I emailed you, you friggin' dope!

JustMyTwoCents - As a current employee at Z57, I would describe our sales environment as fun and upbeat – nothing like a boiler room.

Although marketing your business is the most important lender to success for Realtors, it is not something that is taught to Realtors as they study to earn their license. There will always be a start-up cost for any marketing solution you decide on but our proven marketing strategy and training will set you up for success for many years to come meaning the return on your investment will keep on coming back to you.

Z57 is setting the bar in the real estate space and we feel that our products exceed those of our competitors. We offer much more than just a website with our sign-on package – so we can honestly say that any agent who signs on with Z57 will be getting incredible value for their investment. In addition to an intelligent website full of lead capture tools, we also provide enrollment in our Z57 Academy - a one-one-on teaching program that will teach you how to master our proven marketing strategy and make you into a successful marketer. We also have many different specialized add-ons that can be built into a package to allow our Realtors meet their marketing goals. Z57 is also working on revamping our entire company image to match all the exciting new products that we’re offering to agents. Our ultimate goal is to teach Realtors how to generate a lifetime of success – that’s the ultimate return on your investment.

Shane of Z57 called this afternoon. I told him I do have a need with my website. But, he called without knowing my company name - which I gave him. He asked for my website. So I said, "if you want my business, maybe you should do some research." He asked for it again, so I said, "why don't you google it." He then said some very offensive stuff. What a great way to get business!
