I have made a huge order and purchased many hair and skin care products from this website. I paid over $100 for the entire order and was promised a free gift!
My order finally arrived about three weeks later and the whole thing took way longer than I expected. When I opened the package I saw that there was no gift! I contacted Yves Rocher customer care service and they promised they'll fix everything in no time, but unfortunately they did not care and nothing was done! Horrible site!
