Hi I have paid USD 210 for this year 's ( August 2017 thru July 2018) yearly subcription to Telugu Platinium channels . But since Last few day ( may be from Oct 3rd onwards, we are not able to see any of the STAR MAA Channels as promised during subscription renewals . I need a refund of my subscription if these channels are NOT available.

Myself subscribed for Telugu platinum package by spending amount of $179.99.now all the maa tv channels are not available for this and worst thing is no way to reach customer care phones are not working and chat service no one will respond.
Please let me knows he process to file complaint on yupp tv.

Could you please help me on this how to reach yupp tv an d resolve my issue

Since last Sunday I am trying to contact to remove the subscription but emails calls nothing responded. I am getting a worst customer care experience. could not imagined would have such kind of fraud experience. Next time if you deduct the money i will be placing a fraud complaint for the transaction next time. Even If i compare the sling and yupp, why yupp tv has no option to cancel subscription online. All of the websites having subscription process do have it. When you dont know how to handle customers close it off.

They had a promotion for yearly subscription and signed up for specific channels. I mainly signed up for Vijay TV and channels were removed without any due notice. I am trying to contact their customer service and its totally non existent, in fact the number doesnt respond. Horrible service and cheating customers with a promotion and channels and then once you signup they remove them without any notice. Even if the channel had to be removed, why cannot you give the option to customers to opt out and offer the refund. Sending support ticket has no contact, customer service number inactive. What a horrible service is this. These companies needs to be sued.

From October 1st 2017 we are not getting Star MAA and all other MAA TV related content in YUPP TV. There was no prior communication from YUPP TV which is not at all acceptable and their Customer Care numbers are not working from past one week. We need someone to take action against YUPPTV company and proceed legally to help all the subscribers. We do not need those additional stupid channels(YUPP TV TBO) which are of no use and plays some stupid movies which are all available in Youtube for free. We do not need to pay for some free content to watch.

I have subscribed for tamil platinum yearly subscription and around last week Vijay tv was removed without any alert/notification. I dont really care about Yupptv providing additional channels or benefits because all that matters is I'm not able watch the channel I always prefer. Yupptv customer service line is total [censor] and no one ever picks up your call. I really feel helpless here and regret spending money on Yupptv.

I subscribed to Yupp TV Telugu Platinum for 1 year and paid the amount for this subscription.but this Yupp TV is not providing Channels that i subscribed initially.This YUpp TV stopped telecasting the channels(MAA TV, MAA movies, MAA Gold) recently with out any notice or not refunding any amount to me.
I tried to contact these guys and the their customer service number not working any more.
I feel this as fraud as they took the money for the channels i subscribed to. but not providing channels to the customers.
I demand either refund of money if they are not able to provide the channels or if there is problem to provide these channels to the customer.

We have yearly subscription and suddenly all the MAA TV telugu channels got removed. There is no notification on this at all & when I tried to reach them through email/chat, there is absolutely no response. All the customer care phone numbers stopped working.
I tried several days and finally I decided to call my credit card company and deny the charges on the YUPP TV as fraud. The credit card companies will legally take the action.
I would encourage all of you to do the same.
Please call your credit card company and report YuppTV as fraud.

I subscribed for Telugu and Hindi package in which Hindi package includes Sony, zee and star plus. Now the only entertainment channel left is Hindi is zee. They removed Sony and star plus with out any notice. What's the use of taking a year package when they won't provide these channels. Trying to reach their support number from 2 days and it's not working anymore.

I have been a customer for almost 4 years now. Recently renewed for an year and now suddenly all asianet channels are gone without any intimation. This was the main attraction for the subscription. Anytime you try to contact customer care, the phone never connects. If you try to chat with them, they just close it stating they are experiencing high volume and wilm get back. NO response till now.Pathetic people who are just into money laundering.

I'm not able to watch Vijay TV since last week. I had subscribed to yuppTV yearly package since I watch many programs from Vijay. All of a sudden it was stopped and no information was given by YuppTV customer care. I tried chatting with the team but they respond saying they will get back but they rudely close the chat.

Please refund the amount we have paid for Vijay subscription if the channel will not be available any more.

Yupptv in US doesn't work at all with just 5 secs buffering(youtube and other channels works fine) and customer care in USA not reachable to inform the problem. For god sake can some one from yupptv call me at [protected] and understand the problem. There is no option to remove the service also and Yupptv charging with out providing service.

Hi I am a yupp customer from more than a year and have recently renewed my subscription and am no regretting my decision. In last one year they have removed almost all popular channels from their subscription without informing customers. And what they are now left is with channels which no one usually watches.

To make situation when I am trying to contact them in customer support no response is received and the line is getting disconnected without any response.

I want my money back.

We have been using YuppTV since 4y but now it seems like time has come for moving to different provider .Without even intimation they disconnected maa.Earlier we have maa movies but kabbadi is not telecasted.When we checked about it they said they have no rights for USA.Then why we are paying for entire year with 50% access.Even their customer care number is not working .This is such an unprofessional service.They were changing every year but now it at its worst.I hope I get my refund for next 6months so I can move to different provider where we can watch all the programs telecasted by the Chanel.

We recently took our YuppTV service and we could get access to all the channels that they promised us but all of sudden we lost access to MaaTv and when we tried to reach their customer support none of their phones are working.This is a very bad Customer support and probably they can be sued for this as they minted so much of money and not responding to their customers.I am going through all the documentation from them and probably planning to send a court notice .

YUPP TV removed Maa TV without informing to customers like me. The support number 1-866 is not working . The email [protected]@yupp tv one sent couple mails but no response for those complaints.

We have paid one year membership and now there is no response from this company.
We have renewed for one year just 2 months back.
How come the customer service is so poor for this type of customer base company .

On YuppTV, why maa tv broadcast is discounted? Why wasn’t it informed to customer like me who paid subscription fee for any year to watch.? Is it going to be back in near future? Without Maa, YuppTV seems less attractive to be a customer and I don’t see a value in adding additional repetitive digital content without. Hope you hear us and bring back Maa to your platform.

You people are the most disgraceful lot. I tried reaching your customer support but the call was not even going. But when I call your advertisement division u guys picked up immediately that shows how keen you guys are wanting to mint money and leave the customer haywire.

Wish you guys had a descent sense of responsibility. You have no courtesy to inform customers about certain channels unavailability.

From Oct-1 the star network channels are missing in the YuppTV. I watch only the start network channels and it is no longer available with them it seems. No prior intimation was given about this. I tired to reach the Support desk, both by chatting and calling them.. nothing seems to be working. no response from them. I recently renewed my subscription and the support team didn't tell anything about this change. (I renewed it because it had star network channels)
I am very much disappointed with yuppTV the way they handle the customers.
I am going to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund.

I had subscribed this march for Kannada Silver package which included suvarna tv which is what we had subscribed with Yupp TV mainly for and from last week it is not showing up in our channel list. I tried calling the 2 numbers listed on their site on the top right and they are not reachable. One says please check the number dialed and the other says unreachable. Tried chat and that says also too busy and asks me to send them a message.
