If you've been charged an Annual fee for the services and your subscribed Channels are not working and if Yupp TV support has been Non Responsive to your questions about the lack of service, Call your credit card company and DISPUTE the payment Yupp TV has charged on your Credit Card.
This is the only way to deal with the utterly unprofessional way of Yupp TV handling an issue.

We recently renewed our YuppTV service and we could get access to all the channels that they promised us but all of sudden we lost access to MaaTv and when we tried to reach their customer support none of their phones are working.This is a bad customer support and probably they can be sued for this as they minted so much of money and not responding to their customers.I am going through all the documentation from them and probably planning to send a court notice .Beware YuppTV you are in big trouble as I heard same complaints from many of our friends and planning to get their signatures for a hold on the court notice.

I have subscribed to yupp tv platinum package. Only because of star vIjay tv. But they cancelled the channel from October 1 . I got this package just for this channel . They removed without notice . Nobody is attending the call. In fact the customer support number goes for one ring and the call fails. Not able to contact them at all. Such act of cowardice. I want my money back. I don't want the subscription without star vijay.

I have been trying to reach Yupp TV through the toll free number, chat and email to no avail. How can it be that a customer is unable to reach you through any of the provided medium and all I get as a email response is that your call volumes are high. I suppose an organization such as yourself is well equipped to handle any amount of support calls? Yet I have had no luck with any of your contact mediums. If you are having any kind of serious tech issues, won't it make sense that you include that on your web page as an advisory so that customers get the Confidence that you are working on issue resolution, instead of sending a non chalant email that doesn't have any context? To top it off, you have the audacity to close my tech support ticket indicating a resolution. Sending a non chalant email doesn't warrant a resolution. It's when you truly resolve the issues ( technical or otherwise) should you be sending an update.
Now coming to the heart of the matter - I purchased the Tamil platinum package from you and pre paid for the same. I would like to know why I'm not getter by all the channels for which I subscribed to Yupp in the first place. Are there any courteous customer service rep within Yupp who can provide an update on my ask and see to that issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

This is a very unprofessional way of doing things:
a. I was being charged for Yuppflix past 3 months and honestly never worked for me until i called them today.
b. I spoke to them asking, why the START group has been dropped from their list and you know what? They dropped by call.

I have been a customer for YuppTv since 2014 and this is very unfortunate that the company has stooped to such low standards with Customer Service. I paid $300 for the whole damn year and the primary reason for it is STAR, I am half way through my package and this is non-sensical.

This is duping your customers. YuppTv needs to pay up for every customer they have cheated by not responding appropriately.

Worst customer support team, I am trying to connect with them last 3 days via phone or chat no one is responding..very worst customer support team, i never ever seen such a bad support team. Without any notice you have removed Star Vijay channel and refusing to give refund. No one answers the calls from customer service. While purchasing you guys agreed to show all channels 1 year..how come without notice you disconnected star vijay with out customer notice..Very bad ! I will escalate this to top level. I am going to file a legal complaint against Yupp TV.If I wont get Star Vijay back tomorrow, I will file a legal complaint with the help of US lawyer.

I recently paid for whole year because Yapp Tv which included star Jalsha. If it wasn't for this channel I would have never subscribed to them. I already paid for the entire year, I want my money back. They are not accepting any phone calls, no notice nothing . Lets all get together have a law suite against Yapp TV, either they refund our money or they deal with law suite.

Vijay TV is not working as part of the Yupp TV subscription package.
Could not reach Yupp TV Customer center by e-mail or by Phone. It has been 4 days and they have not responded to our querries.

THe yearly subscription was paid, and if they are terminating the service for certain channels, it is just common decency to tell its customers.

It is ridiculous to not answer customers, and leave them in the dark.

Hope FCC or some other government regulators condemn their actions.

I will like to know if anyone found a way to contact YUPPTV. I only watch StarPlus and suddenly without notification the channel disappeared. Why were we not provided some kind of option if they knew. This is very unprofessional and I will like a refund. I will also like to CANCEL my subscription ASAP, if there is not going to be any STARPLUS fix soon.

I have paid upfront for the telugu hindi package which includes star plus and star maa. However, i dont see star channels from sunday.
I tried reaching their customer care but they are not picking my calls.
How can they be so cheap and cheat the customer, i would need my money back as well cancel my subscription as i have lost trust on your service

I have subscribed to telugu platinum package for 1 year and recently from couple of days they have removed all the Maa Tv related channels with out giving any prior notice and when I tried contacting through chat, as soon as i ask the question the cs agent asks me to wait and disconnect... and they do not respond to and they have disabled some of the online account services...

You have removed Start Plus without even informing us and thats the only channel we used to watch.I paid upfromt for whole year.Your phone is also not reachable.Can we get our refund back.
Whats this ridiculous message is that message needs to be 350 characters.

Either provide the whole refund or get Star Plus back.Work like a reputed company so that we can catch you on phone.

It is so unprofessional to charge for something and take it away without notice. I paid for a whole year and I mainly watch Star Vijay which was removed without notice. I demand money back or Star Vijay back up and be available. When I try to submit this, because it is less than 300 characters, me getting the message that this complaint may not even be looked at is another absolute nonsense and shows how unprofessional YupTV has been.

As you might have already read the comments from many people, I am also joining the victim community. Just because we paid the money upfront you decided to do whatever you want. But removing the services without any notice is very unprofessional. When guys start picking the phones I am going to cancel the service and you can keep the change. Let me know if you need more money I can donate some for your filthy company.

I have subscribed to Tamil Platinum package and I am using Yupptv for the past few years. We all knew that the star channels have disappeared. There was no upfront communication to us. MY 90% usage will be star Vijay. The horrible part is their customer service. They don't pick calls nor answer their live chat. When I am paying for something, I would need it to be available to me or I would need the money back. Basic courtesy is to at least answer our calls.

Yupptv is going to go out of business soon if they continue this. I anyone from Yupptv management is reading this, I need my money back.

I see that you have given yuppflix subscription. If you answer me and say this is the solution, it would frustrate me even more. Just give me what I paid for

As of oct 1 all the star channels have disappeared.
We subscribed YuppTV only to watch Star maa and Star Vijay channel but those dissapered without any notice. We are subscribers for the past two years
Have subscribed Tamil platinum and Telugu platinum both $$$ per year . We are stuck here until 07/18 . Without watching favorite channel . Waste of money At least of courtesy to a customer who has paid $ they should have sent a mail regarding the removal of channels no response from Customer care .

As per my package I am supposed to be getting star channels which are now missing so I need my money back and I want to cancel my subscription as I am frustrated with their customer service. I need a solution asap. I tried reaching customer service and they don’t pick up calls from 4 days.lot of customers are suffering.they are not providing service that they promised for and have charged me 230$. They are cheating customers and doing unethical business

Starting Oct 1st all star channels have been taken off of the channels list and there was no prior intimation to customers. Magically the Customer care number also stopped working since then. No one responds to chat messages. I have opened 3 Cases with them regarding this issue. I even wanted to cancel my service and still didn't hear anything from them yet.

Hi the icon of Yupp TV which I subscribed since 8th Feb 2917 is not showing on my TVScreen as result of which I am not been able to watch the channels under this network since mid of September 2017
. Nobody picks up the phone on the customer care number when I pick up the phone, but the channel is deducting the monthly dues regularly from my account . I shall be obliged if the problem is resolved from their end .
