paid $230/yr to watch uninterrupted channels.. why do you telecast adds before starting any channel? You have started new premier movies channel, better use that for your private advertisements... or else give free subscription and telecast your private adds... Don’t telecast private adds for Paid subscribers...

I paid yearly subscription for Telugu Platinum and suddenly Star channels are not showing up in the channel list. I was provided with the list of channels before I paid for the plan and there no communication atleast with the reason why this happened all of a sudden. Adding to that their customer service does not work. I hope Yupptv stops this unethical behaviour

YuppTV removed all star channels from Telugu and hindi packages, I paid for one year for those channels, now they are saying they don't have license to air the channels anymore, what they have is useless channels, they don't want to refund money, this is cheating, Even in the channels they give like Gemini they don’t air all the programs. You call them they don’t answer anymore.

Yupp TV promised star vijay channel and charged for an year but randomly removed the channel without prior notice and doesn't even respect the customers by letting them know about the situation. Instead they are swindling money for channels which they aren't even providing and charging our accounts without our consent.

I have subscribed to telugu platinum package for 1 year and recently from couple of days they have removed all the Maa Tv related channels with out giving any prior notice and when I tried contacting through chat, as soon as i ask the question the cs agent asks me to wait and disconnects the chat section. When i call the contact number phone does not ring. Very bad customer support and they is not way to contact them right now, than to dispute the company.

I have been given others activation code and I've been charged monthly for the YuppTV Flix which I have been being able to use, due to a different account. I was told that it will be fixed but it isn't yet. I could not reach the US number as well, neither the Chat. I'm not getting all the channels that I paid for. Due to a different account I'll not be allowed to watch it from today, though my account says, I can until March, 2018. Can someone help me finding information to sue them?

I have subscribed Tamil Premium channels for an year and since from Oct 1st 2017 Star Vijay is not showing in the channels list. This is removed without prior intimation to the Customers. When i tried to contact through Live Chat in their website. This was the message i received after a short while *"We are experiencing huge volume in chats. We apologize for the wait, all are agents are busy. We would appreciate if you could please leave us a message and we will try our best to get back to you at the earliest*".. No Response after that.

I subscribed Tamil Premium channels for year and. From Oct 1 St. Star Vijay is taken out. Neither YuppTv. Notified nor refunded.

The customer service number 1-866 is not reachable. I put a offline message in "Live chat". They responded that a service representative will respond in 24 hr. Lol, after a day I got a mail that your complaint is resolved and ticket us closed.

This is a status of this TV. I think we all should firm a F group and post so many complaints and make all customer aware of this.

Starting oct 1st all star channels have been taken off of the channels list and there was no prior intimation to customers. Magically the customer care number also stopped working since then. No one responds to chat messages. This is the very unethical & worst way of handling things. You should at least answer the call and update your customers on what has happened and what you can do to fix it, rather than disconnecting from the users like cowards!

I have subscribed one year service with these guys. Hindi and Kannada channels have been removed from the lineup and customer service is not responding. This is breach of contract by another group of thugs. If this is not resolved, I think, we need to have a class action law suit against these guys. It looks like they are hiding something and hence not answering either phone or chat messages.

YuppTv has started charging a small amount of USD 3.99 per month since Sept 2017 to my credit card for a Yuppflix service upgrade which we have not authorized and do not use.

It seems they think small charges go unnoticed on credit cards, but since I have a alert mechanism on my account, all payments done are sent as alerts. Please stop this activity of cheating people!.

Worst part is the US customer care number listed on the website is not working - keep getting the message "This is a non-working number"

These guys are useless and cheat people. Take the viewers for granted. They removed the vijay Tv package from my tamil subscription without any notice. Recently subscribed for an year, they had vijay tv until the big boss series completed. Now they removed and they switched off all the phones like a chit fund company. Not responding to emails, tickets are getting auto closed, chats are stating busy. is there a way to sue this guys?
They think customers will forget if they are ignored for a week. They added all useless addons like yuppflix and KBO.
Soon they would see every customer leaving them .

I have No clue as why the heck the yupp customer service is not answering calls in us region .. my list of channels are changed very often and they remove the channels for which v are paying the service .. and to add to complaint reg this I have been trying the customer contact toll free num which is not at all working ... no response till date .. whom should I call to cancel this crap service ?

Yupp TV had STAR network related channels which are now removed. The channels currently present are really useless.

I have taken a yearly subscription and in the terms its no where mentioned that the list of channels may be changed.

This is not the first time the channels have changed, earlier it was just one channel. But now more than 2 channels are removed without any NOTICE to customer.

Customer care does not answer the call. No response to email. THIS IS FRAUD.

YUPP TV Application does not give the channels, which was promised for viewing. They charged annual Fee of 200$ for a full year.
Star Vijay Channel, a Popular TV channel was available in the package, I had subscribed. It was available for more than 18 months.
Since 2 days I don’t see star Vijay channel. Why was it stopped. This is my most favorite channel. I may stop my subscription if star Vijay is not there.
YUPP should refund on Pro rata basis and allow to discontinue subscription.

I have purchased an one year subscription couple of months back and starting oct 1st yupp tv removed an channel which was in my package with out prior notice and nothing informed during the subscription process. Trying to reach their customer care number since Sunday and it’s not reachable and their online chat service also not reachable. This Is really in acceptable. The subscription that I paid was for all the channel included in the package at that time and removing a channel without notice is unethical

I'm echoing the same opinion expressed by others on this thread. The only channel I watch is Vijay TV, and as such I was disappointed that they aired big boss a day later - to make matters worse, they've now discontinued airing Vijay TV altogether without any notice - that too during the concluding episodes of Big Boss - this is completely unacceptable! Cannot reach them over phone, chat or email! I'm really really disappointed. YuppTV must compensate - they at least owe a response.

On 6/15/2017 I had purchased a half yearly TV package with Yupp TV which includes Asianet channels like Asianet, Asianet Movies, Asianet News and payment was fully paid $ 149.99 and from yesterday I don't see any Asianet channels available for viewing. The customer care number is not available and I raised a ticket for this however they closed they ticket without providing any resolution. Please see the response as below-

I have Tamil Platinum package with Yupp TV which is inclusive of Star Vijay, and when I tried to view his channel this Morning I don't see it anymore. This has been removed without any prior notice. Even my package rate has been increased rather doubled without any notice. Unable to reach yupptv support as well for past 3 weeks.
Their contact number on their website does not work anymore.
