[Resolved] YuppTVscope box delivery

I have ordered YUPPTV scope box over a month before and its still not delivered. Post 20 days of waiting for the delivery (order placed on 6th Jan) I was informed the address was incorrect because someone was stupid enough to select the state were I live to South Australia instead of New South Wales. When complained they informed they would send it within a week. But history was repeated no delivery. So I again tried contacting and on Friday (3rd Feb) I was informed the delivery would be done in next 2 days. I confirmed once again it would be done on or before Sunday? And he confirmed yes. Now I am waiting from last 2 days and nothing has happened. When tried contacting customer care they have no clue of this and are still checking with the delivery teams. This is most ridiculous service I have every seen. I would not only discontinue with YUP would definitely Suggest you all and my friends not to opt for YUPPTV

  • Resolution statement customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
